Little confidence. Can Licht draft an impact player that can contribute this year? If not, can this coaching staff get the most out of the draft picks? Idk…

Draft A. Drafts are A+ in the later rounds, B+ in the early rounds (stop listening to Bowles)
Free Agency D. Stop shopping at the Dollar Store in Free Agency, trade for proven talent.
Contracts A. Extends players early. No way to retain Mike. Dean wasn’t wanted.
Head Coach Hiring D. Bowles should have been dumped this year.

Don’t know if you can pin this on Licht. Seems like the Glazer kids have a heavy hand and a final say in all HC decisions.
