Rebroadcast: WTTA-TV Channel 38 will rebroadcast the game Saturday at 1 p.m. NFL Network will rebroadcast the game Saturday at 3:30 a.m. and Tuesday at noon.

Streaming: Buccaneers.com, Bucs official app and NFL+. (Geographic restrictions apply. Subscription may be required).

Radio: Buccaneers Radio Network WXTB-FM 97.9 in the Tampa-St. Petersburg region (Transmisiones de radio en español en WTMP-FM 96.1 y WMGG-AM 1470 en Tampa). Both English and Spanish radio broadcasts of Bucs games can be accessed via the Bucs official app. Additional stations throughout Florida on the Buccaneers Radio Network can be found here. The game will also be broadcast on SiriusXM Channel 225 (Buccaneers Radio Network feed).

Weather: Mostly gloomy day in Jacksonville today. Rain and thunderstorms are expected this morning and in the late afternoon (welcome to Florida in August). In fact, thunderstorms are expected in the first half tonight, per AccuWeather.com. Temperature at kickoff should be in the low 80s.  Once the game is over with, it should be a very pleasant 76 and by that time the rains should have dissipated. .

Odds: Per Hard Rock Bet, as of midnight, Bucs -2.5 (-115); 34.5 over/under.

Outlook: It will be the Tampa Bay short-order cooks and high school history teachers vs. the Amazon truck drivers and physical therapists tonight. KitKat-eating Bucs coach Todd Bowles said the starters won’t play. So, Joe is guessing tonight will be Chris Braswell’s last stand as a Bucs player. Will the former second-round pick do anything tonight? Or is the dye cast? Joe would like to see quarterback Jalon Daniels progress. Don’t think the Bucs want Jake Browning maimed playing behind five turnstiles tonight. The way Joe looks at it, the guys who the Bucs think still have a prayer should get to play the whole game. Joe doesn’t want to see one player who the Bucs think may start be out there on a rainy field. It’s time to start worrying about real games.

So Baker finishes the preseason with a 56.3 passer rating.

The last time he had a preseason that bad was 2019, when he had 57.9 passer rating. That year he went to throw for 22 TDs vs 21 INTs and had a 78.8 passer rating in the regular season. The Browns went on to be 6-10, and Baker was so bad he got Todd Monken fired as their OC – the same Todd Monken that made Jameis Winston a Pro Bowler.

Not good for Baker… I guess that’s why the team stopped negotiating with him, and instead spent that money on Vita. Pretty obvious they’re moving on, just going to get reps in practice for Daniels as they prepare him to start in 2027.

So, if Baker lights it up this year, will you eat crow?

Munchoughtabewatchingthelunareclipse. Rod, it might help you to understand how insignificant you truly are. Of course, when you contemplate the happenings in our solar system, we all recognize how insignificant we truly are. So it’s not just you. Anywho.

Freddy Kitchens became the Browns head coach in 2019. His one and only year as an NFL head coach. He was fired by Bill Belidunce at North Carolina after one year as his offensive coordinator. With that pathetic franchise, and equally pathetic head coach, it’s a miracle Baker won 6 games.

I’m going back outside to howl at the moon. I mean watch the moon.

Munchestotheextreme. Had to check out how Freddy Kitchens was faring with his football career since Belidunce fired him 6 months ago. Turns out he got on with Dabo at Clemson for this year. As a volunteer offensive assistant. Yes, he’s working for free.
