    Phooey

Look what happened with Seattle after Pete Carroll was fired! I don’t know why on earth people say the franchise will fall apart because Bowles leaves the building a mediocre defensive coach with below average coaching staff and one of the worst defenses in the league

    Exactly. That’s a ridiculous notion.

I have listened to your podcasts. You guys are two faced and have lost tremendous credibility with me. You guys are old and lack energy. You guys struggle to put out timely podcasts with what is going on in Bucs operations and at the time those events are happening.
I think you guys have lost your fastball. Joe will never tell fans what to think, but Joe finds this laughable. First, nobody here is two-faced. Just because you disagree with Joe’s opinions and assessments, that doesn’t mean Joe is two-faced. Second, Joe publishes produced podcasts. Why? Because Joe doesn’t like listening to standard podcasts filled with rambling, endless ums and uhs, repetition and mistakes. That’s wasted time. Third, Joe always strives to deliver a podcast that is good for multiple days, rather than adhering to a schedule. It’s been like that for years. –Joe
I love you guys and have been with you since the beginning. Im just being honest. So now after many significant Bucs events have happened in past weeks you guys are going to put hollow podcast episodes to keep your off-season profits going. I never thought this till now. But you guys are so bought in with Bucs organization. You might as well be paid and instructed by them. Really sad take that shows you’re just not paying attention to the day-to-day around here, which is fine. Many Bucs fans only read occasionally. –Joe
Im not happy with you guys and believe you guys have lost your way. Good day.

The leadership of this site erased my very well written and detailed post, previous to this one.
That didn’t happen. –Joe Hmmm… overall Bowles should have been fired and I have been a die hard fan since the 90s. Something stinks on this website and at One Buc. I smell it and why don’t you guys at JoeBucsfan, man up and tell us what is really happening?? I mean you guys started this site on the premise that you were going to no favoritisms and straight with us. Well tell us now??? Waiting??
Joe is always straight with fans. However, Joe is a fan and this is an opinion-driven site that has operated the same way since Day 1. Joe has ALWAYS had favoritism in different directions. When a particular fan doesn’t align with Joe, then they often share your feelings. It’s really simple as that. Not here to cater to anyone. –Joe

What stinks, is The Bucs organization still has Bowles at Hc and let Mike McDaniel walk out the door. Are you freaking kidding me?!
This is now back to a mediocre organization. Absolute ridiculousness!! Jon Gruden still sits out there, hell I’d take Mike McCarthy over Bowles right now. Thid mediocrity stinks!! This organization had Brady here for 3 years. I thought they would have learned what it takes to not be mediocre. Wrong… 😑

We are now past 2 weeks after the season. The Bucs organization is not about winning abd that is absolute apparent right now. Look at there moves. It’s beginning to smell like Culverhouse all over again. Garbage season ahead! Im saying it now and will be back here next time this year to back my prediction. Bucs don’t care about winning period.

Well-grounded podcast! Wow, 8 hours on a Zoom meeting call. That is wild. That is like going through a training for work!

I really like Tomlin and taking off some time will be good for him. He is still young and could come back. However, maybe not for the Bucs. After next season, there could be even more coaches under fire. I actually thought he would be good for the Ravens and Lamar. But it looks like he is taking some much needed rest after giving 19 years to one team.

Thinking, Monken will go with Harbaugh and that is okay. They have that type of strong relationship.

I am rooting for Mike McDaniel as our OC. Not knowing the Glazers, I am surmising that they are allowing him to take his time and keep the interviews he has for OC and HC. It’s fair for him to shop around. Hoping the choice comes down that he comes here. We need that fresh energy and creativity vibe. He did very well as an OC, and hopefully he does want to come back to his roots for a year or two, reinvent himself for a HC job. And it could be here.

Bowles was not the entire problem. Yes, he is the final word, but there were a lot of other elements that made up the losses too. Grizz should not have been moved up to OC as one of those errors. Hindsight now.

Bills fans are calling for McDermott to be fired too. We don’t want him as a coach either. They did not look good early on last night either. More and more of the same. And he is around the same age as Tomlin. It’s a HC merry-go-around, and where it stops nobody knows.

    Fire toilet Bowles!!
