  1. HC Grover Says:

Of course but they wont and do not deserve it.

  2. NashvilleBuc Says:

Suggest another poll: Do you want the Bucs to beat the Panthers, but NOT make the playoffs.

  3. SB~LV Says:

That is disgusting, wanting your team to lose. You ppl are not fans, your just stupid.

  5. DRob Says:

Nervous we will blow it up and get bellicheck or Tomlin.

Blazers value organizational (ceo type) leadership over actual sand os skills for headcoach. Ever since Raheem it has only been former headcoaches considered.

Probably why they never considered leftwich despite the reccomendstion.

I’m a Bucs fan, I want them to win every game they play.
That said, I’m ready to move on from Coach Bowles and I would like to see what’s behind door number two for a quarterback.

  7. SB~LV Says:

I can remember when the Bucs won MEANINGLESS games at the end of the season and it cost the better players in the draft!
At this point in every season it’s all about getting to and winning the NFC CHAMPIONSHIP game and getting into the Super Bowl!
    THAT AIN’T happening
    So a win is MEANINGLESS!

  8. Lakeland Says:

    Don’t Care!!!

  9. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    DRob Says
“Ever since Raheem it has only been former headcoaches considered.”

Not true. You are forgetting Dirk Koetter.

  10. Ricki Says:

I am one of the disgusting ones who want us to lose, because if we win we are stuck with this useless, scam, joker of a coach. He is worse than everybody we have ever had, because he hides behind the good players of this team. If you think about it he actually might be one of the worst coaches in history for wasting the good years of so many players.

  11. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

I have always voted for the Bucs to win. But I voted no this time. Why?

Because a win does us no good. A loss improves our draft position by a couple spots, and a loss guarantees a new head coach.

I view that as a bigger win.

I feel obligated to state that I don’t hate Todd Bowles. I think he is an okay human being with faults. But the time has come for the team to move on.

  12. Permanently Moderated Says:

I want them to win AND I want Todd Bowles gone. Unfortunately, I don’t think either will happen.

  13. SB~LV Says:

    Exactly Ricki !

  14. TampaBayBucFan Says:

I am astounded that Buc fans are rooting for our team to lose…..no wonder we have trouble filling seats…..

Hard for me to believe that Packer, Steeler, 49r, or any other team’s fans would root for their team to lose.

I understand the distain for Bowles…..but let’s root to win and let the chips fall where they will if we don’t.

“I am one of the disgusting ones who want us to lose, because if we win we are stuck with this useless, scam, joker of a coach. He is worse than everybody we have ever had…”

    A couple things:

    1) I think even if we win he is going to be fired.

    2) He is NOT the worst coach the Buccaneers have ever had. People always make that claim when they want a HC fired, but in this case it is not true. If you truly think that, take a look at former Bucs coaches again.

But it is time to move on.

  16. Josh Says:

I want a new head coach and multiple Super Bowl wins. If Todd Bowles somehow delivers that this year, then I honestly don’t care who coaches the team, how they happened to win it all, or why. At the end of the day, I’m a Bucs fan. I want championships and a dynasty of RINGS. I don’t care about the name on the back of the jersey, who owns the team, or who coaches the team. To quote Al Davis: Just win, baby.

  17. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    TampaBayBucFan Says:
“Hard for me to believe that Packer, Steeler, 49r, or any other team’s fans would root for their team to lose.”

I understand your point, but consider this: Do the fans of a team in the running for the first pick want to win a game? I would guess that they would rather get that first pick, and they would view that as a win.

Now consider this: Would you prefer to miss out on the perfect players for the team simply because he was taken one pick before us?

Winning now only hurts the team. Losing this one more game helps us. That in itself is a win.

  18. Warren Brooks Lynch Says:

I want them to win and end the season on a middling note, still it’d be a losing record which means this offseason isn’t going to be the time to just sit around and wait for change for the better to happen. We need to be honest, and deliberate in the player(and coach) picking

  19. Pewter Power Says:

People really want that participation trophy even though they know we’ll get demolished in the first round

  20. DBS Says:

No. I want this season over. Bucs don’t belong in the playoffs only to get more national embarrassment. Plus every possible chance Bowles gets run.

  21. Erik with Pilot and Driver™ Says:

With our luck, Atl will prob beat the Saints, so it will be a moot point if we do somehow beat the Panthers.

But yeah, I’m still hoping for a miraculous Superbowl run. But that’s highly-unlikely obviously. Lol

  22. Rick Says:

Want the win, but Falcons to win their game. This team truly needs a full reset that starts with a new HC. I’M extremely confident in wanting it to be Mike La Fleur the Rams OC.

  23. Mort Says:

If you voted “Ni”, you’re a loser and you are the problem. Walk the plank. We are talking a division championship and playoffs. GTFO.

  24. Ultra Clodhopper Says:

Last week we voted not sure. Today I voted no.

  25. SteveK Says:

Hell yes make the playoffs. But I would wager that we get our asses kicked on Saturday based on how we’ve been playing since the bye week. We flat out suck, so either make the playoffs or get smoked on Saturday and start looking at the draft.

  26. DBS Says:

Boo hoo. Some of us live in reality. Division Championship is worthless. Backing in to the playoffs praying someone else screws up so we can get in is not what a true playoff contender looks like. GMFB has been showing this morning exactly how embarrassing this team is.

  27. David Says:

I know you shouldn’t root against your team to lose and I am not, but I would probably be slightly happier if they just end the season, fire the HC/DC, OC, special teams coach the following week. Get the hunt started.
What is the other option? Get embarrassed in the playoffs by the Rams at home? I’m not delusional, they have absolutely zero chance of winning a playoff game.

  28. Colin in Canada Says:

Anyone who voted no isn’t a fan of the bucs.

  29. Herbiebuc Says:

Win or lose coach Bowles will be here next year. That’s what makes you fans look pathetic! No reason the Bucs play so terrible at home it’s no real true support. The min the Bucs were 6-2 nobody was screaming about Bowles and if somehow they win and get into the playoffs here they come being a coach qb. Support the team win they doing bad and call it day, but wishing on a lose just to go into rebuilding mode when we been int the playoffs the past 5 years is crazy!

  30. Deeboooo Says:

It’s just sad to see fans not want to this team get to the playoffs. It’s just not the type of culture you want to end a season. Our division is ending this season on the upswing. It may carry over to next year. I’d like to see the Bucs achieve SOMETHING at the end this year to have some good vibes for next year.

  31. Lol Says:

The virtue signaling is really weird. This is a football team. Fans are allowed to think what they want. LOL

  32. heyjude Says:

Hoping for a huge win. Go Bucs!

  33. Yikes Says:

I cant image the mindset of If you dont think like me you’re not a fan of the team

  34. Paratrooper Buc Says:

I will root for the team to win. I doubt all the players/coaches wants to win. As bad as baker is playing, I see him trying but it’s still bad results. Yaya, Godwin, White, Mike, and more are fighting. I cheer for them and feel their disappointment. I see Bowles and think: you failed your team by not firing the Special Teams coordinator and the defense has struggled but the offense has done just as bad so both Bowles and Grizzard are to blame. Baker never single handedly won a game. I don’t believe he single handedly lost a game but he put massive straws that ended up breaking the back after many other players put small to big straws on here and there. The team needs a change. If the glazers keep Todd I don’t see change happening. I have friends who say if Bowles stays regardless of the playoffs, they will not buy tickets, or the nfl Sunday ticket package or any merchandise or some variation of protest. My issue as a fan is what I see as some players and coaches not wanting to go to the playoffs. Too much of the team has quit and there is not enough heart to win. That cannot change unless the culture changes.

  35. 813bucboi Says:

    YES!!!

im sure baker will turn it over in the 4th quarter…AGAIN!!!

    GO BUCS!!!!

  36. Rockbuc Says:

Don’t care, means nothing, will be full of Carolina fans

  37. Ugo Says:

I do but I also want Todd gone regardless.

  38. Hodad Says:

In the long run it would be best if they lose. I’m in this for the long run.

  39. Rod Munch Says:

If you voted no, you’re not a Bucs fan, you’re just an emo retard with the mental stability of an 18-year old girl on her period. The fact you want to lose because you think a new coach will have the team in the Super Bowl next year, you’re an idiot.

  40. Mike Johnson Says:

I’m torn. But if a loss means Bowles is definitely fired? Then, sorry guys, Roll Panthers roll.

  41. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    @Rod Munch

I think Bowles is fired no matter whether we win the game…I’m now thinking about attracting a new head coach…who is unlikely to take us to a Superbowl in his first year (though we did see it’s possible with Gruden).

Truthfully, I need a break from football. First it was a rollercoaster and then it was a nose dive. I need to recharge.

And honestly, a better pick would help the team more.

This is the last game, not the middle of the season. We are not going beyond one game in the playoffs and we’ll be lucky to even make the playoffs.

  42. Tom Petty Says:

    Bad team…….Worse fans.
