I walked in to an old haunt after some time away from Tampa only to find it had been transformed in to a lesbian bar. A surly bartender told me I could have a beer but would have to leave when finished. LOL True story happened in about 1980. Wonder how that would go these days…

He should be. Yeah yeah we can all say, “it’s a business”, but they KNEW that with the 8th pick one of the top QBs in the draft were going to be there.
Quarterback is a very good show and I’m glad there’s a season 2. I think Baker on that show would be very interesting and entertaining.
It’s not a sports bar. It’s a WOKE bar. It’s especially hilarious to see a BLM banner at a place where there isn’t one person of color in any of the pictures in that article. I’m sure they’re proud of the banner while thinking to themselves, “Whoa look at me, I’m liberal, helping minorities.”

As usual agree 100% with you. As a former Broadcaster whose career was ending just as the ladies were getting their chances…I still remember listening to “The Fabulous Sports Babe”. I really enjoyed Nancy in her early years.
The only nit I might pick is not about men and women at all but about ANY sideline reporters. It’s on the Directors to insert them into the Broadcast properly but frequently I get the feeling it’s the amount of air time owed to the reporter (male or female) that determines how often they go to the sidelines.

Agree about any sideline reporters. At times when the coach is running to the tunnel for half time they stop them and it’s like let the coach get in there. Unfortunately, that is a mandate and there is nothing that can be done about that. You are right, it’s all determined ahead of time.

David… LOL. I love the sound effects of the punching. It’s one thing to drink a few beers while golfing but to get plaster to the point where you can’t golf, and then slow everything down for everybody else is ridiculous. Then you talk crap to the people who have a problem with it, and then bow up like you’re a tough guy against a guy way bigger than you… an exhockey player for goodness sake! Luckily he was so drunk the punches didn’t seem to hurt. LOL Alcohol got him into this mess, alcohol made it less painful. Of course, alcohol with a certain personality is the real trouble.
That was a great video! I hope the video follows that doofus for a while.
The Bucs had to play Chris Carter and Randy Moss regularly, so we know how good Chris Carter is. He had amazing hands, always got open and scored plenty of tds. Those two together were nightmares. Before Dante Culpepper ruined his knee, that was an offense to be reckoned with.
The video on tik tok of the gamer boy with a beautiful girl in the bed. Perfect example of too many gen xers. Gaming is a bigger high than sex. I thought the funny part was what was on the screen. Looks like a completely ridiculous video game. Didn’t look like there’s anything cool about it. Mediocre graphics, definitely wasn’t Madden. LOL

Your take on a woman’s sports bar is profoundly idiotic. Read the article and give me one instance of a sexiest men-hating bias or pro-any kind of woke-bs being mentioned by the owners or the reporter. It’s niche marketplace they are describing in a tough economy, with no mud-slinging at all in the article, but you have to take it to a knuckle-dragging level because you’re a political pleb.
And so what if they have a BLM sign, they are in Oregon where the black population is near non-existent, so they support a minority group. I don’t give a damn about BLM, but I’m not offended like some snowflake.

Well, the coaches are contractually obligated (through the conference/school TV/radio contracts) to talk to those sideline reporters at half. They know this. If they weren’t forced to talk, a lot of them wouldn’t.
And if you look closely, you often see the school/network’s radio sideline reporters waiting to get their questions in. TV pays the big bills so they always get the first crack.
