Crosby is a Super Bowl move. The Bucs with Crosby are NOT a Super Bowl team. You CAN’T move any of next season’s picks in THE “All-Time” LOADED 2027 Draft-Class in NFL History, according to Todd McShay. A team that DESPERATELY needs to get much younger. And, will need EVERY available asset possible, in order to help land a ‘top-tier’ level head coach. Whoever this other dude is must have Stockholm Syndrome when it comes to Jascum LICKT. And, he’s another reason why you’d have even more trouble trying to land a ‘top-tier’ level head coach. You CANNOT have that. PERIOD. End of Story. He HAS TO Go.
And, for ‘this guy’ who cannot see a reason to FIRE LICKT… How bout 93-104. 12-YEARS. Godwin & Reddick signings. McCollum contract (zero reason for it so prematurely, he’d be worth only HALF THAT now). We know all about his drafts. ZERO Pro Bowl Players Drafted in the past 5-DRAFTS. And, let’s face-it, it’s not very hard making a Pro Bowl nowadays. You can go on. Coen. Doubling down on the Bowles extension, & etc. You can go on… Responsible for 60% of this so-called “Lost Decade.” I mean, come-on dude. And, the Bucs was NOT Brady’s “first choice,” or was even CLOSE. Not his 2nd Choice, or even HIS THIRD. JL was a complete total LOSER before Brady, AND has been total complete LOSER after Brady. In a ‘historically’ WEAK Division now, 4-YEARS running. It’s all been nothing but a buncha “Smoke & Mirrors.
And, THIS DUDE is so gullible he’d literally BELIEVE ANYTHING. Brady arrived with a HUGE chip on his shoulders (everyone thought he was already washed up… San Fran, Raiders, and Miami ALL turned him down, though Miami was over collusion). He immediately went to WORK on the roster (AB, Gronk, Lenny, Wirfs, & HIMSELF), and CULTURE. This Bucs team just the year before, entirely MISSED The Playoffs, BADLY. It was BRADY who changed the entire culture of the franchise. It was all BRADY and no one else. It sure as hell, definitely was NOT J Friggin L. I can tell ya that. PERIOD. End of Story. 93-104, INCLUDING BRADY. I don’t even want to see what HIS RECORD IS without him.

This is a DEAD franchise, that is in desperate need of new energy and leadership, beginning at THE TOP. An entirely different direction and a brand new culture. We were sold a bunch of BS. There has not been ONE MOVE (by this FO), that has even made any sense over the past 2-YEARS. NOT ONE. And, I forgot to mention “Teddy” last season (and also with Trask, if you wanna be real about it)… For throughout the ENTIRE time, in all honesty. Ya know, even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in awhile LoL. It’s time to ‘wake-up’ and smell the coffee about JLickt. I mean, come on.
All these “choir boys” and “culture” nonsense, is just that. Total BS. It’s an EXCUSE for an inept and incompetent GM, who doesn’t know what the hell HE’s DOING. He cannot evaluate TALENT. He’s just VERY ‘unimpressive’ all the way around, no matter which way you look at him. So, GOOD-LUCK then, with trying to land a ‘top-tier’ level HC with HIM still at the helm. Cause, it AIN’T HAPPENIN. It’s a Smoke & Mirrors.

The window is nailed shut. There are very few players on this team that would start let alone make other NFL rosters.
We are now a joke. The Bucs will have to overpay for below average FA talent. Tampa Bay Browns.

Melvin is saying what I’ve been saying years. Its time for a new energy and new direction for this franchise. Young energy with fresh ideas. So many people are afraid to move on from what’s obviously not working because they’re afraid the next move won’t work out.
The leadership on this team is non-existent thats the GM, the HC and the QB. And losing 5 out of 7 games proves that. No one, and I mean NO ONE stepped up. So the owners decided to run it back with Bowles and 85% of the roster with a few new coaches. I’ve got my champagne ready!
They won’t spend a lot of money this FA and I suspect outside of Evans there won’t be any large extentions. Now is the time for the Bucs to clear the books and prepare for the next chapter with a whole new staff in 2027. The Bucs need a high draft pick impact player and star HC to get the attention they want and build a new foundation.
This team is a bore to watch. Who wants to buy tickets, fight traffic and sit with opposing fans just to watch bad zone defense and 4 quarter ints?

Licht’s Losers
Getting ready to “win” another draft.
LOLOLOLOLOL
Another 7 wasted picks on undersized, often injured, small college, out of position, Todd’s friends kids, overvalued picks

I am not sure thaat the locker room was actually all that unified last season. I mean look at the ATL game, you have Mike Evans yelling “3rd and 28” after Bowles’ D choked away an easy win and supposedly there was some talk about players going soft after getting paid (probably Zyon and/or Winfield). It looks like Grizzard was a scapegoat to cover for all the injuries and Todd Bowles’ ineptitude. I am not sure what direction this team is going, I like the offensive coaching hires with Robinson as OC and the IU QB coach coming on board as well and also the special teams coordinator is an upgrade over McGaughey but the elephant in the room is defense. How much is goig to change if Bowles still has edge rushers trying to cover TE/RBs in the flat and soft zone coverage that anyone can pick apart. How many journeyman, backl ups and walk ons will have career days against the Bucs’ D in 2026? Those are questions which need to be answered.

I’m with Melvin. Straight up.

Bowles and Licht dealt themselves 3 year extensions. Why is everyone thinking they will be gone after this year? They could bumble their way through until 29. After all the Glazers love them. Unless there is a complete collapse, we could be stuck with the clown show for three full years.

Me and old Junebug have made a decision on our Super Bowl menu. Thanks to Ira and our favorite podcast. I like the meat around them bones. And she likes them bones. I’ll bet she can eat alot more ribs than Cosmo can eat. Just saying.
