I just don’t understand how people are so ready to give up on Baker already (this comment will undoubtedly trigger people). I mean, one mediocre year and not making the playoffs has really made people give up on him, even though we had a ridiculous amount of injuries that disrupted the flow of the offense.

I kinda get it, but one bad play (the miscue on the handoff to McMillan) is what cost us against the Commanders last year. And if we win that game, who knows? The year before that, we are one win away from the conference championship.

So, with that being said, I’m not trying to compare Baker to Allen, but Allen has been a front-runner to win it all the last few years, and I don’t see the Bills fans jumping all over him, especially after his meltdown against the Broncos.

I think we give Baker one more year after drafting a quarterback, and if we are not at least in the playoffs next year with a win under our belt, then that conversation is completely warranted.

Most fans still underestimate Bowles’ player development capability. He could take prime Lawrence Taylor and have him playing like Joe Tryon-Showinka. It’s his gift. That’s why the draft picks and free agents don’t matter. Everyone performs at the same level under Bowles. It’s genius.

Brazil rhymes with shrill over there, Sage.

  4. Anon Says:

Not do anything at WR if Evans leaves? They prob need to do something at WR even if he stays.

Evans is the only X on the roster and is guaranteed to miss a ton of games. I’m tired of the WR room being “Oops all unathletic/undersized guys that should only play inside” whenever Evans is hurt.

The dudes thrown for over 12k and 90 tds for tampa…Yeah a new qb thays what this team needs…UGH!

The Joes and Ira are like high school girls.
Their minds change with the changing of the wind direction. The “slop” you reference is this gross mischarcterization of the takes on this podcast. Unfortunate.–Joe
In season they belly ache about how putrid the defensive scheme is and that Bowles is terrible. Now they love him. He’s the right guy for the job.
Otton has one TD and he needs to stay???? C’mon man.
Please start challenging the powers that be. This slop is hard to watch.
