Baker Mayfield Is Excited By Offensive Coordinator Change

Yes, Buccaneers Ring of Honor general manager Jason Licht acknowledged today that he expects Baker Mayfield will draw motivation from Mike Evans leaving the team.
No surprise. Mayfield is the kind of player seeking every possible ounce of motivation. Anyone could guess Mayfield will be fired up to a degree knowing his friend and former top receiver bailed for what Evans thinks is a better football opportunity.
But Licht also talked about how Mayfield is pumped up to work with his new offensive coordinator, Zac Robinson, who replaced fall guy Josh Grizzard in January.
Todd Bowles said last month that Grizzard is two or three years from becoming a good playcaller. Licht wouldn’t go there but said Mayfield will see eye-to-eye with the new staff around him.
“I know Baker is very, very excited — very excited about Zac with the time that he had with him,” Licht said. “And I think just because of — and this has nothing to do with Josh [Grizzard] at all because [he and Baker] were very close and I’m not going to throw any gasoline on that whatsoever — but I think there’s going to be more confidence [from Mayfield].”
“I think just the fact that Zac was a former quarterback; [new Bucs passing game coordinator] T.J. [Yates] played in the league for quite a while as a quarterback and [quarterbacks coach] Chandler [Whitmer] being an ex-quarterback himself, I think the like-mindedness is going to be very beneficial for us.”
Things are setting up well for Mayfield. His entire offensive line — and it’s a good one — is expected back healthy. He’s also got a fresh coaching team around him that he’s happy about. And Mayfield still has a talented receiving corps along with an intriguing and versatile new weapon in running back Kenny Gainwell.
No Evans? That won’t make the Bucs a more dangerous offense, especially if they reach the postseason, but Mayfield should have what he needs now to lead a potent offense.
And the Bucs haven’t even secured a new toy in the draft yet.

Well, what else is Licht supposed to say? Just more talk. I believe Baker said the same thing about Griz. I would hope Licht drafts the best defensive player for the first 4 rounds unless there’s a really good OL player available.

He’ll definitely use it to drum up ‘motivation’ for HIMSELF, but that’s not the same thing as being a LEADER and elevating his teammates level of play. He allows for too many distractions, and is not focused on the right things. Which is playing SMART, being focused and prepared, while always under control. It’s about WINNING.

Even you Baker fans have to be tired when this college, “rah, rah” garbage goes away. Im so tired of hearing about the proverbial “chip on his shoulder”. Dude is going to be competing for a back up job in Vegas or Nashville the next 2 years. I dont know how many years, teams, chances he will get but the writing is on the wall.
Nobody, absolutely no body would pay this guy 50-60 million a year in Monopoly money. He will be the 5th oldest opening day Qb this year, 4th oldest if A-rod retires. Its a “crap” or get off the pot type propostition with Qbs.Rodgers, Stafford, dak, Goff are the 4 older then him. Those 4 guys combine for 61 seasons and combined have been on 8 teams.
Baker going into year 9 has been on 4. And thats with Rodgersa doing his “end of career” team jumping alot of guys do at the end. But even Goff and Prescott are annual stat monsters. Nothing against this guy but this era has been garbage. Id love to have seen what we could have done with a REAL QB.
Im so looking forward and hopeful for the new hc/qb/era. I have no crystal ball, idk if the new Qb will be a HOF or another baker, but what I do know is we will never go anywhere with Baker. And tbh, even a 9-8 one and done/wildcard win/wildcard loss doesnt mean crap to me.
Looking at that schedule even that wont happen. And ive been telling ppl, that Stefanski hire and tua signing is not good. Tua is 44-32, 12 games over .500 while our baker is a career sub.500 lol. Tua also had 4600 +passing yards and led the #1 offense in 2023. Come to think of it, Mitch Trubisky is even 31-26. You have to be a real bum to be sub.500 for a entire caree.
And no, I dont want to hear about Stafford. Mvp, Sb Champ and future HOF. Baker is none of those and never will be.

Stafford was on 2 teams goin into his 18th season. Stafford was in Detroit 12/17 years. Dude is a elite physical stud. Baker is a survivor, like a cockroach. Stafford ia a top of the food chain freak/specimen with God given talent. La gave up Goff and 2 #1 picks to aquire him.
Stafford kinda proved he was a talented guy in a dysfunctional franchise when he won the Sb in year one and everything he accomlished the 5 years he left detroit. Baker played 4 years in cleveland and has been gone there for 4 years.

Baker Mayfield said the same thing about all 20 OC,s he ever had. So far it’s been the same result of coming up short, regrouping, and trying again next year. It takes a lot of determination to endure that. Sam Darnald did what Mayfield was supposed to do. It wasn’t coached right and played right. Ok on a positive I think special teams will be better if Chase stays on point. I like the QB#2 move also.

How did that one work out for Cleveland? Meanwhile, Baker has had 3 solid years with Tampa leading to a second best NFL 95 TD passes during his tenure. The result of all this will be a $50million/yr 3 year deal with Tampa. None of your whining and bed wetting will change that. This narrative about 4 teams is a joke. Baker asked for his release from Carolina and joined LA where he was loved. He was filling in for an injured Stafford who had signed a massive multi year contract and wasn’t going anywhere. Darnold is just better. Stop if you heard this before: bigger, more accurate, better pocket passer with a more sustainable game. despite coming out the same year darnold is over 2 years younger.
Darnold has been on more teams and had more OCS then bakey Bake. But with no name running backs, a washed #2 wr and one of the worse OL in football he won a SB year 1 after going 14-3 in a tough divison afte going 14-3 the year before in a historical division the year before with a different team.

Who was talking about Seattle this time last year? even with Geno playing well seqttle was winning 9-10 games and during that time span, geno was a top 6-8 qb (volume stats ) wise in seattle over a 3 year span. Stafford got the opportunity to play for a very good organization in the Rams with an elite coach in Sean McVay and now is winning a lot of games and even a Super Bowl. Baker now plays for a good organization as well but I don’t think anyone would say Bowles is on McVay’s level.

Bounce back season? he was NOT hurt. 2025 was actually the 4th or 5th best season of his overrated, underwhelming career. 2024 was a overrated fluke. We started 4-6 that “magical” year. yes, for baker it was a great fantasy football year for baker, low impact as well.
If Goff or Dak threw for 4500 and 41 td and lead the leauge with 16 interceptions and went 10-7 in a crap division, the media and fans would be calling for their heads. But because its baker its overrated. Goff pretyt much put up those seasons or better every year. When healthy, dak too.
Baker’s 2024 would be like Deangelo Russell averaging 27ppg on 50/40/90 on a 43 win team that got eliminated in the first round and the next year he reverts back to who he was the other 7/8 seasons.
It was a low impact season thus baker didnt finish top 10 MVP that year, darnold was 6th for Minnesota. To show you how much of a fluke it was, baker was 3rd or 4th in completion%. The next best rank in his career he had was 19th. The other 6 years he has placed 25th or LOWER.
Does anyone care in 2021 herbert had 5,000 yards and 38 td passes on a 9 win team? No. Or derek carr made runs at 5,000 yards in 16 game schedules/ No. Cousins either. Tom Brady best 3 year run (on paper)was here. does anyone think we got peak Brady?No.

I couldn’t help myself so I checked out the SF media. The story is the same there but I have a new take. Mike said he liked how SF went 12-5 with all the injuries they had including Purdy.
Just what if Mike was worried Baker would get injured and the backup QB was a dud, a likely chance. He had already seen Baker’s drop off in play likely due to injuries and not lack of talent.
Add that to all the other considerations; Bowles, defense, Zac, opposing teams fans in the stands etc.

The defense: The Bears defense was 29th- 10 spots below ours. The gave up more points in the regular season then ours did. yet they wer 11-6 in a gauntlet divison and was a bone headed pick from the title game. The commanders in 2024 had a worse defense then ours and went 12-5 in a tougher divison. And with a rookie qb, went to the nfc title game-with a defense that allowed over 35 ppg in the playoffs by the way.

Of Baker’s four teams, he was on three of them in one year. Over a career, tthat’s not much moving about. He’s really not a journeyman. He’s only played for two teams, with a year off between the two sojourns.

Sal: hpow was it a bad year when it was the 4th or 5th best season of Bakers career? What injury? Where the surgery? In Buffalo he was going head first into the endzone against Buffalo a week before the Rams game. its absolutely a talent issue.
How is the 19th ranked defense the scapegoat but the 21st ranked offense devoid of blame? Consider this: grizzard offense finished 21st with alot of injuries. Canales offense finshed 23rd in 2023 with Godwin, evans, Otton, White and baker starting all 17 games. The Ol was healthier in 2023 then 2025.

Baker is a backup Qb who starts 17 times a year. If you start 17x a year and throw 30-35x a game you will have stats.Carson Wentz started 5 games last year and had 300 yards passing twice. the same number as mayfeild had in 17 starts. Think with your head and not your heart.

yeah, 4 teams before your 28th birthday is alot. especially if your a former#1overall pick. If he sticks around the NFL he will be on at least 6 and possibly 8-9. Could be 10 but im sure thats a reccord nobody wants. he lucky the eagles or 49ers didnt pick him up, they get rid of Qbs super fast. But they wouldnt have wanted him in the first place.
The Eagles went from Foles to Bradford to wentz to Hurts in a 5 year span( with a sprinkle of Foles sprinkled in for a 2nd stint) in a 5 year span. Every Qb was 26-28 when they were discarded.
And you all want to hang on to a 31 year old journeyman who has been here 4 years. If one of those teams picked him up (they wouldnt) he would have been a one and done

The fact that Baker played when he should heve been resting or on a 4 week IR after the bye probably did factor in Evan’s decision to leave. If the Bucs had a “Mac Jones” type of back up, the O could have been more productive down the stretch instead of allowing Baker to get more and more beat up game after game. No one trusted Bridgewater, he should have been cut after he almost ended JMac’s career but the Bucs and Jason did not go get a serviceable backup, even a Browning could have helped last season.

He is 18-2 when the defense allows under 20 points, 10-24 when bthey allow 20 or more. When his defense gives up 21-27 points he was has one of the lowest win% in the leauge and is well under leauge average. and sorry, 21-27 points in todays NFL is not crazy
Those are “loser/losing traits”. That is why he ended a playoff game in Cleveland with 3 straight incompletions down 5, and ended playoff seasons here with turnovers. Its why he has 3 winning seasons out of 8. And those 3 seasons he BARELY made it to the playoffs the last game of the seasons in a win or go home final game scenario.
2020 vs the Steelers game 16- they sat half or more of their startes and Cleveland barely won. You remeber that 2023 finale, that 9-0 game 17 thriller vs bryce Young and the Saints. AWJ had to morph into Ed Reed for a game and a season really. 2024 same thing.
Baker 2 wild card wins: Against 2 teams entering the playoffs on the biggest collapses in the past decade or so. The 2020 Steelers came in losers of 4 out of 5 after a 11-0 start and the 2023 Eagles had lost 5 out of 6 after a 10-1 start.

baker is a brand and hype. he is lumped into conversations and comparisons with qbs clearly better then him-past and present. He’s popular and fiery and that buys him alot of good will he would not enjoy if he was boring or a 2nd rd pick from tulsa.
I cannot think of a qb with his resume EVER that is this revered and highly thought of. nd then its like ppl know he suck but hey dont want to say it. He does make life sweet for national and local media because hes outrageous and over the top.

2024 was a 4-6 start and 10-7 regular seaon that ended with a wildcard home loss to a rookie qb in his first playoff game on the road with a inferior roster and worse defense too. Stop romanticizing the 2024 seaon.
Coen was never going to stay. he chose Lawrence over Baker. He chose a 26 year old with one team over a 5-11 guy who was 30 on 4 teams. He hitched his wagons to the bigger, younger, more talented guy.
lawrence going into the year had 2 winning seaons and playoff wins. Multiple 4000 yard and winning seasons. Lawrence now has MORE 4000 yard seasons then baker, just as many winning seasons, and as many or more playoff wins. baker high for wins was 11 waaay back in 2020. Lawrence just won 13.
Liam was a one night stand. you all need to get over it. baker uscks. Yes, #1 evans chose Sf becuse of Purdy. McDaneils took the chargers OC job to work with Herbert over baker.

In an alternate universe, Captain Baker Mayfield works in a nuclear missile silo in the far reaches of Alaska.

Melvin jr… baker isnt dumb b any means.He just isnt that good and hes limited physically. he NEEDS the play and play hero ball because he needs the play to break down.
PFF ranked him 33rd last year from a clean pocket. He has trouble seeing over the line of scrimmage-unlike Brees and prime Russell Wilson.If his first read isnt wide open he takes off.
He cant see over the line, he cant read a defense, doesnt hit open guys. For a small, untathletic guy taking off too much is bad. hes not a spring chicken either. We have seen giant Qbs not be able to sustain that past their late 20s.
He gambles because he cant read the defense. he take risk because he cant get it done. His biggest nightmare is having perfect protection in the pocket and having to go thru progressions.

ByeBakerByeBowles is a flat out liar. Just calling it like it is. Baker has a better winning percentage than Lawrence in the regular season and he is better in almost every statistical category including passer rating by about 7 points. In the playoffs the difference is even more pronounced by far. Lawrence has a playoff record of 1-2 and Baker is 2-3. Trevor’s passer rating is 75, Baker’s is over 105 in 5 games.The only thing you didn’t lie about is that Lawrence does have 3 4000 yard seasons and Baker only 2 although Baker did have a 4500 yard season. Baker’s QBR’s are also higher I believe although they don’t or can’t give a career QBR.

I stand corrected. Among those 200 stats ive leveled off, I was off one. Lawrence has 1 playoff win to Bakers. That said, 32/32 gms would take lawrence over baker and take half a second to do so. MY Mistake tho, i was WRONG. I apologize for the miscalculation.

They both have had questionable coaching, Baker with Hue Jackson, Freddy Kitchens, Stefanski, Rhule, Wilkes, Bowles and 5 games with McVay. Lawrence has had Meyer, Pederson and now Coen. I think Trevor’s had the better coaches although not great either. Baker has always done more with less his whole professional career.

Oscar: No f’n way. Baker has played with MORE ” pro bowl/all pro” offensive players then any QB since he’s entered the league. I think he had like 8-9 in Cleveland alone. Baker has had 3x the personnel as Lawrence. You were to look at those Cleveland rosters. In Carolina he had CMC and DJ Moore. …And real receivers that can actually get open, and catch the ball when it’s thrown right into their hands, instead of competing to be on this injury list rotation. Oh, yeah. It would also be nice to establish a somewhat adequate running game with a tough as nails running back that isn’t injured every 2-3 weeks.as well, where the o-line doesn’t stink and is injured every week. I’d also like to see at least a top 15 defense, because they stunk, even when healthy. Then after all that, we need Baker to stay healthy, even though he’s the only one with enough grit to play injured most of the season, which didn’t help either. All of that happens, we can probably make up for the, maybe 600 yards Mike would have given us when he wasn’t hobbling his Unc @ss to the locker room every other week. Then, just maybe, we’ll be alright. GO BUCS!!!

BUCDADDY- the defense was 19th,not too far off from #15. In 2023 the defense was 6th or 7th in scoring and the offense was 23rd under Canales with everyone healthy. I don’t think anything will matter until we get a new QB, that’s our only hope.Sam Darnold, Goff or Herbert would have a exponentially bigger impact on this team then Myles Garrett.

That’s where you got it all wrong. I’m not doing the side thing here. I’m just stating that he wasn’t the only issue on this team, and we could do worse. Who were we gonna get in free agency, or in a trade that would compromise us further, that would have done better? I’ll wait. Those guys you’re naming aren’t going anywhere. And Mike, I have no doubt would’ve gotten 1,000 yards with Baker as his QB, breaking the GOAT’s record. He just can’t stay healthy anymore. There’s a reason Rice only did it 11 years straight. It’s a helluva feat, and Mike is the arguably the greatest Buc of all time, but his own injuries hurt him as much as anythimg else did this season. I’m not fully convinced Baker is the main factor as to why he left. This whole team was a mess from top to bottom. My point is, look at all the other players that were as bad or worse. This has always been an up and down division year to year. Even Brady, when he came in, didn’t exactly run away with this division. If we wanna draft a QB to build on the future, then fine. But for right now, Baker is about our only option to at least compete for the division.

I like mayfield. I think he’s a solid tier 2 qb when he’s on his game.
He’s not a franchise qb tho, IMO.
He was “fired up” about “Grizz”.
Let’s see him evolve into a guy that can manipulate the secondary with his eyes and head and become tier one. Hes going to have to win from the pocket as his legs and health go.

There was a reason ByeBye that the Browns were 1-31 in the two seasons before Baker got there. There were no all pro or pro bowlers on the oline in his first two seasons except Joel Bitonio. Chubb was a rookie in 2018 and didn’t start until late in the season. Landry was pro bowl quality and Beckham didn’t arrive until 2019. they had a young Myles Garrett and a young Denzel Ward on defense and that’s about it. In 2020 they signed Jack Conklin and Wyatt Teller and drafted Jed Wills in 2020 ahead of Wirfs. The oline was solid, Chubb blossomed and the defense was respectable. Beckham missed almost the whole season with a torn acl. They did sign Kareem Hunt and he was a great contributor. Good enough to make the playoffs and beat Pittsburgh in the Wild Card round before losing to KC in the divisional round.So they were a good team in 2020. 2021 went south because of the torn labrum and fractured left shoulder and the fools gave up on him for Watson and you probably know the story from then. I hope the Bucs don’t make the same mistake. I think Baker is a very good quarterback but I’m not delusional to think he is on a par with Josh Allen or Matt Stafford or quite a few others but he’s definitely close to being in the top 10 in my opinion . One thing is for sure, he is not the garbage that you and Munch and some others here think. The Jaguars have had some very good players as well and was a dysfunctional organization as well and Lawrence has had a rough go of it until now. It’s obvious he has a lot of talent though and he is the prototype but there is no question that Baker has had the better numbers so far in their respective careers.

I know this for sure, Baker has never played on a team with a Rob Gronkowski, Antonio Brown, Chris Godwin and Mike Evans in their prime, a center like Ryan Jensen to go with a very good rookie tackle in Wirfs and a defense with JPP, Suh, a young Vita Vea, Shaq Barrett, an in his prime Lavonte David and a good all around secondary with Winfield, Davis, and Dean. Nor has he ever played for a coach like Bruce Arians. So we should try to compare apples to apples when making judgments!

Oscar: I’m looking and I’m sure the Browns are mad they passed up Lamar and Allen and now Darnold for Baker who was the smallest,oldest and most unathletic of the 4..The line was solid in Cleveland?4/5 were all pro or pro bowl lol. Nick Chubb started 10 games and a rookie and ran for 990 something yards lol. Kareem Hunt as a rookie LED the league in rushing and was a backup on Cleveland. He started for KC their most recent SB. AustinHoooer still starts for NE..Jarvis Landry came to Cleveland his 5th year at 25. He SET the record for most receptions after 4 years and he got a 26 year old Beckham. That trade was the talk of the 2019 off season. Baker was garbage in 2019 despite Beckham and Landry going over 1,000 yards and Chubb was the league #2 rusher. Henry passed h.up on the last carry of the season. 1-31 had nothing to do with Baker. They basically started aquiring players when he got there. Stefanski won coach of the year the first time in 2020 with Baker as his QB and hasn’t won a playoff game since. He’s no Bruce Arians but he is a decent coach I think. The 4-11 throwing 35x, 1-10 throwing 40x, 17-19 outside the NFC South..I’m judging him by here. I am too. Even without Evans, this offense has a shot at putting up 28 points a game, which it will have to in order to win because the defense has gotten older with no edge rusher…. Still.
Robinson had a great year. Then last year they lost their quarterback and then they’re number one weapon at the receiver position. We’ll see how he pans out, but I am pretty optimistic about him, I think he was one of the better candidates they interviewed, if not the best one.
Sure can’t be any worse than last year.

Literally no one talked about Seattle this time last year. But I love how you all praise the Seattle defense. The same defense that gave up 500 total yards and 27 points to the Rams in the title game..Seattle won that game on the arm of Darnold, 31-27. He was sucked 3 times and Seattle Rbs had 60 yards rushing COMBINED. Darnold had 346,3 TD and no picks. Baker could NEVER. Darnold went the entire playoffs with zero turnovers. Correction: before I get called out, the Seahawks gave up 479 yards and not the 500 I said earlier. I wanted to get on top of that before I was called a liar. And seattle Rbs ran for 66 yards – I said 60..But it’s funny I saw games in 2025 vs Carolina and the Saints where the defense gave up 20,24 points and held the other team to 260,275 total yards and the defense was lambasted. Not to mention you all ignore it helps when your QB is not throwing picks when the opposition takes over in FG range. But carry on with the Baker excuse brigade.

Yet, they were a bonehead pick away from the NFC title game. Wanna know the difference, both teams had QBs that made plays. I know Darnold is a slap in the face to Baker’s defense team/cult members. Same draft class..2 years younger. Darnold been on more teams ,had more HC, more OCS then. Baker. What Minnesota record the year before he got there ?6-7 wins? They had a top 9 pick in 2024. Darnold was really the only major addition and they went 14-3 in a historically tough division. He was #6 in MVP voting that year. Baker in his fluke/outlier/low impact/empty calories ” holy Grail ” season that same year did not even crack the top 10. Literally like 7 QBs placed ahead of Baker for his fluke 2024 season. FF to 2025. Geno had been there for 3 years and from 2022-24 had a winning record band was a top 5-8 QB (according to the volume stats you guys value) and they won 8-10 games annually. Literally the only big change they made was they swapped Darnold for Geno. Nobody was talking about Seattle going into 2025. Seattle was a top offensive unit (top 2-3 I believe) with one of the worse lines in football. If you look at any site you will see the Seahawks OL ranked from #23-31. Their OL graded out very poorly- about 7-15 spots below ours depending on what site you look at. Yet, they still had a top 2-3 offense. Just a coincidence I supposed. I don’t know what NFC title game you watched but I saw a 31-27 duel where the Seahawks defense gave up 500 yards to the Rams. 3 Seattle Rbs combined for 66 of the teams 75 yards on the ground,Darnold had the other 9. They won on the arm of Darnold. He threw for 346, 3td and 0 picks. And was sacked 3 times…..You do know you have to win the conference title game to get to the SB right? Just a coincidence. So is it the defense fault he’s inaccurate? 6/8 years h has ranked 25th or lower in completion %. The other 2 years he was 3rd and the other year he was 20th lol. Just like how Baker beat Mahomes before they went to the superbowl in 2021. All Baker needs is what all great teams/quarterbacks need, good coaching, good teammates and that is all that easy to put together. Baker will eventually get that and win

You sound , never mind lol. Ok, let see if Seattle will trade us Baker for Darnold straight up. The 6’3″ Darnold who is accurate and can’t see over the line of scrimmage. Sure. Seattle wouldn’t miss a beat with a older, shorter, less accurate. Baker CANNOT play out the pocket. So Baker be stuck back dabb in the middle of the NFC South 💩 show but somehow would be a factir in the NFC west/SB🤣🤣🤣. ” BUCBLIND” you really are blind. So in 2023 Baker was 28. Just like Darnold is now. First year in Tampa. He was 4-7 and had to get hot to win the 💩 NFC South in week 18. That 9-0 thriller in Carolina. Healthy OL, all skill players started all 17 games, defense was 6-7th best in points allowed. OL was pretty healthy and ranked 10-15 mostly everywhere. Canales was the OC……Soooo, what was the problem. The QBs in the title conference game that year was Goff and Purdy. They had to get got to go 9-8 and win this garbage division where the QBs were Ridder,Bryce Young and a washed Derek Carr lol. Funny how you all at all the good QBs are on LOADED teams that why they win…Goff,Purdy, Darnold,Hurts. Doesn’t hurt they are better QBs and winners. 3/4 of those guys are multiple years younger then Baker and Goff is only 6 months older and had had 3x the career. Not every SB team has a top 3-5 defense . The Pats defense was 15th, ours was 19th. But I can tell you NO SB team the last decade has a offense ranked in the 20s, and we have had that 2/3 years. Cry louder but Baker can’t carry Darnold jockstrap. Darnold is a difference maker. Not a excuse maker. Turns 6/7 win teams into 14 game winners in a division where 14-3 is 2nd place and 11-6 is 3rd place. And stop lying, the last time Baker beat Mahomes was Oklahoma vs Texas Tech lol. ALOT of SB teams this decade with defenses ranked 13-17 while ours was 19th lol. And even when you have a stout defense you still need a QB who does turn the ball over in your own territory. Not all turnovers are created the same Lombardi lol.

Every bit of your thinking fails to take into consideration the fact that he has never had top level coaches and staff and it is the top level coaches that go deep into the playoffs.. And coaches that arent top level don’t have good teams. Baker has never been on a good coached team. All his coaches are either no longer coaches of they rank among the worst. Like Todd, he ranks in the upper 20’s. Coaching matters, a lot. It’s a big factor in why teams win. It’s the biggest factor why teams win. When Baker gets a well coached team he will win. ME left due to the bad coaching. TB is not a great head coach. Oh I know, that takes too much thinking on your behalf doesn’t it? You act like all great quarterbacks win no matter who the coach/staff is and what the other player talent is. It ALL revolves around good coaching and Baker has never been on a team that had it.

@bye baker bye Bowles 2024 your defense needed to make a stop after the offense gave them the lead in the playoffs. You can talk about what Seattle’s defense gave up the week before, but the fact is they won that SB. shut about the pantheon of football. Lamar and Allen were drafted by playoff teams and have found a way to blow it every year in the playoffs and Allen’s passing stats weren’t any better then Bakers last season. You should really get a life. Your defense sucks and they have not come through when it matters most, like champions do! Mr Hamstring is gone and you all should be glad. He has miss an entire season worth of games the past 2 seasons.
