Me and the old hound enjoying the simpler things in life today after being apart these last 6 days. I drove all night while the wife slept the return trip from St Louis and grandkids week. Our favorite podcast is definitely one of those simpler things and by shows end Junebug and I are so kicked back it’s like I was never gone. Of course, being a lazy dog, Junebug can’t talk, but you guys voices seem to put her in her happy place. Oh yeah, watch Happy Gilmore 2. Anyway, if Junebug could talk she’d probably say you guys are still selling our favorite team short. You guys can’t help that I know. You three are so close and vested in the team that you can’t have the detachment required to see the forest for the trees. We’re really good this year. Is the Falcons opener a must win? No. But that doesn’t mean it’s not an important win. In fact it’s the most important win we’ll have had these last few years! Because it’s going to be a statement win. This is our coming out year! Even old Junebug could tell you that.

Excellent comments, gentlemen! Expectations are high for Braswell. The Bucs spent a second round pick on him, and he hails from Alabama, a big time college football program with a reputation for producing good defensive players. GM Licht also raised expectations, so let’s hope that he takes a huge leap this year.
