Been a couple of hot days and me and the old hound been waiting on our favorite podcast. Couldn’t have posted at a better time. Football is upon us and thanks guys for braving this heat while we fans kick back in the air conditioning and get more info than we could get than if we were out there sweating with you. Sure is worth the price of admission! Anyway, the skirmishes yesterday were “illegitimate”. The line being if it were a “legitimate” skirmish one or more players would have their helmet ripped off. Or knocked off. That is when they mean business. But since, as you guys say, we’re not known as the most physical team, we need to change that narrative quickly. So maybe we can knock a helmet off and beat them with it. That oughta do the trick. Thanks again for the hard work.

The occult of Trask are going to lose their orange and blue minds when Teddy is named the number 2.

Great podcast Ira and Joes! Ira is right the AFC South is way below average yet the national medial labels the NFC South as the weakest division….. Trask is a nice guy but looks like he will be the emergency #3 QB on the roster unless Michael Pratt gets healthy. Trask lovers are probably preparing for the worst as we speak…. On the topic of Kay Adams, well, it is no wonder that she got everyone and everybody on the Buc roster and staff wanting to get a chance to have a 5-minute chat with her. She was absolutely stunning in that tank top! I am sure that every other journalist at training camp, even the lovely Jenna Laine, had to take a number behind Kay.

One of the great mysteries is why Trask hasn’t been able to develop, particularly when he studied under the tutelage of TB12. Yes, Trask was re-signed. That’s no guarantee that he’ll continue with the team in the long term. Think of all of the coaches and players who were re-signed and then promptly let go. For the Bucs, that’s the kiss of death. The Glazers love to pay players not to play and coaches not to coach.

I don’t believe what they say about Trask anymore when you listen to other bucs sites they say he had a good camp and they’re out watching as well. The other Joe said for 5 years Trask played bad in all the camps. But you go back and look at the 2023 camp the same guy said Baker Mayfield is going to start because of his experience and Bowles wasn’t going to put his job on the line with guy with no experience. Lol 🤣🤣 everyone knows Trask was better than Baker in training camp in 2023 . That’s why you have people want to see what Trask can do. But I get it they have to promote Baker Mayfield for the sake of the Glazers. They want Trask out of here and Teddy Bridgewater ain’t going to give the bucs a better chance if Baker goes down. The Joe’s want Trask out of here so bad because they are afraid if ever gets a opportunity it’s a strong possibility that Baker won’t get his job back !! Lol 🤣🤣

I want to ask this question to the Joe’s when are y’all going to hold Baker Mayfield accountable the same way y’all do Dak when the cowboys lose in the playoffs? Can Baker Mayfield get the bucs over the hump is the question ❓ Alex Smith, Tony Romo, Kirk Cousins all had good regular season but never played in a conference championship game. Alex Smith was going to pro bowls and KC was actually winning 12 and 13 games a season with him but they moved on after they won 13 games with him . That same year they brought in Mahomes and he played week 17 . The bucs need to do the same thing if we don’t get to a conference championship game . Draft a quarterback in the first round and let Baker Mayfield start the 026 season.

Great podcast! Kay Adams does a good job and am glad she is taking an interest in the Bucs this season.
Got a good laugh about door number 2 reference. I loved it in Joe’s former post. Trask looked really good last night. Watching Bucky and Bridgewater on the sidelines, I am thinking Teddy is a another great mentor for the younger players too. He knows the NFL and the game. Good problem to have with two good backup QBs. Mike and Buka on the sidelines conversing too, nice to see. We have a great culture on our team and locker room. Yes, a lot to prove and it’s happening.
