Me and the old hound sure like listening to our favorite podcast. Even at 2:30 am. Talking about the Steelers joint practice the middle of August makes me realize how time flies, especially when we’re on the downhill side of the mountain. And won’t be long now before we find out if our team has made the right moves this offseason. Morrison looks like an outside corner to me whereas Parrish has the skills to play anywhere in the secondary. David Walker may be starting on opening day and Reddick and Diaby may be fighting to keep up with him. Sage is good reasoning that Bowles “epiphany” is to simplify things a little bit. Did we do enough for the middle of this defense? Lee joking about Jack Ham got me thinking about Andy Russell so I looked him up. He died last year at 82. Man with Jack Lambert that was 3 linebackers who would hunt you down! And with the Steel Curtain in front of them they didn’t have much resistance. Winfield and Dennis having big years is gonna make a big difference in this team and I’m still thinking we’re going to have a very special year.

    Fun podcast!

Not worried about Reddick yet. He will be there soon. The Bucs are a good fit for him.

Great comparison of Egbuka. Rooting for him. I am still upset how Godwin got hurt too.

Yes, agreed, Bowles is always stoic. Great trait to have when needed.

What would Lovie do?… Memories, unsure to cry or laugh.

    i keep thinking we’re one linebacker short…an ilb…

it’s like when ira scoops up a dozen coconut donuts, and swore they packed him a baker’s dozen…then he get’s home to see he was shorted by one
