Is Plan B In Motion?

December 21st, 2025

Team Glazer huddles with Buccaneers Ring of Honor general manager Jason Licht.

Have the Buccaneers become the worst team in the NFC South after losing to all three division foes over the past three games and after the slimy Saints won their third consecutive game this afternoon? It’s a legitimate argument, maybe even an easy one.

Yes, the arrow is pointing down.

Team Glazer owns the Bucs and has been heard in past years noting how they like to assess the team at the end of the season and determine which way the arrow is pointing for the collective football product and why. Also, Team Glazer has been known to make that determination before a season ends.

Joe would say at least 70 percent of serious Bucs fans are ready to fire head coach Todd Bowles after his fourth season, a clear regression in 2025 for reasons unclear. So Joe thinks it’s at least likely one or more members of Team Glazer feel the same way.

Joe can’t blame all the issues on injuries and talent. The Bucs were equipped to beat the Saints, Falcons and Panthers over the past few weeks and simply did not have what was necessary to slam the door.

Soft!

The Bucs have lost six out of seven games. That’s the worst record in the division over that time and, yeah, it’s no small sample size.

Joe is confident Team Glazer is at least talking about Plan B for a new head coach. Maybe that just means directing Buccaneers Ring of Honor general manager Jason Licht to identify potential replacements and deliver ownership a plan by Saturday.

There is no defending what the Bucs have put on the field since their bye week.

If they ain’t on the phone there’s a big problem.

  2. Stallworth Says:

15 days until Todd is fired!

  3. SteveK Says:

Just don’t let Jason try to draft another pass rusher. He can’t.

  4. George R Says:

Joe, please ask during press conference with all the heathy WR why was the gameplan to run the ball?

  5. SteveK Says:

Interim Chucky and Dungy, let them rally the team. It really
    Can’t be worse.

  6. Adrnagy Says:

What ever happen to licht splash free free gent haason?

  7. Steven #55 Says:

The game plan sucked – throw the dam ball to your WRs that are finally all on the field

    Change is needed

  8. SteveK Says:

Can you ask why baker is playing so poorly the last 6 weeks?

  9. Jameis Says:

Will not watch this team the rest of the season. They are clowns and frauds. All they do is cash check checks and lie to the fans.

  10. SBucs Says:

Jason is part of the problem so shouldn’t be part of the solution. Jason would bring in a coaching retread instead of a riskier option.

  11. George R Says:

Baker is not going to get that 50 million dollar extension in the offseason.

  12. Jameis Says:

Baker & Todd would do better at an eating contest. They are both pudgy and have talent in that area

  13. ‘74 Bucs Fan Says:

Joe – might want to ease up on the Ring Of Honor talk about Licht. This is far from a solid team of dedicated players. They are all very nice – which is lovely. How about some a$$ kickers?!

  14. Chad Says:

Stevek, if they ask Todd why they kept the ball out of bakers hand the whole game minus the final two minutes and if they ask Mike Evans why he quit running his route

  15. Let ‘em bake Says:

Steve k: can you say…” our guards suck” ?

  16. Eddie Eggerling Says:

This is not good. As a life long Buc fan, change needs to happen. Changes can have two consequences. Better play or worse play. Problem solved or set the franchise back several years. The older generation of Bucs fans understand this well.
With that in mind. If we could bring Tomlin away from Pittsburg…. I’m all in with the change. I’m not sure there is much else out there to get excited about.

  17. SBucs Says:

I can only imagine the beatdown the Dolphins will lay on Todd next week.

  18. Day 1-76 Says:

The best thing that can happen is to lose out, so they can’t think of any possible way to keep Bowles. Who can possibly defend this loser anymore?

  19. SB~LV Says:

You mean see what Kyle Trask looks like?
    Oh…. That too

  20. BakerFan Says:

pssst Joe…. Licht needs to go also, he assembled this clown show. So please change his tag line to Head Clown to this circus of clowns.

  21. Miller5252 Says:

At this point what can Bowles even say in the locker room after this game and after completely falling apart

  22. Zzbucs Says:

    Anyone not name,
    Vea
    Evans
    Godwin
    McMillan
    Egbuca
    Wirfs
    Bucky
    Tyke Smith

    OUT!!!!!!

And please take all coaches and the GM!

Steve k: can you say…” our guards suck” ?

    ———
Guards were getting destroyed 90% of the game. We can’t beat anyone with them. Little time to throw.

It’s all bad. Time to blow it up!

  24. stucbuc Says:

Jason “do nothing in FA/TD” Licht is as much to blame for this embarrassment as Bowles.

As bad as baker mayfield has been lately, for those calling to get rid of him…..who exactly is available or any better? 90% of the teams in the nfl don’t have a qb they like and are looking for a qb.

  25. DoooshLaRue Says:

Hey, at least Dean didn’t suffer an immediate “injury” after getting beat like a lil biotch for a TD.

That’s some Buc progress for Todd.

  26. Alvin Scissors Harper Says:

How can anyone defend the head MFer in charge?

  27. Popmike66 Says:

Joe I 100% agree. Watching how the Glazers do business over the past 10 to 15 years I am sure they have a plan in place to replace Bowles and they should have. Bowles have lost this team, there’s no get up and go with this team the last 4 or 5 games.

  28. Ufcguy Says:

Honestly fire Jason too. He lacks the ability to find dominance in the draft. We are what we are. Garbage

  29. Alvin Scissors Harper Says:

It shouldn’t be Plan B. It should be Plan A – the only plan!

  30. Mach Says:

FIRE BOWLES BRING IN ARIANS AS TEMP COACH! WE WILL HAVE A CHANCE AT LEAST IN NEXT 2 GAMES, NO CHNACE IF BOWLES STAYS. IF WE MAKE PLAYOFS WE WILL HAVE THE PICK OF HE BEST COACHES FOR NEXT YEAR.

  31. buccintimeforchanges Says:

    FIRE JSAON LICHT!!!!!

What GM takes 33% of all draft picks off the board bc feelings?

This guy sucks…career loser…LOSER! Brady saved his job. Otherwise he’d be a greeter at Walmart. Licht sucks.

  32. LCohen7 Says:

Licht has been hampered by dead money from the Bucs (Brady era) Super Bowl run. The big dead money is gone next year (Ryan Jensen and Shaq). Licht does, however, have to hire better scouts for EDGE rushers.

  33. Co-Z Coolman Says:

We need to get an offensive coach from the McVay tree to take over (sucks, we had two of them and lost both). Baker deserves another year with some stability on the line, healthy WR and a new TE. Whoever this guy is can bring in an energetic, upstart defensive coordinator to rev up what we have on defense. There’s tools to work with, we just need some better coaching and schemes. Bye Todd, bye Grizz

  34. DoooshLaRue Says:

Did our esteemed bobble head RT set a record for OL penalties today?

  35. Nutterbuccer Says:

@Joe….do you actually think Bowles has a chance to keep coaching lol. They are kicking themselves in the ass for not keeping coen….like there is a 110% chance hes gone. He has lost this team he doesnt adjust. He kept Morrison out there who has struggled all year when Bryce hall doesnt even. Play. Its over.

  36. Ufcguy Says:

The problem is our front 7 needs a entire revamp and the oline toght end does too. We are a mess

  37. TheBucsAnthem Says:

The Dolphins are gonna win….we all know that the Bucs won’t play hard or take any risks to avoid injury in order to preserve players for the final game……ASSUMING Carolina losses to Seattle

Wow! That would be 29 teams. Better recheck your math Captain Hyperbole

  39. Tye Says:

Klint Kubiac; Mike LeFleur; Todd Monken; Joe Brady – Can’t be worse than keeping blowout Bowels!

  40. Pewter Power Says:

The Bucs have a top 10 run defense no matter who they draft what ufda or late round pick steps on the field the run defense rarely slacks off. That is scheme not talent because everyone agrees the front seven needs an overhaul. The scheme is the secondary is trash and Bowles has refused to make any adjustments. When you get Dungy level stubborn it’s time to go

  41. Adam Says:

    BRING ON BELICHICK

  42. UGotRobbed Says:

Change…it is a coming! TB has lost the team, that’s very evident!

  43. Rod Stewart Says:

    Fire everyone including Licht

  44. BUC4L Says:

Jason Licht is not the issue. We could coach this team better. Why all of a sudden we decide to run the f out of the ball when we have an all pro WR group?? Notice the Panthers did the opposite for the most part when they should have been doing what we did. I bet you the last game Carolina runs the crap out of the ball. Canales out coached Bowels. Simple as that. If you have watched the Bucs series you will see the Glazers don’t play and will ultimately fire Bowels at end of season. Even if we make the playoffs I guarantee you he is gone.

  45. ‘74 Bucs Fan Says:

It’s billboard time. Glazers must be planning ahead as this can’t continue. Bring Bowles back – minus some miracle run here – and the stadium will be full of road warriors next year. I’m sure the Glazers know this.

  46. D Says:

Force Todd useless Bowles into retirement immediately, fire Gizzard immediately As he has no clue what he is doing and Bring back Arians for the last two weeks and he can call offensive plays.

  47. BUC4L Says:

Klint Kubiak should be the answer or Gruden.

  48. TheBucsAnthem Says:

I also Blame Jason Licht for not drafting a Franchise QB since Jameis left…….

Jason Licht has struck out on so many players over the years that I’m surprised he still has a job!!!!

  49. Mach Says:

Jason should be on the hot seat for his arrogance on holding onto his draft picks and not trading for a LB or edge. Excuse of value is weak, just ake tge damn trade. However this team is not good enough and he has done well overall so he is not the main problem. He does need to admit though that his i am that man philosophy hasn’t worked especially under a coach like bowles so he needs to retool that philosophy and get some alphas in here.

  50. ATLBuc Says:

Stop blaming the GM and players. The coach is the reason why we are losing!

  51. Sly Pirate Says:

Let’s start a discussion on Baker too. He’s Winston 2.0. He’s throwing a lot of pics that end games in the loss.

  52. BucsFan81 Says:

Back to being in the NFC south basement

  53. Joe Says:

@Joe….do you actually think Bowles has a chance to keep coaching lol.

Joe does know the family that calls the shots with the Bucs do not necessarily share fans’ opinions on Bowles. What Joe does not know is if this season has changed that family’s view.

  54. Jerseybuc Says:

    Kubiak

  55. ATLBuc Says:

The last two seasons have ended with turnovers by Baker. One of the silliest thing Bowles has done was replacing Trask with Bridgewater.

  56. ModHairKen Says:

Bowles is below average. Baker cannot win a big game. Someone should check Goedeke’s mental acuity. That’s not even joking.

    This is a 7-10 or 8-9 team.

This is not a “bring in someone new and it can be fixed.” If Licht believes that, get rid of him, too.

This is a purge situation. Diaby. SVD. Reddick. Kancey. Dean. Winfield. Zyon. Goedeke. Otton. Hall. And when they get a lead on a new QB, even Baker needs to go. He’s Jeff Garcia.

  57. Adam Says:

Joe, I love you man. But please don’t switch to hopium this upcoming week as we get closer to the next game. We want this one to sting and accept how bad this team is.

  58. Buc4never Says:

yes, he may be injured. I think he deserves another chance with a good coach and a qualified offensive coordinator

  59. BuxfaninTX Says:

Your “ ring of honor” GM shoulders blame as well. These under-achieving players were his picks. He did nothing at the trade deadline… if Todd goes, Jason needs to be part of the problem..

  60. Daryl Green Says:

Yes Kubiak head ronde Gm Brian Flores Ass head coach/ defensive coordinator
    👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

  61. Obvious Says:

    “Reasons unclear”

  62. BucfaninMi Says:

I’m sure they already talked to several candidates.

  63. Todd Says:

Goedeke played as retarded as he looks that Great Gazoo helmet he’s wearing. He lost is this game single-handedly. Serious.

  64. DejaVu again Says:

Please, they can’t let Ring of Horror GM make even one more terrible decision. He needs to move on and quickly.

  65. Chuckys Bucs Says:

Liam Coen was the future and we let him walk.

  66. 941bucsfan Says:

Licht needs to go if bowles go.. if licht stays, bowles stays. Then one more year with baker… Listen I like baker as a person and competitor. But baker will NEVER get you close to winning a superbowl. NEVER. He is average at his best. And if you are ok with average, then hiu are also ok with todd bowles. You can’t have it both ways

  67. Daryl Green Says:

    Kub/Ronde/ Brian Flores

  68. BakerFan Says:

Another thing that got me was White ripped off a big run then was hardly ever seen again. It is almost Grizzard has been instructed to shelve White, no matter what because he is a goner after this season.

Wish I had the answers, but I assure Bowles, Grizzard, and McGaughey which are the 3 Coordinators don’t either. Throw in Licht and that is a good place to start.

  69. Inwoodjeremy Says:

What exactly happened at Detroit to spiral this team out of control? This team sucks! Offense, Defense, Special Teams, Coaching, Players, Drafting, Medical/Training staff, everything about this team sucks!

  71. buccintimeforchanges Says:

Can someone tell me what is up with Buckey? Seriously, where did his fire go?

  73. ATLBuc Says:

Joe does know the family that calls the shots with the Bucs do no neccesarily share fans’ opinions on Bowles. What Joe does not know if this year has changed that family’s view.
    —————————————————————————————
I don’t dislike Bowles. I was a staunch supporter until he punted on 4th and 3 with 6 minutes left in the game against the Bills. That let me know that he has ulterior motives and winning is not his priority.

    …..right on target

  75. Daryl Green Says:

    Ronde/Kub/Brian Flores

  76. Mach Says:

No to kubiak. Every year teams hire the hot OC or DC o ky to falter later. We need leader of men with a proven track record who knows how to run an NFL program. They can hire a good OC and DC. We need someone with a competitive and fiery mindset and aggressive offensively. Some like travel or McKay. To be honest loam coean was perfect

  77. SBucs Says:

Todd gets outcoached weekly and not a surprise. Jason brings him players slow, dumb and under motivated. It’s rare to see any energy on the sidelines. This was coaching malpractice. Deep rot begins with Jason. Clean house.

  78. Bucs East Coast Says:

The goal is to win. Winning makes you fat more money than losing.

If I invest my money in something that underperforms I move my money. Its not personal, it’s results based.

Regardless of feelings on Bowles it you don’t win in this league you don’t have a job. Literally the job is to win, if you don’t win the end of the year performance is pretty easy.

Dungy was fired after making the playoffs, how can you keep your job if everyone expected the team to be in the playoffs and you S***” the bed and dont make it.

Todd is probably a great guy, but his career stats are 60 W and 73L, his bucs record is better than his average 34 W 33 L.

Career wise his sub 50%, bucs he barely is over it.

Let’s put it differently, Todd Bowles will not be even remotely be considered for the hall of fame for coaches. Not in 100 years if there are never any more new coaches.

So the Glazers have to decide, do we want to be a great team or one of the 20 or so meh teams in the NFL.

Gruden gets crap for “winning with Dungys team” but he won. Winning matters, Dungy didn’t get a ring or even a ribbon.

  79. Jack Sparrow Says:

    CLOWN TEAM !!

  80. Jmarkbuc Says:

    Licht gotta go too.

  81. ATLBuc Says:

    Get Bellicheat!

  82. Bosch Says:

Joe, why do you put that “ring of honor” label on Licht? He is sooooo far from earning Ring of honor status. You’re killing your credibility.
Joe’s credibility is just fine and Joe believes in Licht’s overall record. –Joe

  83. BakerFan Says:

Noticed Grizz tried another end around with McMillen and the play took forever to happen. I would bet it was a misalignment on McMillen’s part. Shades of yesteryear Playoff game.

  84. Popmike66 Says:

J Licht has nothing to do with this mess in Tampa. The Bucs have a good roster on both side of the ball they just need a coach who will push players to get the most from them and bench the ones who drag a..

  85. ATLBuc Says:

Get Bellicheat! Brady came and won a ring with us. Lets see if Bill can do it too!

  86. Pewter Power Says:

Baker can’t win big games? What does that even mean. Does it mean you’ve been in a coma since he’s come to Tampa? When Todd Bowles is gone the front 7 will be rebuilt. We need linebackers and people will see the players we have are just fine we’ll except the pass rushers. Yaya is a #2 or 3

  87. Inwoodjeremy Says:

Plan B is definitely in motion. It’s going to be a big shakeup from BA, Todd, Grizz, Mayfield, S/T coach, position coaches, everything. I don’t think a new guy wants Mayfield He might for a year or two until he finds replacement. He chokes in big games.

  88. Saskbucs Says:

    It better be.

Playing not to lose, controlling the football worked out again hey Todd. I’ll tune in for week 18 if Bucs win next week and Carolina loses.

Otherwise I have had enough. Such a bad product.

  89. Joe Says:

Joe, why do you put that “ring of honor” label on Licht? He is sooooo far from earning Ring of honor status.

Joe seems to remember Licht building a Super Bowl-winning team and a team that made the playoffs five years in a row, four division titles in a row. Suits with that sort of resume tend to get feted.

  90. Lightningvinny1 Says:

Bowles is completely at fault ,,, Bring in Kubiak,,, he makes a lot out of Darnold,,, a good Offensive OC will take care of the Baker issues like Coen was great w Baker and Lawrence ,, The kick off coverage , well we just gave up and now kick into the EZ,, Grizz is a nice guy but not an NFL OC,,, he basically got none of our WR into todays game ,,, Bowles played not to lose today ,, a conservative close to the vest game

  91. Jmarkbuc Says:

Bowles has a better winning percentage than Gruden.

Jon is an old washed up coach, not some wunderkind. His offenses were never all that.

  92. Saskbucs Says:

Baker has sucked but what is the alternative picking at 15?

Coaching staff gone. Bolster the OL, bring back Mike and many coaches are already cooking with gas. Draft D… shed the dead weight. Every pick to the front 7. Retain Dean and we have a solid secondary.

How is Chukwama out there as a G? Jordan was brutal. Baker seldom has a clean pocket. The playcalling is scared as usual. Don’t even try for DPIs. No deep shots to Evans. Why the hell Evans is stopping that route on the pick.. scramble drill? Come on man. That’s on Mike as much as Baker.

  93. Mike Johnson Says:

Come on guys, you knew when Carolina got the ball with 225 left they were going to put points on the board. Against our Defense? You had to know. I told my wife right then. We have lost the game. And we did.

  94. Inwoodjeremy Says:

I’m a little salty Baker fans, I will get over it!

  95. Bosch Says:

Those division titles mean nothing. If the Bucs were in any other division they would be out of the playoffs each of the last three seasons. Licht = mediocrity.

  96. Cobraboy Says:

I would argue this team, right now, is the worst team in the NFL.

  97. Jugheadfla2 Says:

Meanwhile Coen has the Jags going toe to toe with the heavy weights and we can’t even beat the chumps

  98. Orlampa Turd in Nicaragua Says:

    Lincoln Riley?

  99. chark Says:

Stop Nitpicking the roster!!!! Cooen or a new coach would could do wonders with this roster. Is it a perfect roster ? NO but this is a poorly coached team and thuis roster is much better than all nfc south teams roster. It is COACHING as the most common denominator…not baker, not licht, not winfield, not G Barton…it is coaching!! Licht is doing a good enuff job..it is coaching

  100. Bucmeup Says:

The only thing that’s gonna be worse than the current state of affairs is when crater-face completely botches the next HC hiring & brings in some goon like McCarthy

  101. Boltsfan17 Says:

Nah, they were never a legit 6-2 team. Worst team in the division, yes, they were when the season started but you gotta be willing to look honestly at this team.

  102. gotbbucs Says:

Licht technically speaking has hired three head coaches. Bowles was dropped on him, but he also chose to keep Bowles over Coen, which looks worse every single week, so we’ll call it three. How many GMs get to hire four coaches?
My confidence in Bowles was gone well before last season was done, my confidence in Licht was gone when he kept Todd over Liam.
Its time for a clean slate.

  103. Toddler Bowls Says:

Thank you sir. May I have another?

  104. Destinjohnny Says:

Have them spend more on scouting

  105. Joe Says:

Licht technically speaking has hired three head coaches.

Two. Dirk Koetter and Bucco Bruce Arians.

  106. Dan Says:

The Perfect Storm: Injuries doomed us from the start. The Hasaan experiment failed. The Grizz experiment has also failed. Special teams are a definite weak spot. With a bad defense, all this has definitely exposed our HC, GM and QB’s major weaknesses. Licht has had big swings for big hits and whiffs. This year…..Major whiff. It seems the HC cannot keep a team, especially the D, focused, together and playing on fire for a full season. His forte is defense, but our D is totally broken. Without El Serpentine to whisper to Baker, he has become ordinary and “Cleveland like” again. The offense appears directionless. It’s been a good run, but a completely new direction is warranted for this “historic collapse”. Brady’s work ethic, accountability and “do your job” aura is sadly gone …..

  107. Okiejim Says:

From the beginning of training camp, Bucs fans were gaslighted into the success of their team even to the point of Super Bowl contenders! With a solid offensive line, a trio of good running backs and wide receivers second to done, the Bucs are set if not to win it all, at least go deep in the playoffs! At the beginning of training camp, as injuries prevailed, the wheels began to come loose on the bus. Even with the injuries mounting, the gaslighting continued! Man 6-2 going into the bye week, great things are just around the corner! After the bye week, the wheels on the bus just didn’t wobble, the beginning of to shed lug nuts and then Detroit dismantled the bus and the wheels still have not been found. Outside looking in, a slew of folks contributed to this wreck but is it fixable?

  108. It's Corn Says:

    Lincoln Riley? Reunite with Baker

  109. Curse of Gruden Says:

This “Plan B” thing is intriguing. Joe, do tell more.

  110. Brian Says:

Joe – Licht has a winning record with help from playing in the weakest division for st least the last 5 years. Just because Dilfer won a SB doesn’t make him a good QB… get over your licht loving

  111. ATLBuc Says:

We’re good at all of the skilled positions offense and defense except QB. We need to draft a QB and front 7 on D and offensive linemen. QB and trenches. Atlanta spent a lot of draft capital on DE’s, but it seems to have worked out for them.

  112. No Mercy Says:

Starts at the top. This Todd Bowles pyramid scheme is getting old. Need new blood in the lockers. Before it’s full rebuild time and we waste another 4 seasons. The patriots have the formula

  113. HC Grover Says:

Watchin Nix and Lawrence…we can not copmpete.

  114. DavidBigBucsFan99 Says:

The beginning of the end of this season began when they released Trask for Teddy Bridgeunderthewater then got worse when we found out they didn’t have Wirfs ready to go at the beginning of the season. Only reason they went with Teddy is because he didn’t threaten Baker. If they had kept Trask who knew the offense a whole lot better and could’ve given Baker a chance to rest and heal for a few game instead of us having to watch a wounded duck out there trying to prove he’s a tough guy. Only thing he proved is that like in the past he can’t play well if injured in any way. A healthy Trask might have won a few games along the way

  115. MelvinJunior Says:

They better be doing a whole lot more than just “talking,” at this point! They better be DOING. And, it all starts with THE GM. Just for this past season’s draft AND free-agency period, ALONE. 12-years is long ENOUGH. The stench of complacency MUST GO. The ‘BOLDNESS’ of youth, is the current landscape of the game today! It has been long past time for us to move FORWARD, with a ‘young and aggressive’ GM who is great at evaluating TALENT. And, that is NOT JL. The future starts NOW.

I am trying my ASS OFF to get ‘in’ with Jimmy Sexton (CAA), & Clint Dowdle (WME)… As in ASAP. I’m talking to Dan Lanning and Marcus Freeman FIRST, and then going from THERE. But, Lickt has to be the very first-one to GO. Total overhaul, beginning at the top. You let Baker ‘play-out’ his current contract, & you focus on rebuilding THIS ROSTER. You have to have the GUTS to cut loose aging players on big contracts, and start stockpiling as many PICKS as possible. ReBUILD. THIS. ROSTER. FIRST. After cleaning house. Worry about the QB position later. The TALENT on the roster has to be completely overhauled. It will guarantee a much better situation and position for longterm, sustained success in the FUTURE.

Get a high-energy’ HC who is a great play-caller, and who can coach up and develop QUARTERBACKS. Then, you go out and find (or draft) your QB of the future (on a ‘rookie’ contract), with an already made talented ROSTER. That’s the way of the future. You build your roster FIRST. A strong, deep, and talented roster with a young strong ‘offensive minded’ HC who can CALL PLAYS, and coach up QB’s… IS THE WAY. It guarantees longterm sustained success, because you are NOT entirely depended on any one QB (until you find “YOUR GUY). It doesn’t matter WHO is playing QB for you in the very beginning, as long as you find and hire the ‘right’ HC. You roll with Baker next season. Depending on how he plays, maybe you extend him again ‘on the cheap’ for another 2-years… As you continue building the ROSTER, and making moves that are geared towards, eventually getting YOUR QB of the future. GM. HC. ROSTER/TALENT construction.

JOE!!! For the love of God, for the millionth time…get off your Licht love fest. These are his players both drafted and free agent/trades (that’s a joke). Talent? There is very little of that. Licht needs to GO! Get it? Can you actually write ot, or are you too afraid of your BFF getting mad at you and pulling your credentials?

  117. Brian Says:

This exactly you said it better than all of us

  118. MelvinJunior Says:

On the bright side though, Cohen has HIS JAGS up 2-TD’s midway thru the 3rd, AT DENVER. LoL this WEAK ASS bunch we have in the Bucs FO.

  119. Destinjohnny Says:

Until we get someone who can draft
Don’t matter who the coach is

  120. Bobby M. Says:

Time management before the 1st half cost us a tie? We had two minutes to burn and we barely burn 40 seconds. Bowles has no idea of when to be aggressive or practical…. he’s just hoping for the best. Our OC was unproven, had to overcome countless injuries and now looks overwhelmed….that was our best hope. That’s sad considering our HC is our DC with minimal injuries and a decade of experience seems less capable than our rookie OC. Bakers body language in the pocket tells me he doesn’t trust our OC. He was comfortable with both Canales and Coen…he looks confused and ready to run with Grizzard.

@ It’s Corn Says: “Lincoln Riley? Reunite with Baker.”

NO. You can’t make ANY moves with only “Baker” in mind, when you don’t even have enough faith and confidence IN HIM to go out there, and win you a game today. PERIOD. That’s just end of story. Plus, there are just way better options to begin with, than him.

  122. Bucfan1988 Says:

Bucs aren’t just the worst team in the division, they’re the worst team in the NFL now…..

    Not even close……

Titans, Giants, & Browns would all beat the Bucs….

    Welcome to hell again everybody!

  123. Bucfan1988 Says:

Meanwhile scorn has Trevor freaken Lawrence with 4 total tuddies against the Broncos defense IN Denver….

Got rid of the wrong coach Glazers!!!

  124. Bucfan1988 Says:

    Coen not scorn

  125. Durango 95 Says:

The Glazers are on the clock.

  126. OrlandoBucFan Says:

Joe, Rich McKay should be in the Ring of Honor before Jason Licht. I would agree that Licht had a big role in the Bucs winning their second Super Bowl, but McKay had a large role in assembling the team that won our first Super Bowl, as well as the responsibility of navigating an ownership change, transitioning into a new stadium, and he had the wisdom to hire “Father” Dungy. McKay also drafted three Hall Fame players. I understand Rich’s departure from the Bucs was messy, but he was Tampa Bay’s best GM in my opinion.

  127. Conte Piscatelli Says:

This is the problem. All 3 other NFC South teams have improved since week 4. The Bucs have gotten progressively worse. That is bad coaching!
