Wednesday Bucs Injury Report

November 5th, 2025

Good news and bad news today.

Joe’s first “bad” news is Baker Mayfield remains on the injury report after a bye week with a knee issue and an oblique problem. Mayfield was full-go in practice, but if he were fully healthy he’d be off the report. Fingers crossed.

Not practicing today were Chris Godwin, Bucky Irving, Haason Reddick and Markees Watts. Joe wrote about Irving and Godwin earlier.

One the good news front was right tackle Luke Goedeke practicing in a limited fashion after weeks on injured reserve, where he still is listed. Also, full-go was right guard Luke Haggard, who seemed to be the best of the fill-ins for Cody Mauch.

I didn’t realize Mayfield has an oblique injury. No wonder his passing has been off.

Willie listen to the Baker presser today he explains it well how it’s effected his throws. Really interesting.

It’s great to see Luke Haggard as a FULL participant. He was playing great before the injury.

Wasn’t Baker LIMITED and QUESTIONABLE before the Saints game? FULL would be a big improvement.

I think OBLIQUE has replaced the old Bruised ribs designation nowadays.

Here’s hoping that Luke is a FULL go ASAP!

Yeah. Oblique sounds more brutal than the good ole bruised ribs. A more honorable ring to it….I guess.

CBs getting healthy. That’s good news!

Baker Mayfield may not be hurting as badly as he is leading people to believe right now.
