Suspended!

November 11th, 2025

Busted.

Backup running back Josh Williams will miss six games as the NFL hammered him for failing a whizz quiz.

Per Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, Williams was popped for violating the NFL’s Performance-Enhancing Substances Policy. He will be out at least six games and is eligible for reinstatement in the Week 16 game against the Stinking Panthers.

This season just keeps getting better. (sarcasm obviously)

  2. Warren Brooks Lynch Says:

What in the heck is going on!? Juicing? C’mon Williams you’re screwing with your roster spot and opportunity, smh

  3. miken Says:

the only guy on the roster we could afford to lose.

  4. Nhystc Says:

I forgot this dude was even on the team.

  5. Tampabaybucfan Says:

Stuck on stupid…could end his career

  6. Leopold Stotch Says:

Curious to see if we still keep him on the roster after this revelation

  7. BucfaninMi Says:

    Dude! WTF?

  8. Bee Says:

    Who?

  9. Rod Munch Says:

Depends on what he was doing – but I doubt he was knowingly taking something banned. Seemingly now a lot of guys are getting busted after buying crap off Amazon that turns out to have the good stuff in it – and they truly didn’t know. I just wish they’d tell us what has the good stuff in it so I could get some.

    Jesus Christ.

    Idiot

  12. Whatevs Says:

Bowles is responsible for all aspects of this team.

I guess this is another one of Jason Licht’s good guys

  13. Irishmist Says:

    What performance?

  14. Waterboy Says:

When you’re #4 on the depth chart and stand to make millions that’s worth the gamble, IMO.

  15. ModHairKen Says:

Anyone blaming Bowles or Licht is an ass

  16. Redzone Says:

Might as well get the humor out of the way

    That was enhanced?

Can he share with the O LINE?

  17. Bucsalltheway Says:

Juicing or tanard Jackson Jr? Or Adderall Talib & Eric Wright

Some commenters seem to believe Bowles & Licht are responsible for everything bad in the world, probably including climate change.

  21. sethery Says:

while bucky is out too. damn. gotta get the higher quality designer steroids like the rest of the league next time. he’s on that practice squad budget.

  22. Woodman Says:

    That’s funny Sethery.Lol

  23. Sly Pirate Says:

We only see the Mike Evans and Tristan Wirfs of the NFL. The 1% freaks of nature.

For most players, it’s nearly impossible to make a NFL team. I’ve ridden in more than one Uber with former D1 studs doing all they can to get an invite. They’d do anything to just make the practice squad.

    I get it. I sympathize.

  24. BucU Says:

    LOL @ “What performance?”

  25. LawrenceDawsey Says:

One of the few times I agree with carpet muncher…. it could be so many different things. Literally could be something from GNC. We will probably never know

  26. Rod Munch Says:

Sly Pirate – When I was a teen and working in fast food, one guy who was a cook at our store was a huge guy, I joked that he looked like an NFL linebacker… Well, turns out he was a former starting linebacker for Oklahoma, was a legit draft prospect, then blew out his knee or something. He would have played probably in the late 70s I’d guess, based on when I knew him and I assume he was probably in his mid-30s at the time, but you know what they say, black don’t crack, so he might have been older and I didn’t realize it. Anywho, I wish I had talked to him more about playing days, but it felt so sad bringing it up. The guy probably hadn’t played in 10-15 years, and still looked the part.

But, for Williams here, I doubt its anything like that – I’m going to guess he just took some stuff he thought was OK, and it turned out it had something in it. More common with younger guys and bottom of the roster guys as they don’t have people managing everything they put in their bodies. Young guys in particular are bombarded with ads on stuff like TikTok to take supplements which they promise are safe to take and have no banned substances in it – but it’s all Chinese crap and no one knows what is in it. I could be wrong, purely guessing, but seemingly every time someone gets busted anymore it’s always the same thing – they took something that was labelled as safe, turns out it’s not.

Who is the #3 RB after White/Tucker? Owen Wright from practice squad? Also was Desmond Watson released again from squad?

  28. FortMyersDave Says:

Well, since he is just a body on the scout team, no real loss.

  29. Warren Brooks Lynch Says:

“Owen Wright from practice squad? Also was Desmond Watson released again from squad?“

    Yes and yes.

  30. ChiBuc Says:

Now, we lose “the locker room is full of character” schtick.

Rod, I might buy the argument that if he took a crap on your head, he mistook it for a toilet bowl. But you are spinning like a dreidel on the first day of Hannukah

  31. Ha-Ha-Ha Says:

For once I can agree with Munch.

  32. Inwoodjeremy Says:

Thanks Warren. I was rooting for Watson being a local. Owen Wright has Ernest Graham type build.
