Bucs’ 2026 Opponents Set

January 5th, 2026

The dates won’t be known until maybe May, but we do know who the Bucs will play in the 2026 season.

The sites and teams are set barring the Bucs getting an international game as a home or road game.

Below are the Bucs’ 2026 opponents and locations:

Home
Browns
Chargers
Packers
Rams
Steelers
Vikings
Dixie Chicks
Slimy Saints
Stinking Panthers

Road
Bears
Bengals
Cowboys
Crows
Lions
Dixie Chicks
Slimy Saints
Stinking Panthers

Hopefully, the Bucs do not get many primetime games because they lose so many of them. Joe suspects the TV networks are fed up with televising Bucs games. It will be a blessing in disguise if the Bucs get one lone night game.

The non-NFC South home games are pretty darn tough. And if the powers that be at One Buc Palace decide to stick with status woe, the Packers and Steelers games will be de facto home games for the Packers and Steelers.

If you plan to attend the Packers or Steelers games at The Licht House, brace yourself for invasions of brat-eating cheeseheads and Yinzers guzzling that Iron City swill they call beer.

  1. First Last Says:

That schedule looks harder than this year wow

  2. Steven #55 Says:

The Glazers have sacked him – no not Todd, Ruben Amorin of Man Utd. Came out over the weekend and bad mouthed the board so he’s gone.

  3. Ha-Ha-Ha Says:

Six losses at least from out of division.
Quick glance, one road win, 4 wins at home.
5-12 and that’s splitting the division.
Two or three wins are in the picture. Muncher will get his chance to draft his
    QB.

  4. Fred McNeil Says:

Who is going to coach them? Bowlzo had better be flipping burgers unless he is in Social Security

  5. Fred McNeil Says:

It’s a pretty ordinary slate for us.

  6. Fred McNeil Says:

As I wake up it looks like we play NFC North, AFC North,

  7. HC Grover Says:

    Is he gone yet?

  8. Gbobucsfan Says:

The rams always take us to the woodshed !!!!

  9. JohnQCitizen Says:

They still make Iron City? Why.??

  10. BucU Says:

If Bowles is retained I couldn’t care less who our 2026 opponents are because I won’t be watching. 2025 was a disaster. Horrible team. This team sucks on both sides of the ball. Fire the entire coaching staff.

  11. Scotty Mack Says:

“They still make Iron City? Why.??”

It’s cheap and it’s beer. Many people can’t afford steak on a hot dog budget.

  12. purplebeard Says:

Does it matter who we play? With this circus we call a coaching staff, I doubt we will see much of a difference.

  13. heyjude Says:

Looks like a tougher schedule. And a lot of it will depend on the draft picks too. Worried about our days, evenings, and scheduling times too.

  14. mg Says:

    Tanking for 2027

  15. Popmike66 Says:

That schedule do seem to be pretty tough but, I have confidence that the changes the Bucs make the next week or two should net the Bucs at least a 10-7 record and a playoff berth next season. I still see a strong roster for the Bucs they just need a few changes weather it’s firing several coaches on defense and tweaking the offense a bit or firing Bowles the Bucs will compete next season

  16. Wouldn’t pay a single Buc to see this squad Says:

    Fire Todd. Then talk 2026.

Won’t watch if his overweight a$$ is planted on the sidelines and sabotaging this team.

    See you when Todd’s through.

  17. Wouldn’t pay a single Buc to see this squad Says:

    And Bucs will go 6-11

  18. purplebeard Says:

Just a waiting game at this point. When I see bowles ousted, then I will have hope.

  19. Jugheadfla2 Says:

    3rd and 28…….never forget

  20. FortMyersDave Says:

Only a troll would be picking a losing record before knowing who is going to be the head coach next season. Getting Bowles out of the Bucs organization or at least as HC, is the biggest addition by subtraction one can ask for; even bigger than Rah getting launched by Artie Blank.

  21. FortMyersDave Says:

jugheadfla2: that failure by Bowles and his D should be the the final point which the Glazers bring up when they launch Todd after asking him about special teams and why he did not fire McGaughey and if and how much did he interfere with play calling in Carolina, undercutting Grizzard and basically a summary of all the stats pointing out how numerous QBs, TEs, Wide Outs and RBs had career days against him. Third and 28; that was the play in retrospect that probably cost the Bucs a playoff spot as well as Bowles’ job if the Glazers want the Bucs to have any fan base in 2026.

  22. Mac Says:

Why do we always have to travel to Detroit? Always! Same goes for Dallas. Those 2 teams never come to Tampa!

  23. adam from ny Says:

from a future-glace, this looks to be a rough and daunting schedule…

but you really never know because the nfl is the not for long league…

also seems like a bunch of “fans travel well” teams are on tap at ray jay

    Yeah! What he said

  25. adam from ny Says:

i’d love to see us play on thanksgiving tho…

we have a shot with both dallas and detroit

  26. adam from ny Says:

quick future numbers crunch and it seems like the same ole same ole…

    i see 4-5 home wins…

and actually 2-3 road wins, with our current team vibe…

leaving us out of the playoffs at 7-10…

a way early future cast has us looking 7and 10ish, as of jan 5th 2026…

    ceiling: 9-8
    floor: 5-12

of course i considered this with the idea that coaching and front office remains status quo

  27. AMI_Chris Says:

Great. The Bucs will have to use the silent count during that home game against Pittsburgh.

  28. Popmike66 Says:

No matter who the head coach is next season, I will be watching the Bucs as I have for the past 45 years. What I do is start watching and if the game is bad I just go to another game and afterwards I come to this site and vent. I mean I understand fans frustration but saying I wont watch them, yes I will and it’s guarantee that if the Bucs start winning, most fans will be watching and going to the games

  29. Geno711 Says:

Hoping for a September Cincinnati game. Go see the Bucs and a Reds baseball game.

  30. Smarter than Joe Says:

With Todd Blows here you can anticipate 8-10 losses with that schedule

He peaked at 10 wins with an elite offense in 2024

In 7 full seasons his defense has been more miserable than great, it’s time to end this farce

Todd NEVER deserved the job and NEVER showed he deserved it while he had the job

  31. JustOneGame Says:

So tell me how a Todd Bowles coached Defense will be able to stop the Chargers, Packers, Rams, Bears, Bengals, Cowboys, Crows and the Lions offense? That’s 8 games right there where the Bucs will have to score 30 to have a chance. Not very optimistic that can happen either.

  32. JustOneGame Says:

Come on @Joe, put the poll up. Do the fans want Bowles to Go or Stay, no in between bs like not sure.

  33. BucsFan81 Says:

I thought I was going to wake up to a Bowles being fired article!!! Yet here we are

  34. Ricki Says:

    fire that asshole already

  35. Daryl Green Says:

I wish Buc fans were hardcore like Bills fans.
I will tell you that they would be at one Bucs place
    with t-shirts “ 3rd & 28” fn Jugheadfla2 that is Brilliant.
I laugh so much when I read that. Horrible 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤙🏾👊🏾

  36. Henry Says:

No they will wait until all the good candidates are taken.

  37. Miguel Says:

Manchester United fired their coach this morning…

  38. Perimeter Blocker Says:

If we keep Bowles I guess we are attempting to get the number 1 pick in 2027.

  39. Rusty Shackleford Says:

Impossible to tell where the wins and losses will come from. Last year, the Patriots was an assumed easy win. Try to get David and Evans back on a team-friendly deal, extend Mayfield for 1 year + a club option, get a new and dynamic offensive coordinator and replace the special teams coaches and let’s see what happens.

Get rid of Dennis, Reddick, let White and Otton go in free agency, and shore up the line and tight end positions.

  40. Rusty Shackleford Says:

The so-called “fans” here are some of the biggest stone cold losers around. Sack this website and sack the loser fan base.

  41. ocala Says:

Fire Bowles or it will be another losing season.

  42. Stallworth Says:

Looks like a tough schedule. For Todd he might win zero of those games.

  43. MikeCk Says:

Ok…since they haven’t done it yet, seems the Bucs won’t be firing Bowles. Can they at least get a new OC? Maybe shop around the league instead of picking the assistant to the assistant coordinator b/c he happens to be there?

  44. Ricky Says:

Great idea extend BM6 one year, if they offer him that he should go somewhere else. Do you think Minnesota wont sign him in free agency? Hell Saints will probably sign him.

  45. It's Corn Says:

    Looks like 0-17 to me

  46. Bosch Says:

The Glazers just fired their Head Coach……of Manchester United. Evidently they got their head coaches mixed up and fired the wrong one.

    Stupid, stupid, stupid!
    🙄🙄🙄

  47. Bosch Says:

Can you imagine what this Panthers schedule will look like? They and the Bucs will be neck and neck for last place in the worst division. Even if Bowles is replaced, this mess won’t get turned around in one season.

  48. OrlandoBucFan Says:

When I look at that schedule, I am not thinking about which teams we can beat or who will beat us. It is the coaches that matter. Bowles cannot consistently go toe to toe with a great coach. For example, we will not beat the Rams because coach McVay will simply out coach Bowles. Period! Harbaugh (either one) will do the same. Right now, the only teams I think the Bucs can beat are the Falcons, Saints, Panthers (splitting the games) and maybe the Browns and Vikings. I see five potential victories with Bowles.

  49. firethecannons Says:

while Bowles is head coach I will not be going to any Buc game

  50. Brooks Says:

    6-11 at best

  51. Mr. Barf Says:

    3 – 14. 2027 tank for Archue Manning

  52. Canabuc Says:

    Like BucU said:

If Bowles is still head coach I don’t be watching.
Been a Bucs fan for 25 years.
Live in Canada. Flown out to 6 games and watch every one I can.
The last few years with him as head coach is insufferable and I am ready to drop bring a fan for as line as he is there and as long as at keep having dumb drafts.

Licht always tries to be the smartest guy in the room. We usually have a player that almost every expert thinks would be perfect for our team that is available at our draft slot and then he goes ahead in another direction.

Don’t get me wrong I love Emeka Egbuka as a receiver. And as it turned out with injuries we really needed him the first half of the year, but it was very clear that there were better options at that draft. There was a super athletic inside linebacker that fell all the way to the Eagles that we could have had. And the second round and third round we took two corners and moved Smith to safety. There were some really good safeties including one who went to Atlanta and played extremely well this year as a rookie. Could have had him kept Smith at nickel…

Barton, Hall, were both in my opinion reaches in the first round. They both have not played up to their draft rankings. Extending Zyon McCollum was a big mistake and done in my opinion a year early. This should have been the year to watch him break out and if so give the man a bag. We gave it before really knowing how he was going to turn out based on seeing a bit of improvement year over year. We see how that worked out.

I like Todd Bowles and Jason licht as human beings and I wish them well but I think it’s time to turn the page and go in a New direction. I really think that outside of a handful of players, many who have actually regressed over the last year or so, that this team is way overrated in terms of talent and I blame that on the general manager as well as the coaching staff.

  53. Tony Says:

Sometimes it just really seems as if they just don’t give a 💩.

  54. Tony Says:

Until they make some changes & until they consider making some moves in FA then it’ll probably be the SOS all over again.

  55. ChiBuc Says:

Not spending a dime until I see a significant change in leadership

  56. View from 132 Says:

14-3 because the NFL makes no sense and none of us know anything about next year.

  57. SlyPirate Says:

    SEASON PREDICTION

    3 Wins: Browns, ATL, CAR
    14 Losses

4-14 with Bowles at coach. Totally serious.

  58. Jody McKinzie Says:

I won’t watch or attend as long as Bowles is the head coach.

  59. heyjude Says:

Popmike66 – In agreement. No matter what, I am still a fan and will keep cheering them on next season too.

It isn’t all Todd’s blame. There are other concerns too. As much as I respect BA and Jason; they aren’t perfect either. And there is the special teams coach, Grizz, others. They have become complicit.

Getting rid of one person doesn’t necessarily save the day. Todd could retire this afternoon on his terms. It isn’t instant gratification and magic. We still lost the season. I don’t agree on a lot of things the Glazers spend their money on. It’s there money. However, I do think they are listening and do care about the fans and players. I really believe they will take care of business the smart and in a kind way concerning the Bucs.

  60. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

Six very tough looking games on the surface.

A perfect Todd Bowles schedule. But hopefully we’ll have a new HC.

  61. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

Too soon to predict wins and losses though. Way too soon.

  62. unbelievable Says:

I expect the bare minimum of 2 primetime games, including TNF

Which is exactly what this pathetic, embarrassing organization deserves.

  63. KnuteR Says:

If Bowlo is still the head coach next season, the Bucs will win 4 to five games periodly. Bowlo does not have the mentality to be a winnable head coach. The Bucs will be last in the division next year under Bowlo.

  64. WeatCoastBucsFan Says:

Looks like no games for me to go to next year with Rams and Chargers being home games. Bummer.

  65. mj Says:

there were some teams this year that started bad and finished strong. we started strong and finished bad, much worse. this schedule is very tough, tougher than last year 5-12 and i won’t be watching unless they make significant improvements with coaching oc and defense

  66. vadertime Says:

    John Harbaugh is now available.
