  1. Lakeland Says:

I’m totally confident with Todd Bowles

He’s not responsible for these injury prone players, he didn’t draft them

  2. Saskbucs Says:

Please don’t feed the troll above.

  3. Simeon4HOF Says:

Might as well start doing a Glazer confidence poll as well.
Tampa Bay already knows 90+% of us are not slack in knowing we need new leadership

  4. SB~LV 🏈 Says:

    NC !!!

  5. Ander Says:

    Extremely confident lmao

  6. Saskbucs Says:

I’m surprised to see that many votes for confident.

Anyway, I hope many of the comments I have seen are true and other people will join me in not supporting this crap by disassociating with the Bucs until Bowles is gone.

Sorry Joe, don’t want to see you or the website suffer but ownership is forcing fans hands here. Setting us up for a lost season. I won’t be part of it.

  7. MerryPlankster777 Says:

Based on prior and recent results, I am confident that we will be in the same discussion next year as we were in last year as well as this year. SOS

  8. Told You Says:

    I hate the Glazers

  9. Aqualung Says:

Show this to the Glazed Ears.

  10. Warren Brooks Lynch Says:

Should be a neutral option for thus of us who wouldn’t be so jubilant about him getting canned as others, but also have some semblance of fear of the unknown in terms of who’d we bring in to replace Bowles.

On one hand, I wouldn’t mind keeping him with a restructured staff. A veteran OC, new special teams coach and other tweaks on the staff.

On the other hand, I’m now way shape or form do I think not making any changes on this staff will make me less uneasy.

Then there’s the unknown, lots of good maybe first time HC candidates, but how’s that work out looking at giving an inexperienced OC a crack and out offensive productiona-injuries in mind-fell off a cliff

  11. BucsFan81 Says:

I am confident on one thing if they keep Bowles I am betting the under on the win total whatever Vegas sets that as 8 or 9 wins I am smacking the under. This team is going to be lucky to win 5 games with Bowles next year with the way the other teams in this division are starting to come around. On top of that after Bowles wins his first 3 or 4 games cause that’s about all he is good for is t win at the beginning of the season and lose the rest. I will be betting on the other teams to win after week 5 when we all know Bowles mid season collapse will start. I guess if the Glazers want to play the cheap game we all should start making money off there dumb decision making.

  12. Saskbucs Says:

If I am wrong, and Bowles actually lets someone get their hands on his D that knows what they are doing and the O gets back to form and the Bucs win a bunch of games next year… I will come back with my tail between my legs and say I was wrong.

I have had this feeling before though and I am pretty sure Todd proved me right this season. He is doing less with more. I actually had confidence he would be able to win a couple of the games down the stretch like in prior years and he has regressed so badly he couldn’t even help do that!

Don’t be fooled you guys. Licht is a solid GM. Baker is a top 15 QB. This team has talent. 82% drafted and a 10 win playoff team last year. The talent didn’t get worse (except at OL due to injuries). Bowles is what he always has been, a .500 coach. The talent the last couple years has elevated him! Not the other way around.

  13. Saskbucs Says:

Bucsfan81… I’m with ya there. Only good news of his return is that I can take my fan bias blinders off, turn my optimism off and make some money.

  14. Everything is just horrble! Says:

Pushing his responsibility to the captains of the team. SMH
Hopefully Evan’s doesn’t go to play for the Texans.
Doing the above disrespects the players and specially the Glazers.
Let my captains solve the problem while I’m laughing all the way to the bank.
Sorry Arians but Bowles and leftwich do not qualify for Head Coaching positions.

  15. Lakeland Says:

If we had a half decent QB

We would be in the playoffs
It’s time to start the search for a QB
And get rid of the Mediocre Mayfield

  16. Billy Bucco Says:

I agree who is gonna want to come be the D Coordinator or O Coordinator for Toff Bowles?
We are relegated to finding some college coaches or take a risk on another QB Coach like Canales.
Todd is due for another couple misses and a firing next year.
    See ya then!!!

  17. HopetheBucswin Says:

Troll says… If he gets the right players and they stay healthy he wins the Superbowl. Duh. I mean Trent Dilfer won a Superbowl, in Tampa.Go Bucs!

  18. BayouBullet Says:

    Let’s go Jaguars !!!!!!

  19. DRob Says:

I kinda think daboll would have been an interesting pickup. It was a offensive line problem there. Not his coaching.

  20. Everything is just horrble! Says:

This is a thousand times more frustrating than Dungy being a doormat to the Eagles. SMH

  21. Tye Says:

Falcons already have a better HC (whoever he is) because it isn’t IBS!

  22. Bosch Says:

I have been a Bucs fan for the entire 50 years. I don’t recall it ever being more painful than it is right now.

  23. Steve Says:

Let’s see how much the owners really care about the fans.

  24. NotAlichtFan Says:

one of the first 7 votes tabulated – I expect the Joes will find that Bowles garners little to no confidence – the only coaches that have had any success over the 50 years have been McKay, Dungy, and Coach Brady – those are the only names that should be honored in the ROH, except for Monte Kiffin – Gruden (57-55) arrived with a complete dossier on Rich Gannon & a stacked roster and then never won again in the playoffs – Arians and Licht got off the phone with Brady and then just drank bourbon and rode around in a golf cart for 3 years, letting Brady run the show –
(remember the 2021 “special teams” draft with JTS & Trask ? *all gone lol*) – there is a rumor that Joe Biden is a Bucs fan and that he got the idea to install Kamala in 2024 by watching the Arians-Bowles transition – just a rumor but with the same result – fire Bowles – exile Arians – launch Licht – start today with Bowles

  25. Lakeland Says:

Garbage players, fake fans, worthless GM, Mediocre QB

    These are the real problems

And the Glazers are smart enough to see it

  26. Whatevs Says:

    Top 5 pick in 2027

    Woo hoo

  27. AlstottNumber1 Says:

    Totally confident.

That Bowles is a complete fraud.

I correctly predicted an 8-9 season.

My guess for next year is 5-12.

“Just gotta get betta” – Toad Bowels

    Hahahahahahahaha!!!!

  28. TheVerv7 Says:

So who we taking with our top 10 pick in the 2027 draft boys?

  29. SadBucsLife Says:

    @Lakeland

If the Glazers were smart enough to see what’s wrong with the Bucs we wouldn’t be in this situation lol. For example, if the Glazers were at least smart enough to see their own GM and the players(on their own team) were garbage, they’d have fired Licht, and had something done about the players.

But no, the Glazers, who enabled everything we watch, are smart enough to see it….

    Lmao gtfo

  30. Tye Says:

Must be out of fear ole IBS might sue them…
It surely isn’t because he had a great season!

  31. FormerBucFan Says:

Liam leaving was bad…this is way worse. When the Jags come to Orlando what little is left of the fan base will jump ship. Can’t believe I wasted 50 years of my life following this clown show.

  32. BrianBucs Says:

So much for the Glazers caring about their fanbase

  33. HC Grover Says:

Glazers want to move Bucs overseas.. Maybe London. Hope we can get a new Tampa NFL team.

  34. Alvin Scissors Harper Says:

There is only 1 category to vote – NO CONFIDENCE

  35. BucfaninMi Says:

Losing franchise. I’ve watched too much losing. Tired of it. They can’t catch anyone in all time wins, the only thing they can do is win championships to make up for it. They’re not all in! It’s clear now. I guess the Glazers are happy with at best mediocrity, it’s boring and depressing. I spent my childhood, teen years, and young adulthood watching this crap. I’m not going to my golden years doing the same.

  36. HC Grover Says:

On the bright side think of the fun wit da negative comments we will have tearing Bowzo to shreds on every blunder. I will be sure to go after him every chance I get and his whole staff. Get the bags out for next year.

  37. HC Grover Says:

The Bucs ared down to Lakeland as a fan. All the fans with a brain are on the run.

Fans on the run. Fans on the run.
The County Judge and Sailor Sam
    Are searching everywhere
For the Fans on the run

Free tix in the parking lot soon.

  38. AlstottNumber1 Says:

This is what happens when kids are handed something they did not build themselves.

Malcom Glazer built the Bucs from the ground up. He did whatever it took to win a title.

These kids are responsible for Jason Licht, Jamies Winston and those wasted five years.

Brady is the only thing they got correct. Without him they are nothing.

Now they are trying to ride that out as long as possible and fleece the fans of their hard earned money.

Please sell the team to someone with a brain.

  39. HC Grover Says:

Plenty of Buc Jerseys over at Goodwill on Gandy soon. 3 Buc Bucks apiece.

  40. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

At this point, I would say little confidence. I’ll probably upgrade after I see the moves they make.

Maybe they made a bid for John Harbaugh and didn’t want to give him everything he wants. I mean…for example…if he wants full control and no GM? That would be unacceptable.

Well, if they keep Bowles, I hope they insist on him ONLY being the HC and not a coordinator.

  41. Oneilbuc Says:

They’re about to tank this season y’all and to all the Baker fan boys enjoy because this will be his last year. Lol 😆😆get ready to go cheer your below average quarterback at his 5th team next year lol 🤣🤣 !!

  42. Josh Says:

Im at work how is this poll already closed your rediculous Joes… The fact hes not fired yet im starting to lose faith in the entire Buccaneers Organization…

  43. Jor Jor Binks Says:

Sounds crazy, but this team needs to hire another Defensive guy. There’s one from the McVay tree. While this team needs a new OC, the offense isn’t the big problem here. It’s the area where we were hit the hardest with injuries this season too. And who just showed the year prior could put up 30ppg w/ the right playcaller.

The Defense and ST (minus Chase are the issue). The defense since not long after that masterful KC SB performance under Bowles has been middling or at times flat out regressing. It hasn’t developed an edge rusher or edge rush. It can’t be relied upon to make the stop when it’s absolutely needed and backs are against the wall. It doesn’t breed confidence (yea, our defense under a defensive head coach is the unit not breeding any confidence right now….go figure). The defense wasn’t really hit hard with injuries this past season and stunk considering & w/ the “talent” it has. We’ve even gone hard defensively in recent Drafts to retool. That’s alarming. The arrow is still pointing down there and that should be the least of our issues under a defensive head coach who’s had 4 years at the helm and even more calling the D.

Don’t get me started on ST’s.

The defense is what needs the most work and is why we should hire a defensive HC (Shula ain’t a bad option). Find the right OC or a capable one and we are on the right path. But we gotta keep with the Jason Licht Offensive Line focus and investment. And as always pray for injury luck there. No one else on the field can do anything without a good Offensive Line doing its job firstly (as Brady alluded to in the Bucs’ Raise the Flags/50yr Anniversary Prime doc).

So why it def seems change is needed and the obvious thought is to go from Defensive minded HC to an Offensive HC, I think Defensive type as HC with the right playcaller is the correct route IF wanting to win now & with Baker Mayfield at the helm, in this current Bucs window. Or it’s rebuild this whole thing time and then who knows from there!

  44. BucsFan81 Says:

Wonder if the current state of the Bucs has anything to do with the soccer team the glazers own. That team is changing head coaches and going through problems. The owners need to stick to one team and focus on that. Sell the Bucs to someone that cares.

  45. Mhystc Says:

Extremely confident that Todd Bowles and Jason Licht get fired next year. Wish the Bum glazers would sell the team.

  46. NashvilleBuc Says:

I am absolutely stunned that there are any votes higher than “little confidence.” Why? What gives them confidence? I’m asking an honest question. I’m looking for any bright side, any hope, and I just can’t see it. None. I see only underperforming players, regression across the board, no-fight-in-the-dog attitude, literal ineptitude on special teams and I’m not even getting into the ineffective play calling. I am hearing no plan (other than PIBCIB.) What makes anyone confident, let alone TOTALLY CONFIDENT?

  47. buc4evr Says:

I have been grading Bowles no confidence all season, even when the Bucs were 6-2 for the same reason. Bowles will never ever get the Bucs to the SB. Bucs will be lucky to go 9-8 and then lose in the first round of the playoffs. He has reached his ceiling. The problem is that the other division teams are improving and the Bucs are regressing.

  48. Ballwasher61 Says:

I hear Dabol’s name but a friend who has a pulse on the Giants tells me Dabol was letting some guys skate with no discipline for missed/late meetings, practices, etc and it caused a problem. When the interim sat him it straightend him and the team up a bit. We don’t need more of that here.

  49. BA’s Red Pen Says:

    • No Confidence

  50. OrlandoBucsFan Says:

If he’s still the head coach for 2026 I’ll no longer be a Bucs fan !!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!!! I’ve been a fan since 1996 and I feel like we’re getting the shaft !!! I hope glazers see this !!!!

  51. Texas Tony Says:

the only ones that voted for “Confident & Totally Confident” were probably the coaches on his staff. Glazers don’t have the guts to make the tough decisions. If Bowels decides to keep the remaining incompetent coaches from last years staff What a clown he “IS”

  52. MikeBuc Says:

Todd Bowles says he’ll be back as the Buccaneers’ head coach – NBC Sports

  53. Bucsfanman Says:

Would’ve voted “little confidence” given the “results” on the field and recent statements.
I HOPE they can overcome this with better decision-making in terms of coaching, players and scheme.

Other than that, I think they’re good!!!

  54. Will Says:

Wow so excited to have Bowles back. 🤢

  55. 1sparkybuc Says:

    Very disappointed.

  56. Bosch Says:

The poll is now final. Someone send it to the Glazers, please.

  57. buccintimeforchanges Says:

    F THE GLAZERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  58. Curse of Gruden Says:

I’m late to the voting party, but as they do in similar situations in Chicago, put me down for 74 “No Confidence” votes.

  59. G Says:

I missed the vote . Count me as no confidence.

  60. Eric Says:

This is the worst news! We need a new coaching staff, he proved to us that he cannot win when it counts.

  61. Cometowin2 Says:

I don’t know why you can’t leave the poll open longer than this. This is ridiculous. I took a bap and missed it. Pulled up the site at least 5 times today. No confidence in Bowles and losing confidence in this website.

  62. D-Rok Says:

In confidence and confidently, I voted No Confidence.

Actually, I didn’t get to vote cuz the poll closed (yo Joes – can you PLEASE give us fans a full 24 hours to respond to your polls? 37 minutes doesn’t invite enough people to give a representative sample, IMO).

  63. Eric Says:

    No confidence!

  64. Will Says:

So are we trying to tank for number 1 draft pick. It was so disappointing to see our team loose so many games. I’m not into watching, or buying more tickets. Very disappointing. I still think Bowles needs to retire and go play golf with BA and Leftwich. He can take Lichtenstein with them.🤢

  65. Obvious One Says:

95% Don’t want him around… Can it be any clearer?

  66. firethecannons Says:

Joe do you think that the other team the Glazers own –the soccer team is costing them alot–didn’t they just fire that coach? Perhaps they are feeling broke? No way is the Bucs going to be a good team next year with this stooge as the head coach yet again.

  67. Rocketman Says:

“Lakeland” is related to Bowles. Must be, blames everyone other than Bowles. The Glazers are foolish if they don’t think bringing him back won’t significantly impact season ticket holders. Been a clubb section season ticket holder (6 tix) since BA came here. I’ll be cancelling all six tickets. People will say that I’m not a ”true” fan. Fact is that I am very passionate about this team. My only only vote is with my wallet. When they replace the coach, and depending on who they bring in, I will be back for all 6 tix). Life is too short and time is too valuable to simply hope gendered his coaching history and produces a high powered, Super Bowl challenging team.

  68. Hunter Says:

Anyone voting anything other than “No Confidence” or “Little Confidence” fits into at least 1 of these categories:

    a. Someone with the last name “Bowles”

    b. Someone who is friends or being paid by Todd Bowles

    c. People who hate the Bucs (ex: Panthers, Falcons, Saints fans)

  69. Daniel Z Says:

I wonder if the 26 voters that picked very or totally confident, had someone help them turn on the computer and navigate to this website.

  70. Muscle Hampster Says:

I really like Bowles coaching style of playing down to lesser teams and wasting player talent. He’s really good at it

  71. FortMyersDave Says:

Muscle Hamster, the best way to have made coin last season was to bet against Bowles everytime he was a favorite after the bye. Even the 2 wins over AZ and Carolina did not cover the spread, then throw in player props on QBs, WRs and Kyle Pitts when they played against Bowles’ D and you’d have been a rich man. Unfortunately, someone in Vegas will identify this trend and the odds will be adjusted accordingly.
