Bryce Young Is 0-4 Against The Bucs

December 21st, 2025

After the Bucs got torched by Kirk “Todd Bowles Can’t Stop Me” Cousins 10 days ago, Joe is so happy to be seeing a quarterback today that is mortal against a Bowles defense.

Panthers QB Bryce Young is 0-4 against Bowles in his three-year career.

In two games last year, Young completed just 41 of 74 passes. That’s a 55 percent completion rate. In the prior year against the Bucs, 2023, Young completed only 53 percent.

Joe doesn’t believe in NFL coincidences. Young obviously doesn’t see the field well against Bowles blitzes. It’s certainly not a fericious Bucs’ edge rush that takes him off his game against Tampa Bay. This year, Young is completing 63 percent of his passes, a career high.

Joe watched Young shred the Rams and their blitzes last month, so Joe isn’t underestimating Young’s ability to have a big day against the Bucs, especially at home.

However, if that happens, if might be the ugliest of marks against the Bowles defense this year.

  3. Todd Says:

Bryce Young is the 5th worst QB in the league against the blitz at a rating of 76 , so expect Bowles to blitz early and often.

The ugliest of marks against a Bowles defense? I am trying to imagine that but I am coming up with nothing. Somebody help me out. What events or outcome would qualify as the ugliest mark.

If young puts Up big numbers after Bowles and his staff had like 10 days to prepare I won’t be surprised

Well Joe that does concern me his 0 and 4. Why this is parody nfl. He is going to end that streak sometime because nobody except Counsins beating the Bucs consistently continues to lose to another team. Not only that but I believe the Bucs have swept the Panthers a few times over the last years. So yes today could be that day. The Bucs have no defense and Car D while not all that have a great D tackle going against some pretty weak o lineman. That may be the Difference. Baker with great receivers may not have the time to find his receivers.
Yes this.may be Car’s time. The only way the Bucs win is score a ton of points, so the O Line will have to give Baker time and open some holes for the run game.
If Car has the ball at the end well you know what happens

Today is that day panthers gonna embarrass this organization

  15. Jim Fletcher Says:

Macmillan just scored with 7 seconds in the first half. Bryce has all the time in the world, Baker is rushed every time. We have no pass rush.
    Fire.The. Coach.
