Lee, great point. I mentioned it in the comment section on Ira’s last podcast. Leave the coaching staff intact hire a defensive coordinator. Bruce Arians had no problem having an offensive coordinator. Additionally, I believe Steve said the glazers were tired of the dink and dunk offense under Tony Dungy. They have to be getting tired of this defense.
