Team Glazer and Bucs AC/DC-loving general manager Jason Licht have to be beside themselves after watching today’s loss to the Vikings.
Joe already called Bucs offensive coordinator Zac Robinson’s job security into question. If the powers that be at One Buc Palace have discussed KitKat-eating Bucs coach Todd Bowles’ job security, how could they also not have discussed Robinson’s?
Think about it: The Bucs offense is brutal. Chris Godwin, a well-established player and Pro Bowler, is hardly involved. Same with Emeka Egbuka.
What is Team Glazer paying Godwin over $20 million for if he’s not going to be used? Why did the Bucs draft Egbuka in the first round if he’s not going to be used?
They aren’t open? Well, isn’t the offensive coordinator’s job is to scheme guys open?
At halftime, tight end Cade Otton had five targets. At the same time, Egbuka had three. Godwin, two. That makes no sense to Joe at all.
It makes so little sense; Joe doesn’t know how Robinson can justify this emphasis on getting the ball to Otton.
Pretty soon this nonsense is going to start costing people their jobs. Maybe it already has and we just don’t know it yet.

If they are not producing, they will stay on the field. David Walker produces and gets sacks and they had to keep him out of the game.

Godwin/Hurst/Irving had 4 targets

Ok — three games now.
You would think through three games that both the OC and the quarterback would see enough in a presnap read to have some chunk plays.
It seems almost impossible for pros on the team not to take advantage a few time.

The Bucs’ offense: why make things complicated when you can be painfully predictable?
Baker has sucked for almost a full calendar year. When he’s not throwing an inaccurate pass, the WRs are dropping it, the play gets called back, or the defense already knows what’s coming.
At this point, just let the announcers call the plays—they’re already predicting them.

I would like someone to find out the EE play where he kept running and never looked back.
That had to be one really screwed up play. Looked liked it could have picked up big yards.

On TV it looked like e2 wasn’t even looking for the ball, but on replay you clearly see e2 looking for the ball and was expecting it to his left, and Baker simply threw it to the wrong side and gave e2 no time to adjust. In fact you actually see e2 with his hands behind his back try to get to the ball anyways.
But, again, live it looked really weird, I’ll give you that much.

Strange that I’m not the slightest bit upset our starting QB is out.
Joe – I wouldn’t have a problem with Zac targeting Otten if the Vikings D played like ours – you know, why throw to the receivers when the TE is open all day all day, but that’s not the case. And Cade can’t block or catch very well. Would rather see Sharpe.
Daniels to Sharpe coming I hope.
Baker to Otten should be over and done.

Soon Jalon Daniels will get the start. It is likely this offense operates smoother, faster and more efficient with him at center. He is not discombobulated like Baker is, he gets the ball out quicker as well. He is a rookie and and will have his issues but that is expected.

It’s literally, ALL “THEIR” FAULT. Everything that we have coming to us for the next SEVERAL YEARS. STRONG Owners KNOW ‘WHEN’ it’s time, to cut bait and MOVE FORWARD. They are the ‘ones’ who have put us in this current situation. And, they will only continue to prolong-it EVEN THAT MUCH MORE, and will make-it just that MUCH MORE DIFFICULT to get out of it… The longer they continue holding onto our soon to be SUB .400 WinPct. (without Tom Brady) GM. They just LOST at HOME to the Kyler Murray led, Jefferson-LESS Vikings today, to bring them to 0-3 on the season. THIS IS JUST EXACTLY “WHO” THEY ARE. It’s “who” THEY WERE.

The HC sux, the OC sux and the GM not that great either. But The Faker Mayfield extension is solely on the Glazers…they made the decision to go ahead at the last minute with the 3 years over Licht’s stance on waiting till after the year. T Krass had a great take on this after today’s game. So not only is this year trash, but next year as well as the Bucs are saddled with this overpaid imposter of a QB. Who of quality would want to come here after they fire Bowels to coach this team and have Mayfield under centre?

Wow I don’t know where to start. This was a very frustrating game to watch. The holding penalties against our Bucs O Line may have cost us the game. But I’ll be back next week to watch the Bucs Packers game !!
At least my Florida Gators are kicking butt !!
