Bucky Irving Loves The Stinking Panthers

As the stat geeks would holler, small sample size! Beats having no sample size, though.
Just by the numbers in the only two games Bucky Irving has played the Stinking Panthers, Bucky Irving has been Barry Sanders-like.
In the first game, a 23-20 overtime thriller (thank you Anthony Nelson!) Bucky ran for 152 yards, averaging six yards a carry. In the second game in Tampa, also a Bucs win, Bucky averaged just under six yards a carry and finished with 113 yards.
In both games, Bucky was also a weapon in the passing game, catching seven passes total and averaging 15 yards a catch.
Aside from the loss to Philadelphia in which Bucky got hurt, he hasn’t done a whole lot this season. Oh, he will have spurts here or there but aside from playing the Eagles, Bucky hasn’t consistently put together a strong game. Yet.
Perhaps his history with the Stinking Panthers sparks a coming-out party tomorrow?

Yeah, but remember last year’s home game against the Panther’s?? When the crowd’s chants of “Bucky, Bucky, Bucky” were amazing, then changed to “Ducky, Ducky, Ducky”? That was a fun game to attend. Seriously, I say Bucky shows up today with an explosive game.
