Injured.
More good news and bad news on the Tampa Bay injury report.
The Bucs were in pads today and right tackle Luke Goedeke was “limited.” Does that mean Goedeke couldn’t take on all his tasks, or did the Bucs hold him back?
Still no practicing for Haason Reddick, Chris Godwin and Bucky Irving. Now, left guard Ben Bredeson landed on the injury report with a shoulder injury. Was he injured in practice? That’s unclear.
Joe’s eager to see the Friday report, the final one of the week before Sunday’s kickoff against New England.
On the upside for the Bucs, it appears Patriots cornerback Drake Maye’s top deep threat, Kayshon Boutte, will miss Sunday’s game with a bad hamstring.

Bredeson was hurt in New Orleans. This isn’t a new injury.
He wasn’t on Wednesday’s report. So that is not clear.–Joe

I knew it and it wasn’t that I thought he was a bad player but Tampa goes and gets that one guy who’s average and the town goes crazy. Not everyone is gonna be Shaq

They’ve made multiple questionable decisions as far as IR goes over the past few seasons. Since our training and strength/conditioning staffers are subpar, our menagerie of injured players ALWAYS come back on the long side of time ranges. This leads me to believe it’s not a lack of understanding. I think it’s just a symptom of us being THE MOST opaque team in the league when it comes to injuries. Let us not forget Jensen suffered a career ending injury (thanks Hall) and they acted like they couldn’t diagnose it or offer a timeline on it for OVER A FULL SEASON due to SWELLING. I’m not one to bet on games, but the league sure has gone all in on it, and I’m amazed we haven’t been fined for our sneakery regarding injury reports. Every time bowles says “(player) has a foot/ankle/knee/etc” should be a fine. What does that mean Kobe Bryant?

We need to start coming to terms as fans and with play calling that Bucky Irving is somewhere between 20 to 30 pounds too light to be used in the way we are using him.

I always like hearing from the Bucs team orthopedic doctor in these comments sections. They re always dialed into each injury our Buccaneers players suffer and always provide us readers (and Vegas bookmakers) with their best medically informed opinions….Oh wait.

Last week I asked if anyone saw the scary movie video the Bucs posted and Luke was in it wearing pads. They tipped us off in a Halloween video before anyone would say anything about it. Pretty ridiculous.
I’m sure they will really catch NE off guard by trotting out the starting RT.

@ I Remember– with all due respect it is not the teams chore to tell the fans and opposing teams the exact nature of the injuries. I understand the frustration but that is the way is. I am confident the medical staff is top notch. There is no “sneakery”. A lot of the injury healing and rehab timing is not exact. Not that I like what is communicated but often it is the best they can say. To demand we want full disclosure is IMO ridiculous. It is not about the fans but is what is in the players best interest. For them to have to tell us the exact injury is not helping the team. As a heath professional I understand their position.

Denver taking their time outs w 2:31 left in the half because they thought they could get the ball back ,,, it may not amount to anything but Bowles would have never done that ,,, Denver gets the ball back w 1:50 left ,,, Bucs would have got the ball back w 20 seconds and 3 TOs left

I thought I read somewhere about the dreaded H word and Goeddeke. I read that he has also worked through Heaches. The sore limb may slow him down and waste a season but it’s a concussion that truly threatens his career.

The Raiders punter, on 2 punts, hit the coffin corner on the 1 yard line. Was hoping the poster on this site who swears punters have only punted middle of the field for the last 20 years was watching. Don’t know why he ever thought such a thing.

Rumour is bucky will need off season surgery , but may return in week 12 in managed capacity on shoulder. Chris godwin also out untill late November early December

The bucs need to look at their training staff, too many injuries every year to key personnel! Understand its part of the game but the frequency of occurrences each year suggest we go in a new direction with some fresh ideas and management in the training staff side of things..

Rumor is Mach don’t know what the he’ll he is talking about but we are in week 10 so that not much of a guess. If he plays in 2 weeks I will be happy
