Falcons Choke, Fall To 2-3

October 12th, 2026

Oh, what fun it is in the NFC South landfill.

The Panthers sit alone in first place at 2-2 after their bye in Week 5.

Tonight, the Falcons played prevent defense at home against the Ravens’ backup quarterback and gagged away an eight-point lead late in the fourth quarter. They lost 30-23 in overtime. And they lost their starting quarterback, Michael Penix, with a rib injury.

Earlier Sunday, the slimy Saints (1-4) were horrible on offense against the Vikings and lost 23-13 in New Orleans.

The Bucs sit at 1-4 and they’re sizzling hot after beating the Cowboys on Thursday Night Football. Because the Bucs do not have a division loss like the Saints do (they lost Atlanta), Tampa Bay is officially in third place in the division.

Fun times in the landfill.

This actually might be the best division in football and the Bucs are king of the hill. It’s a great time to be a Bucs fan. All these great players and coaches, so fun to watch. Don’t be so results oriented, be happy with the journey.

Here we go baby, whip those Steelers. Go Bucs

Falcons are as tough a football team with Penix in this game as I’ve seen them in a long time. That defense is very good and the offense has a plan. Tough break for them that Penix got hurt. If the Bucs can get their shtt together in this shtthole division they can maybe compete.
    Go Bucs

%%%%What’s with calling the NFCSouth the junk heap, Joe? Is this a Bucs fan site or not?! I’m not saying you go rah rah kissing their butts, but some of this negative rap is baloney! That picture is a little old, too. I really wish this site had been around in the Stone Age of the 1980s. Believe me, plenty of ways for fans and the team to communicate. This high-tech stuff is becoming more and more of a headache. I was born into high-tech so I kinda know what I’m writing about! Bucs have a legit chance to catch up. Go Bucs Sunday!%%%%%%%%

The worst division title currently belongs to the AFC South with a total of 5 wins. The NFC South is tied with the AFC East for second place with 6 wins….and last season the title went to the AFC North with 29 wins as the worst division. The NFC South had 30 wins.

About time they won a game. I like Jalon and he does energize this team in many ways.

    Good one! 🤣🤣🤣

Hey, only 1 game back, right? I don’t want to compete in the landfill. I want Bowles to be fired. If they win the landfill division, would we be stuck with Bowles in 2027? Would 9-8 save his behind? I hope not.

There’s a .000001% chance this poorly coached team can win 9 games. That would be an 8-4 record the rest of the way, with an HC who can’t coach his way out of a wet paper sack.
