Four Bucs Ruled Out For Sunday; Chris Godwin Likely

November 21st, 2025

Uplifting news at One Buc Palace today.

Per head coach Todd Bowles, it seems receiver Chris Godwin, who has only played in two games this season with little production, is likely to play Sunday. Godwin is recovering from a mysterious fibula injury.

Ruled out are running back Bucky Irving, guard Ben Bredeson, cornerback Jamel Dean and edge rusher Haason Reddick.

Reddick didn’t practice all week.

Go head and throw reddick in the trash what a waste of a signing . We need to improve scouting pass rushers and be more aggressive in free agency. Snap out of it Jason licht ‼️

  2. Alstott40 Says:

Gotta let Dean go after this year no matter how much better he has looked, just too injury prone, even at his reduced salary.

  3. johnnythemoon Says:

Looking forward to Godwin getting 3 recs for 23yds sunday night.

  4. OneAndThree Says:

Godwin is a porcelain egg waiting to break again.

None of this matters because the defense is so historically awful.

Can’t wait to hear the excuses after Sunday night in LA.

Communication issues and missed assignments will be the words of the day.

Wash. Rinse. Repeat. Bowles = Failure

Reddick worse FA signing since Swaggy baker.

  6. Will Says:

Dean has played much better this year but has been brittle since his college days. I remember BA saying they were scouting someone else but Dean just kept showing up on film. Crazy thing about it he was hurt and playing with a “club” on his hand. We like getting damaged players and hope they get over their injury bug in the NFL. SMH

i think Deans injury history gives the BUCS an advantage lol…i think he’ll be a BUC next year….

Reddick=Gregory without the smoke lol…..get it together Licht!!!!

    GO BUCS!!!!

looking forward to seeing godwin back in the game hopefully for the balance of the season…

  9. ModHairKen Says:

    Folks, the worst is over.

    They will beat the Rams.

Everyone will have a turkey dinner next week.

    Problems were fixed this week.

    Bank on it.

  10. Tucker Says:

Here is to coaching it better and playing it better.

  11. Steven007 Says:

Good news for Chris. Hope he could be productive. 813, that’s interesting. I think it was a genius move to reduce his salary this year. It created an incentive for him to play better, which he has. And it gives us some protection for the injuries we know will come. As for next year, we’ll see about that. Job number one on the defensive side is to improve the past rush at all costs.

  12. Football 1 Says:

Hey anyone happy for Chris?. Great news no matter how little he plays!!. To be honest he is the only reason to tune in for this game in my opinion. Otherwise likely to be a long night of Rams highlights going down the field. On defense the highlight hopefully a few catches for Chris. Hopefully Tucker gets a few runs. However this Ram defense is pretty stout. The Rams not fearing the pass may shut the run game down.

  13. Football 1 Says:

Sorry typo it should say on offense a few plays for Chris

Is Reddick really injured or is he just pouting again?

  16. adam from ny Says:

the more reddick sits at this point, the better for reddick…

“ohh my back, ohh my back”

to put together a full season of nothingness ruins his potential next contract…

to claim an injury plagued season of nothingness, and a desperado will throw him 5 mil next year to see if anything is still in the tank…

then the next year he’s out of the league…

that’s kinda how it works folks

and……his ultimate goal would be at this point, to sit the rest of the season, but to return for one playoff game, and get a 2 sack performance…a selfish 2 sack performance – where he doesn’t care what the team really is doing – but to just get the 2 sacks under his belt in whatever way it takes – then he’s sure to get a team to take a shot on him one last time next year

  17. TampaBayBucfan Says:

Great news about CG14…….and encouraging news about Bucky.

For God’s sake…..let’s not play Godwin if he isn’t ready……we need him down the stretch.

  18. mj Says:

cg will help mek get open but morrison will cost us tds

  19. Rocketman Says:

If Reddick doesn’t snap out of it and make a meaningful contribution the rest of the season and playoffs, he will be playing for league minimum next year. No one will take a chance. No one.

Fan- “this organization sucks, they never update medical status”
Fan- “this organization sucks, they never say when a player is expected back”

Bucs- “Godwin is healthy and will play Sunday”

Fan- “It’s to soon, don’t play Godwin if he’s not healthy”

Some of y’all are actual retards, literally dumb. You think the Bucs would trot any franchise player out there, on turf for their first game back after a long absence if they weren’t actually healthy?

    BINGO!!!!!!

really hoping Licht swings a trade on draft night or right before the draft for Crosby along with selecting a DE early in the draft and late lol

    as you said, we’ll see

    GO BUCS!!!!

  23. Jeff Says:

Godwin fractured that leg. That’s what’s taking so long. Huge Jason Licht miss.

  24. gofortheface30 Says:

    Reddick? Never heard of her

  25. Stpetematt Says:

There isn’t much confusing about Godwin’s leg. During the season he had his screws removed (the second surgery talked about) which is *standard*. Then he came back, ran and cut on it a lot and it became sore so he had to sit out until soreness was gone even after sustained running. He’s probably fine now.

We shall see. It will be such a great improvement for our offense having both him and Egbuka on third downs!

  26. BucsNbeer Says:

The point is will Chris be better than Tez or Shepherd? A year ago I’d say yes. Put him on a play count.

  27. buc4evr Says:

Don’t expect Godwin to do much. He probably will reinjure his ankle or tibia. Don’t expect Reddick to ever do anything again. The guy is finished. Another cheap, dumb move by Licht.

Doesn’t matter who comes back, this defense is the bottom of the barrel bad. Stafford is probably going to destroy these guys. Hope they are watching a lot of film today.

  28. Stpetematt Says:

Buc4evr is a Panthers fan obviously. Godwin will do great. Not sure about Reddick.

  29. BigPoppaBuc Says:

If Chris is gtg and can contribute it would be so huge for the offense. Our TEs aren’t making plays and Shep is inconsistent. Rams will key on Buka, so there will be opportunities for Chris. I hope he’s really ready.
