Today, the Bucs open their 2024 offseason workout program along with 24 other teams. The rest of the NFL started as much as two weeks ago, a benefit under league rules for having a new head coach.
In “Phase 1” of a team’s program, only meetings, conditioning work and rehab work are allowed after players go through their mandatory physicals.
