Probably my 40th consecutive “No Confidence” vote — its nice to see you guys coming around to my way of thinking.

We don’t win with this guy.
    We just don’t.

  2. Jeff Says:

lol! Todd’s clown show defense was exposed again. This is the same FRAUD that cost the Bucs a chance at a 3rd SuperBowl. Licht and the Glazers know way less about football than we give them credit for. NO MORE!

  3. destinjohnny Says:

if he had a pass rusher he would be fine. people forget its more about talent then coaching.

  4. gotbbucs Says:

Who are the masochist’s who voted totally confident?

  5. Pewter Power Says:

It’s not really Todd Bowles fault he is who he is. It’s like fans are asking him to be a Super Bowl coach and he is not. This is Jason Licht fault! When BA was head coach he gave an offensive coach all the weapons he needed for that Super Bowl run but you can’t get a Bowles pass rushers? You can’t even get a decent back up for vita Vea. Nope every year people are thinking Super Bowl after the draft with rookies and it’s not reality, we were in trouble after David walker went down and he made zero moves. Jason Licht is a scout not a general manager and now Evans and Godwin are too old or injured to make the difference if he had went all in again

  6. Bee Says:

I have no confidence that he can make the necessary adjustments needed to win a championship. Its rinse and repeat every season. He can’t even make simple in game adjustments with special teams. He doesn’t trust the offense with the game on the line on 4th down during the regular season and in the playoffs. No growth whatsoever.

Sounds like Bowles and Licht should’ve prioritized that during the off-season. Instead they relied on Reddick and YaYa and thought that was enough. Sober football fans saw that the pass rush was broken a few seasons ago.

  8. Evo Says:

I don’t care if we win every game after this upcoming blowout. He’s constantly out-coached and out-schemed in big games. I’ll give him credit for not losing to a lesser team so far, but when are we going to have a chance against the top-tier teams? But who would we replace him with? And he is great at finding OCs.

  9. SteveK Says:

Little confidence in Bowles AND Licht. Licht is failing to give us a bonafide edge rusher on the roster, and not placing Godwin and Bucky on IR is ludicrous. Stupid decisions, toothless edge rush, and potentially shoddy kick coverage on special teams leaves me feeling uninspired. If we lose bc of those weaknesses this weekend, than it’s fair to further question.

Joe- please ask what tactical advantage is there by not placing Bucky and Godwin on IR? I see clear benefit, and makes me think they don’t care about “turning over every stone/doing the due diligence” for the team. It feels like the trade deadline in that Licht says, “muh draft picks”, but can’t start a 10-sack edge rusher.

  10. Bosch Says:

It’s not just the abysmal defensive performance. It has become obvious he has no clue how to correct it.

  11. Chris Says:

It’s the same song and dance every year. Maybe he is behind the times?

  12. Usfbucs Says:

I have said it before and so have others. He seems like a fine HC at this point in his career he needs to be forced to bring in a DC from outside next season. He seems to have the respect of the players, he doesn’t get too high or too low. His downfall is his absolute confidence in the defense he is calling. I think if he had a DC that he might be more objective in his decision making.

  13. El hefe Says:

    Confident
