Rachaad White Addresses Bucs Collapse
December 31st, 2025A longtime lover of the spotlight, Bucs running back Rachaad White oddly disappeared from the public eye over the past two months. He hasn’t posted a YouTube video of his life in nine weeks.
Unreal!
It’s been intentional, White told Joe in the lifeless Bucs postgame locker room on Sunday, White’s been trying to stay focused on his job.
White is having a solid season (125 carries for 549 yards and 4 rushing touchdowns) averaging a full yard more per carry than Bucky Irving and he’s has stayed healthy in his contract year.
Tampa Bay’s third-round draft pick in 2022, White has seen plenty of highs and lows during Bucs seasons.
Joe asked White what he would tell fans who want to know what’s gone wrong for since the bye week. The Bucs have lost 7 of 8 games after starting the season 6-2.
“I don’t know,” White replied. “It boils down to for me, how I look at it, just being honest, we all just got to look in the mirror. We all gotta have a level of pride, a level of care. And right now, we all just, you know, are kind of floating around and blowing in the wind. So I think we need to come out with our piss hot and let’s see what happens.”
Joe followed up and asked White if the team collectively had that good, hungry attitude he described entering Sunday’s game at Miami and it just didn’t work.
“I wouldn’t even say we’ve been having horrible or bad starts to games,” White said. “I mean, lately we’ve been putting up seven on the offensive end, defense came out the last two games and got some stops in the first drives. Obviously, in this game it’s about consistency and who can do it for a long period of time. And we’ve been getting outdone for a longer period of time on this losing streak.”
Sad times at One Buc Palace.

The longer this season goes, the more I really hope we can keep Rachaad. I don’t see a world where a team doesn’t take a shot on him being RB1/1.5, but I don’t know if Bucky+Tucker is as effective a 1-2 as the three of them are when they all split carries.
It would be nice for the 3 of them to understand the system (hopefully not Grizzard’s system long term) that we’re running is the best for the team. But I get it, can’t blame anyone for taking the paycheck (as long as he doesn’t El Serpiente us)
December 31st, 2025 at 11:27 am
The coaching staff.. the WHOLE staff is horrible, leftovers from BA’s bloated staff.
Prime examples: Surrendering every kick off, running Mighty might Bucky over and over when there are better options, punting on 4th and 1etc etc etc
Grizzard is particularly bad. Players know when their coaches suck.

The Bucs beat Seattle and San Francisco back to back without Bucky
Bucky comes back, and Rachaad White goes to 2nd fiddle
And the Bucs have won one game since Bucky return
This is Todd Bowles downfall, sticking with the wrong players

I think the coach has proved enough don’t you

There’s Absolutely no way on this God Giving Planet
That Bucky Irving is a better RB than Rachaad White
The fans wanted Bucky, they wanted Rachaad gone
The fans got what they wished for and more
A 7- 9 record and facing the possibility of missing the playoffs

Rachaad White, (RW 1) has a lot more game left in him. I like his attitude, his honesty, and his effort. The Bucs should definitely strive to sign him in 2026.
Rachaad is right, at this point, all the Bucs can do is play their tales off and hope for a win. Then, if we win, we wait and see. Really is sad that this team with all the exceptional talent is not in control of their destiny.
But I’m always a Bucs fan and always an optimist.
Go Bucs !! Beat the Stinking Panthers !!
December 31st, 2025 at 11:38 am
I am baffled how White and/or Bucky don’t get the short passes (NOT the screen play thrown at line of srimmage), but ones where you draw in the DL and then loop it over them and let them RUN FOREST RUN!!!!

Its is like you are a teenager ,on your first date both of you are nervous and you are thinking to your self: WHAT DO I DO.. .WHAT DO I DO…..( don’t over analyze EVERYTHING. ( (second guessing yourself like the Bucs players are doing rite now )) and just go with your ANIMAL INSTINCTS and S-C-O-R-E………with the chick AND on the gridiron.
The game is calling, I have to go
The wolf is hungry he runs the show
He’s licking his lips , he’s ready to win
On the hunt tonite for love @ first sting.
Here I am , Rock you like a hurricane ( are you ready bud fans? )

Lakeland, that’s an interesting point. Bucky is clearly being misused. He needs to be on the perimeter more. He is not an up the gut kind of back. At least not right now. Coaches talk about the hot hand yet take the ball out of the hot hand on a regular basis. Too many issues to count. And Bucky needs to get his head right. Obviously. He needs to spend the off-season gaining about 5 lb of good weight and working on his speed. He will never be fast, but if he got a tick quicker it would help a lot. Would love to keep white but with all of the changes coming, who knows?

Major turnover of names on and off the field.

BA assembled one of if not the largest staff of coaches. Why ?
Was it necessary to have such a huge staff ?
I suggest it compares to a politician hiring his family as “consultants”.
BA put all his old buddies on the gravy train.
The NFL has become a total fraud.

Steven007,
The fans hyped Bucky up during the off-season
Saying outrageous stuff like he’s a Top-5 RB
He’s the best RB in the division, even better than Bijan Robinson
He played like crap during the preseason
He never should have been RB1 over Rachaad White

Bucky doesn’t have the season he had last year, without White being the starter while Bucky got worked into the gameplan often and early.
As simple as a difference that was in comparison to their usage this year, it’s been drastically obvious the offensive staff favors one to the other for whatever reasons.
Now, our run game, especially with Bucky available looks like a boxer with no power and no punch other than his jab. Grizzard has sat on his hands in regard to our RB talent. Misappropriation of resources
December 31st, 2025 at 12:11 pm
I am going to keep say this Todd Bowles keep Josh G. so Todd could control the both offense and defense. That would be the only reason you don’t keep Liam Cohens play book. Josh G. Is not the offensive coordinator except on player. Just don’t understand how you all can not see this. (OMG)
December 31st, 2025 at 12:16 pm
We need new management all the way around or this sht will pick up where it leaves off in next September. So if they cannot figure out how to fix this now then why think it is not here to stay with these coaches and coordinators. Nothing to look forward to unless Bowles and the rest are replaced.
December 31st, 2025 at 12:18 pm
he looks like he’s running slow but he’s passing guys, he’sa great receiver, blocker. team guy unselfish by far the best average…. we’re going to miss him next year. you have to root for the bucs to lose Saturday otw Todd may keep his job and nobody wants that
December 31st, 2025 at 12:20 pm
i’m all for keeping our trifecta of backs…meaning re-sign rachaad…
but if they decide to break up the trio by letting white go or trading bucky……..
yes i said maybe trading bucky…
i’m all about bringing in the lil bowling ball up in new york…breece hall…
hall could be interesting here…and has been playing on cruise control up there for like 2 years now
December 31st, 2025 at 12:22 pm
He has appeared to have done everything right this season, on the surface anyway! But, was STILL ‘screwed over’ in favor of a guy that had trouble even getting ON the field, after supposedly being cleared to play. None of it has made ANY sense to me. Cohen used a lot of pre-snap motion AND misdirection with 2-back sets, & was VERY successful when doing so. The Grizz has flat-out REFUSED-IT. EVEN, when the ‘one-time’ HE DID a few weeks ago, on the very first drive of the game, RWhite ripped-off a HUGE GAIN… Then, NEVER touched the ball AGAIN, throughout that entire game. Never used hardly ANY misdirection and very little pre-snap motion, the entire season. It’s PATHETIC. Especially, refusing to run ANY 2-back sets while being without Godwin, Evans, AND JMac. It’s PURE IGNORANCE, not getting your BEST ‘play-makers’ on the field. Can’t blame RWhite for being unhappy playing for this Clown Show. Especially, after playing for a run-game play-caller, and run-game blocking scheme, absolute GENIUS in Cohen. Now, to THIS… He was totally screwed over.
December 31st, 2025 at 12:29 pm
The success the Bucs had with the RBs as receivers 2 years ago was because they were a check-down. A 3rd or 4th read. Unfortunately that success made the OCs put that play in as a feature and the opposing defenses quickly caught on. The problem is that even after the other team negated the play, our OC kept using the now worthless play. What’s the saying….sometimes you have to smack them in the head with a 2×4 to get their attention.
December 31st, 2025 at 12:33 pm
So The whole team is “Bored” then huh
December 31st, 2025 at 12:41 pm
Them has the personality of Todd, boring and no accountability. He has ALWAYS blamed the offense or just a few plays on defense. The most accountability he ever has is “ we need a coach it better, that includes me.” he is the absolute most boring person to listen to. Think about the contrast in the two coaches that won us Super Bowls.

That is just vintage Todd Bowles in a nutshell. Amazing the ‘incompetence-level’ of THIS GM and Ownership Group. It is soooo HARD to get the HC right, and they had “HIM” right here under their noses, and PASSED. After SAVING Todd Bowles’s JOB. Just outright INCOMPETENT how they ‘handled’ the ENTIRE THING. Soooo nonchalantly, “ah, we’ll just wait and get the actual CONTRACT ‘SIGNED’ later” LoL, & etc. INEXCUSABLE. Then, to absolutely PANIC how they did in the end… EMBARRASSING. It’s Pathetic.
December 31st, 2025 at 12:47 pm
It was a JOKE how they continued to just force feed Bucky the ball like that, without ANY real purpose whatsoever. What’s that thing again, when you continue doing the same thing over and over… Oh yeah, INSANITY.
December 31st, 2025 at 12:48 pm
I don’t think Liam Coen would have accepted a HC position with Licht as GM
He told the Jags to fire their GM , and he would accept their offer
The Jags are paying him over $12 million per year
And he has control over personnel, the Glazers wouldn’t give him that
Especially the $12 million per year

PLAY HARDER IS ALL THEY GOT
Bowles has lost 7 of 8 games. The other teams have your schemes figured. Their is a simple, well known method for beating the Bucs. Our coaches haven’t adjusted because they don’t know how.
If the car won’t start, it does matter how hard you turn the key.
REALITY CHECK
Bowles is from the Parcels line. He’s using schemes and philosopies that are decades old. The new generation of OC knows how to beat the old methods. Bowles hasn’t evolved while football has.

Man, the kids glove treatment that Baker gets is unbelievable. Everyone knows who the problem has been, who has single handedly lost four games in a row with 1st place in the division and playoffs on the line. Baker has tanked the team, and people pretend like it’s not him. I hope this is all just for public consumption, because at this point the only way we’re going to see a money game from Baker is if he’s being called out behind the scenes. How fragile is he that he can’t be publicly called out, yet Brady could be. Makes no sense considering Baker generally does his best when he’s being bashed. But instead people just pretend like he isn’t single handedly responsible for this losing skid – these last four games are 100% on him. If people said that, he’d actually show up – instead we’re looking at another loss and everyone getting fired, well, everyone but Baker who has a huge fat contract fully guaranteed.

It seems that even the players don’t understand what’s going on….
Ok, with that said.. One thing that everybody in the world has figured out… the coaching staff. They Also take on the appearance, attitude and nuances of the head coach. So there’s that. “Disconnected”…
Whoever there’s someone else who holds equal sway…. ” LaVonte David ”
I’m in dangerous waters here but Hey, tell me who held up the defense “best he could” for as long as he could “stomach it”. And when I say stomach it I mean Bowles LOUSY SCHEMES AND BAD IDEA’S for YEARS! I think it finally got to David. I Believe HE’S HAD ENOUGH! In my opinion, this dismantling of “the will” of the defense Couldn’t Come from Any other place. He’s the ONLY ONE with enough sway to pull that off. And it Wasn’t a hard sell for him. He was probably The ONLY ONE holding the players together. I mean… if WE ALL SEE HOW BAD BOWLES PLANS ARE YEAR OVER YEAR, THEN SO DO THE PLAYERS! And Bowles finally said something that PIISSED LaVONTE DAVID OFF!
Sherman Quote : “I KNOW SOMETHING”!!.. And Ever Since…. It’s ALL gone Downhill “for and in” the defense.. STRAIGHT DOWN! And I Believe LaVonte stopped supporting Bowles. He stopped making excuses for him…
On the offensive side of the ball, there “wasn’t a problem” until Mayfield got hurt. And THEN.. Something, Someone, Self Doubt got ahold of him. The offense NEEDS it’s LEADER TO TIGHEN UP! And Grizzard WAS A BAD CHOICE! HE’S NOT DOING MAYFIELD OR THE ENTIRE OFFENSE ANY FAVORS! He’s YEARS AWAY from being ready for a position like that AND BOY HAS HE SHOWN IT!!! The O line IS SO BAD that it’s possible that Mayfield HAS NEVER BEEN BEATEN UP SO BADLY IN HIS LIFE!
December 31st, 2025 at 1:43 pm
Sorry… “However” there’s someone else who holds sway

@ Lakeland Says: “I don’t think Liam Coen would have accepted a HC position with Licht as GM.”
Might be right about that (JL)… I wouldn’t blame him. I don’t believe $$$ would’ve been an issue… it’s just the going rate now, in the NFL. Even, for a TOP college HC. But, I don’t believe this group of Glazers would have the GUTS to make the move in the first-place, by passing over their big ‘virtue-signal’ hire, they’d already patted themselves on the back and bragged to the media about.
Though, they sure did ‘freak-out’ awfully hard in the end, desperately trying to get ahold of him for some reason… So, who knows what might’ve happened at that point!? But, it was already too late by then. That’s WHY they should’ve been prepared even before the season was over. They had to already have their minds made (I mean, everyone KNEW what was coming). It had to be DONE as soon as the season ended. A serious ‘face-to-face’ meeting with an actual plan and contract SIGNED. Versus like a phone call or a passing in the hall, or something… Lmao Like, “Uhhh, that sound good to you… Well great, so we’ll get something drawn up and you can just stop by and sign-it whenever then” – LoL Seriously, that was how it all sounded. It was as if they were entirely caught off-guard, and with their pants down.
Had they handled-it A LOT BETTER, then he might never had ‘re-initiated’ talks again, with Jacksonville. He’d already told them “NO,” once. To ME… They just didn’t appear to have the guts to immediately pull-the-trigger! Maybe, HE DID refuse to be associated with LICKT!? If true, then that would’ve been an easy decision to ME hahah.
I think it was used as more of a ‘negotiation tool than anything else, with JAX. Khan saw HIS MAN, and was willing to do ANYTHING to GET HIM. And, if that was allowing him to ‘hand-pick’ his next GM then, so be it! He already KNEW that he was going to have to FIRE Baalke regardless, since he’d already prevented him from hiring anyone worth a damn, to begin with.
December 31st, 2025 at 1:48 pm
@JMarkBuc
That’s why I say I think they’ve probably already given up on him.
December 31st, 2025 at 1:55 pm

Yeah I think they’ve given up on him & they’ve had enough. I said that a couple of weeks ago, too! Bowles has the talent on that team so he really can’t come up with any excuses.

@ Muncher – Yeah, I would LOVE-IT if B.A. was our HC… Just to see how he’d handle Baker right now, and to hear what he’d have to say about it! I bet HE wouldn’t hold anything back. I’m not sure Baker could handle-it!?
December 31st, 2025 at 2:15 pm
The NFL has just turned into a pre scripted reality show. The outcomes are what they want them to be. The refs have never been so blatantly bad. The games almost seem pre determined to a degree. Gambling and FFB rule the league.
Ive lost interest.
December 31st, 2025 at 2:17 pm
Football is a game of inches. When I coached youth and high school we could out talent many teams and win going away. In college the change starts because everyone is good. By the time a player makes the pro level everyone is not only good, but elite. It’s easy to be critical from an arm chair. We have lost a lot of games by 3 and won a lot by 3. A win in the NFL is very difficult. I have not seen negligence other than special teams play. Other than that it has been one or two plays that screw the pooch. Atlanta just curb stomped the Rams. It’s a parity league gents, and these are kids at various levels of maturity. They may come out and curb stomp Carolina, and lose the division. If it was easy everyone would be doing it. Criticize Bowles all you want, but he is still elite, and you aren’t. Fans suck in a lot of ways. I get mad at them, but they are still my team.
December 31st, 2025 at 2:29 pm
Lakeland … ‘There’s Absolutely no way on this God Giving Planet
That Bucky Irving is a better RB than Rachaad White’.
Overall I agree with you (if I could only keep ONE, it’d be Rachaad White). BUT … they’re 2 very different types of backs IMO, and the 2 of them, if employed properly, complement each other very nicely.
Bucky’s issues are kinda two-fold IMO. First, he NEEDS a quality OLine blocking for him. Last year he averahed 5.4 YPC; this year a mere 3.4 YPC behind a broken OLine. He appears to be excellent at reading his blocks, has superb cutting skills, and great acceleration.
Rachaad’s a much bigger back (2″ taller & 20 lbs heavier), but he doesn’t seem to be as good at reading blocks. Once in space though, watch out. He’s also the better all-around back IMO (running, receiving AND blocking). Rachaad’s receiving skills especially impress me … 89.0% catch percentage over a 4-year period is absolutely superb (Bucky’s 89.4% over a 2-year period is equally impressive though).
Todd Bowles said all the right things about going ‘with the hot hand’ then proceeded to do exactly the opposite. I’m convinced THAT has cost us probably a couple of wins. And just for the record, I’d re-sign Rachaad to a 2-year contract (assuming the price is decent) without hesitation. He’s only 26 so I’d say that he’s got at least 4 yrs left.

I’d love BA as the HC, and I really hope the Glazers lean on him hard to come back in a “co” HC role – sell it as the only way to save Bowles career. Arians is very loyal to his guys, and he’s around the team in a limited capacity, and he’s had a few years to get back into better health – it’s time for him to come back and he’s claimed he wanted to coach Baker, so this would be his chance.
But for Baker, I actually think he’d respond great to being under that sort of pressure. In the past when he’s been publicly called out, he’s generally had a good game after that. My issue really isn’t with Baker (as far being called out goes) as much as the people around him and the nutjob fans who think he’s beyond criticism. If coaches and the public got on his case, I think he’d actually respond by playing a great game.
December 31st, 2025 at 2:48 pm
Munch,
Baker isn’t beyond criticism but you have been totally unfair pretending he isn’t injured, has a makeshift O line, and played 60% of his season without his top receivers. It makes a difference that he doesn’t have to throw to Sterling Sheppard and Tez. Meanwhile there were at least 3 games in the last 8 weeks that could have been won if defense stops a 3rd and 28, 4th and 12 and so on. Meanwhile, despite all the injuries Mayfield 2025 stats are identical in 2025 to Josh Allen and Justin Herbert. Haven’t heard anyone calling for their heads.

Rod … ‘I’d love BA as the HC, and I really hope the Glazers lean on him hard to come back in a “co” HC role – sell it as the only way to save Bowles career.’
Someone’s obviously using your handle Rod, because I know that you’d never type that BA & Todd should be ‘co-HCs’. Nah, can’t be you.

“Meanwhile, despite all the injuries Mayfield 2025 stats are identical in 2025 to Josh Allen and Justin Herbert.“
That’s because they’re both regarded as better QBs than Baker Mayfield, and clearly have longer leashes with the teams they lead because they earned it.
Y’all gotta stop doing this, naming the best of the best and saying “see even they struggle” it’s like the Mahomes comp, the only reason you mention those QBs is because they’re all better than Baker.
It’s like a copium den in here.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 White is a good rb.
He does not have the vision and cutting ability that
Bucky has, last year fans were asking why is Bucky not on the field more.
Grizz just doesn’t know how to use them both Period. White had plenty of time to solidify he’s starting roll since his has been here. I want him to stay, but if I were him I would be trying to play for the chiefs. By the way this offensive line sucks. Hinse the happy feet qb. Not too much on Bucky non football playing fans🤣🤣

No he didn’t, he’s had a different OC every single year,
to re-prove himself to from Leftwich to Grizzard. Year 1 he split carries with Lenny.

WarrenBrooksLoser,
None of the “best of the best” in your words has had a season like Baker did last year. That’s because and, here I will go slowly for you, because from your garbled syntax and thought patterns your challenges are obvious and have always been obvious to most. Slowly, Baker injured for 8 weeks has stats today equal to the best of the best. Those are facts. Go pout and say it’s not true but facts don’t lie.
December 31st, 2025 at 4:00 pm
“None of the “best of the best” in your words has had a season like Baker did last year”
Quick question, who was the MVP last season? And the year before that?
Fact is, Baker Mayfield never had a season like last season before last season lol
This year, his averages came back to earth like the Hindenburg
December 31st, 2025 at 4:10 pm
Mr. Warren Rachaad could have solidified his spot in 2023 and Bucky came on late in the 2024 season. White is good, Bucky is in year TWO🤭 white will be a free agent, after year 4.
White was the starting running back in 2023 and the start of 2024 ?
Forget about it. I don’t know you so I don’t your football background, go put a helmet on
Then we can talk🤙🏾🤙🏾
December 31st, 2025 at 4:25 pm
How many more people do we need to hear it from?
There are clearly multiple starters who have flat out quit on the team and tuned out the coaches.
December 31st, 2025 at 4:35 pm
The offense has been starting strong and then they disappear until the end when they put up to make it look decent. Or they do well and fade in the end. Basically the beginning isn’t the issue.
The defense doesn’t seem to start well, although lately lately they have, and never seem to finish well. They can’t seem to hold a lead at the end either.
Then, of course, there is special teams who don’t know how to block for kicks, two blocked field goals, and two blocked punt this year.
And they are so poor at kick coverage they have up and just started kicking it deep so every team starts at the 35. Why that Coach is still here is mind boggling
December 31st, 2025 at 4:47 pm
Something is very wrong with the Bucs. Their epic meltdown is one for the history books. A talented team being led by a mediocre Pied Piper down the sewer.
December 31st, 2025 at 4:57 pm
Mr.Green
Bucky is going through the same thing I’ve laid out that White had to contend with. Musical chairs at OC, even if he solidified his spot in 2023, that OC took a HC job and left. Same thing with Coen last year.
Meaning a new set of eyes, going off just your film along with working in new talent. As good as Bucky was, Rachaad remained out 3rd down back because in passpro he’s got more value and as a receiver his resume is a little thicker.
Bucky May very well be in the same position next year if we don’t retain White, and we come out of the draft with another RB on day 2/3. Fwiw, we ran a zone predominately zone scheme with Canales in ‘23, the one thing I do give Coen credit for is mixing some gap runs into the gameplan and getting either guy downhill.
Grizz is continuing that shift, but he’s doing it with the wrong guy leading the charge. BOTH have totally whiffed on being able to work Tucker in and exploit his talents for our gain.
December 31st, 2025 at 5:01 pm
Put a fork in them. They’re done.
It’ll be over by halftime. And I hope the half filled stadium lets Bowles have it.
This is a golden opportunity to let the Glazers and the football world know how we feel about the direction of this team.
Send this fraud packing and replace him immediately.
A lot of money is on the line with this decision.

——-
Huh? Why?
The only way Arians would come back would be to save Bowles, and the only way to do that is to give a ‘co’ title. By ‘co’ it means Bowles goes back to being the DC. Bowles was a very good DC under Arians, because Arians didn’t let him play this soft zone crap all the time, and stayed on him to be aggressive. When this current defense is aggressive, doesn’t sit back in this awful zone, they get sacks, turnovers, and stops – and yes, they give up some big plays, but so what, I’ll take a couple of big plays if it means holding the opponent and getting sacks and turnovers. Just sitting back in zone and being passively destroyed is just bad football. Arians would not allow that to happen – at least if the Bucs lost, it would be entertaining football again, not just sitting back on 3rd and 28 and giving up 1st downs at a 90% clip.

Munch,
Baker isn’t beyond criticism but you have been totally unfair pretending he isn’t injured, has a makeshift O line, and played 60% of his season without his top receivers.
———-
I literally gave him a pass until recently. I said he needs to get his WRs back, then he should get on a roll.
What I didn’t do is jump on the MVP nonsense – and pointed out being week 6 MVP means nothing, I said get back to me in week 16, and well we saw what happened. Baker wasn’t playing well in most of the games earlier this year, although, importantly, he did finish games well. I also said at the time he was doing as well as you could expect with all the injuries, the Bucs just need to buy time until guys get back. Well, guys are back, and Baker has tanked.
The last 4 loses are 100% on him. A low-end NFL starter wins all those games – all 4. He’s be awful and if the Bucs lose on Saturday, that’s going to be 5 in a row with the playoffs on the line, and 8 of his last 9. The idea that anyone things Baker is a draw to this team, and that a new coach is going to covet him, is beyond dumb. This is the Baker that got traded from Cleveland and cut in Carolina. His contract makes him uncuttable – so he’ll be back, but realistically, he’s playing for his career on Saturday. If he can’t come through after 5 chances in a row to make the playoffs, he’s done, no coach is ever again going to put their fate in his hands.
I hope he finally comes through. I’ve been hoping that for weeks. I want Baker to finally have a good game, get hot, make the playoffs, and then win in the playoffs. It’s literally one guy tanking the team right now, and it’s not Bowles, it’s Baker.

You are right Rod… Baker has single handedly lost 4 games. He also single handedly won four games at the beginning the season..So this is the tie breaker. But should your QB have that much responsibility? Fact is poor special teams and defensive plays put baker 8 or more times in do or die positions.. As Cower on CBS said too much is being asked of baker. Normally a coach would bench baker but Bongwater is worse. The Dolphins drafted a 7th round draft pick that is better than washed up Bongwater.
