Benjamin Morrison Ruled Out Against Rams

November 23rd, 2025

Both are out tonight.

Well, rookie cornerback Benjamin Morrison will perform as well as Jamel Dean tonight.

Neither will be on the field. Dean is nursing a bad hip and will miss his second full game of the season.

Apparently, Morrison’s hamstring is not ready for prime time and he is inactive for the game. Also inactive are guard Ben Bredeson, Bucky Irving, edge rusher Haason Reddick and manbeast defensive lineman Elijah Simmons.

Joe assumes this locks in rookie Jacob Parrish at outside corner and Christian Izien rolling at nickel corner. Barring more injuries to cornerbacks, Joe thinks the Bucs should be able to play decent ball in the secondary. Izien has big-game experience and Parrish is talented with a lot of poise for a rookie.

A pass rush sure would help!

The Walmart soft porn and whining is getting pitiful.

  7. Simeon4HOF Says:

    Not good lol.
Let’s see what Zyon, Parrish, and Izien can do

  8. Simeon4HOF Says:

This is why Dean don’t have an extended contract

  9. Two thumbs up Says:

Wait a minute he wasn’t even on the last injury report. When did this happen? Sounds like his hammy started hurting when he realized he’d have to start against the mighty Rams.

  10. BucfaninMi Says:

    Doomed

  11. ElioT Says:

Drafting an injury prone CB in Morrison and he’s injured?

Yes, Jason is the best GM in history.

    Bloodbath

  13. ChiBuc Says:

Im liking this line up. Izien and Parrish lock in. Surely Bowles will have to see the logic to simplify. I get it, we don’t have the horses, but 4 mid players rushing is better than 2 mid players rushing

All week I’ve been down on the bucs, their defense, their trade deadline apathy, etc, even voted they lose tonight, eff that, bucs win tonight 20 to 13

  14. Rod Munch Says:

    Super soft zone incoming.

Take the over on Stafford … do a prop bet, over 400 yards, probably a safe bet.

  15. ElioT Says:

Don’t worry, Yaya and Nelson are very experienced in coverage.

Maybe Vea can drop back too?

  16. Erik with Pilot and Driver™ Says:

I think this is addition by subtraction.

I think Josh Hayes > Morrison.

  17. Waterboy Says:

But nooo, it’s not the players it’s the scheme.

  18. ElioT Says:

Everyone taking about the “favorable” schedule after this game.

Losers or haven’t put in enough time with this team.

  19. Couch Fan Says:

Puka about to have a career game.

  20. Rod Munch Says:

    So we’re missing…

    RG1, LG1, LG2, LG3 (?), RB1, WR1, WR4, DE1, EDGE 2, EDGE 3, CB1, CB4 – and of course WR2 we’re not sure about either. Who am I forgetting?

    ——–

Take Stafford over on yards, pair with Puka over on yards, plus take anytime TD on Adams – about as safe a bets as there is.

  22. BigZ Says:

    Thats a good start, seriously.

  23. FortMyersDave Says:

No Morrison on the field is a good thing. Too bad he did not develop this injury before the Pats game.

  24. firethecannons Says:

A pass rush has eluded jason Licht since Shaq Barret and JPP. This is on him. We need to trade up to get the good guys but Licht is ALWAYS bargain shopping and that rarely works out. What a shame!

Wow what Debbie downers and negative Nancy’s in here! You all sound like folks who play to lose the game. So sad, and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Remember in ain’t over until the fat lady sings, and last I heard most are on ozempic which means there ain’t no more fat ladies. Go Bucs! It’s Baker time!

  26. Rod Munch Says:

This makes me feel better… drama coming out of Philly…

Jalen hurts bashes AJ Brown for him whining about wanting 100+ yards…

“AJ wanted 100 yards. He got 100 yards. Hope he’s happy.”

The Eagles lost the game after going up 21-0.

    LOL!OL!OLOLOL!

The Bucs aren’t even involved but I think I’ll listen to Eagles sports talk until the Bucs game starts, they should be having a full meltdown.

You apparently haven’t shopped at Walmart lately.

To be fair, neither have I since I’m a fancy man and won’t set a foot in that flea infested s-hole – but I do know many fatties are there, you can feel your car rumble as you drive by the place from the mini earthquakes that constantly occur from them waddling around.

  28. TBLUNGS Says:

Feels like we draft an injury prone corner with concentration issues to replace our injury prone corner with concentration issues??? This Morrison is about be the fans punching bag for the next couple of years.

  29. Rod Munch Says:

Dang, now they’re saying Hurts didn’t say that. I’m a victim of fake news. Dang it. I want it to be true, he was probably thinking it, maybe by just being asked about it, it can cause a meltdown.

  30. BucsFan81 Says:

Going to be over before half.

  31. Alvin Scissors Harper Says:

I look forward to going to bed at halftime. Toad gonna Toad.

  32. Inwoodjeremy Says:

Rod I been waiting for Betting the Bucs weekly post, but it hasn’t been published. Saw your over player props and thought they were pretty good choices. I locked this in before Falcon’s game. So far so good.
    NFC South 3-Bet Parlay +110
    1. Falcons +7 spread @ Saints – Saints improve draft status, tank in 2nd half.
    2. Rams win @ Rams – Rams convert 3rd downs, control time of possession.
    3. 49ers win @ 49ers – Carolina shows how hungry they are, 49ers win late.

  33. Rod Munch Says:

    Inwoodjeremy – good luck.

Well, not good luck, I hope you lose because the Bucs win, but otherwise good luck.

  34. Aaron Says:

I think Bowles is trying to save what confidence Morrison has left….Bowles to Morrison “son…trust me your hamny is not ready – Morrison “no I’m good coach…” Bowles “trust me I’m saving you…ur not ready for Puka / Adam’s”…let’s rest that hammy and be Cardinal ready…

  35. TheGreatMalenko Says:

The only way for the Bucs to win is if Vea puts the Samoan drop on Stafford, or maybe YaYa uses Lesner’s F5 on him. What’s a little 15 yard penalty in the scheme of things. lol. Otherwise the Bucs are screwed.

  36. RJBucNut Says:

Morrison needs to dig deep and find himself. He’s swimming out there. I can’t understand how he played at ND under the bright lights. He looks like a small school player out there. Game is too fast right now for him.

  37. Juggernautical Says:

Why do we always look outmatched in prime time games?

  38. MelvinJunior Says:

Bowles protecting his God Son, because he KNEW he was going to get friggin’ COOKED out there tonight, for everyone to see.
