  3. BucsFanSince1996 Says:

    About 5% selected “no confidence”.

If the Bucs win the Super Bowl, those individuals will proclaim that they won in spite of Bowles, not because of Bowles. LOL

  4. DBS Says:

People on the site regularly know who is voting no confidence . Probably under different names too.

  5. Woodman Says:

    Ironlung probably voted 13 times.

  6. Aqualung Says:

Very confident Todd can give up 35 points to every quarterback in the NFL.

  7. El hefe Says:

Lmao loving these comments because i get so tired of our fans flip flopping if your a fan be proud of every bit of the team not just the good we got trolls on here changing names just to argue and trash this here site for real TB fans

  8. Buc1987 Says:

Hey Joe NFL.com just ranked all the QB’s in the league.

    Guess who’s number 1?

    Yup Baker Mayfield!

  9. orlbucfan Says:

Totally confident. Go Bucs, 5-1!! AquaBung, who?

  10. Go Bucs! Says:

Honestly I’d go for total confidence if he got a legit DC and delegated. He’s grown a lot as a HC. He was a good to great DC but I don’t think doing both works for him.

  11. FortMyersDave Says:

I am totally confident in Baker and the offense as well as Chase M nailing long field goals but man, I have a lot of doubts concerning Bowles Swiss cheese D and certain aspects of the special teams.

  12. Bucs4Ever Says:

I don’t get this vote…yes we are 4-1 but the defense is bad.

23rd in scoring D – 13th in yds per game

Vea dropping in coverage is stupid.

    Our 2 DE’s have 2 sacks

Todd’s D has sucked for years

  13. Stanglassman Says:

    85% positive
    15% negative

  14. Tye Says:

    ‘the Bucs defense? Yikes.’

    no confident…
    Desperately need a DC!

  15. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    Buc1987 Says:
“Hey Joe NFL.com just ranked all the QB’s in the league.
    Guess who’s number 1?
    Yup Baker Mayfield!”

    That is pretty cool!

If he beats the 49ers, he’ll really get respect!

For those wanting to see it, Click my name.

  16. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    Bucs4Ever Says
“I don’t get this vote…yes we are 4-1 but the defense is bad.”

Okay, yes, the defense has not been great…but, it was Todd Bowles who insisted on Baker Mayfield. It is Todd Bowles who has maintained a ‘no quit’ culture.

And it was Todd Bowles who set aside addresisng the defense in order to build around Mayfield.

They’ve only just started fixing the defense in this draft, and without a first rounder spent on it. You have to allow for developmental time for the young guys.

  17. Aqualung Says:

Bonz – it is also Todd who desperately needs a fresh DC he can work with and mentor to modernize the operation. His stuff is a decade obsolete at least and he’s turning into Lovie. But he loves being known as The Masturmond so he won’t get help. And it short changes the whole team.

A point the Blind Faith Kitten cuddlers can’t accept. But they do get enraged when facets of reality are pointed out. Although reality is tough to grasp from a trailer park in Leesburg or wherever

Let Todd be a HC with full time coordinators (not Magoo though). This team would be cooking in all three phases instead of needing one in full overdrive cause the other two are upside down in the ditch.

  18. Steven007 Says:

Water lung, it’s not that we don’t realize the defense can and should be better. It’s just that as posters we have very little to do with that. Todd’s not going to read your post and rethink his strategy. The cliche is true in this case, he’s forgotten more football than you will ever know. And that’s the truth.

  19. Aqualung Says:

Bond – go be a sheep headed for a slaughterhouse. Seems to be the kind of follower implied.

  20. DoooshLaRue Says:

Little confidence as usual for me.
    We’re winning despite Todd.
But hey, the players like him right?

    Thank goodness for Baker.

  21. heyjude Says:

    Confident.

  22. Bakerfan Says:

I went with little confidence. Until Bowls fields a defense that can play an entire game at a high level will I have confidence in him. The only reason the Bucs are where they are is Baker and Company . Do I have confidence in Baker Company? Extremely Confident.

  23. Obvious One Says:

Some think that this pole represents Baker or some Other aspect of the team.. IT DOES NOT…

Little confidence… in Todd Bowles as “DC”! UNTIL I see some STRONG DEFENSE. And that hasn’t fully happened yet. Not even close. IF and When that changes, so will my vote…

  24. stpetebucsfan Says:

OK here we go. “SOME” here have an irrational hatred of Bowles. I no longer care what motivates this. It’s just sad for the individuals who can’t get over it.

So do not take MY opinion of Todd Bowles. What does the league and what do the experts think. Fortunately AI has enabled me to do D.R. types of research. It’s not “intelligence” but the algorhythms are pretty amazing and can search the entire internet in the time it takes me to go through one article.

So here is what AI’s research provides to put the lunger’s comments in perspective and show just how smart he is…or isn’t.

“Yes, Todd Bowles is still highly respected as a defensive coordinator, EVEN AS A HEAD COACH! His REPUTATION as a brilliant defensive mind is well-established, and his players often express that they love playing for him. This respect is rooted in his history of leading successful, aggressive defenses, including the one that won Super Bowl LV, and his teams’ consistent defensive performance under his guidance since 2019.

The emphasis is mine but all the words came from the algorhythms AI uses to search the entire internet. So lunger are we now supposed to believe that you know more than the consensus opinion of players and experts?

  25. Obvious One Says:

“DEFENSE WINS” SUPER BOWLS! THE “BUCCANEERS” HAVE PROVEN IT AS THE GIVEN REALITY TWICE!

And SOONER Everybody realizes THAT (Especially the Glazers) , the SOONER we may ACTUALLY WIN ANOTHER ONE…

Either Jason Licht and the Glazers hire a FULL TIME AND CURRENTLY UPDATED DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR, OR EVERY ONE THAT’S CONFUSED ABOUT THE REALITY IS GOING TO BE IN FOR A RUDE AWAKENING…

The OFFENSE IS KEEPING US IN GAMES, THE DEFENSE CAN’T CONTAIN “AS IS”!

COACHING “ACTUALLY” MAKES THE DIFFERENCE BECAUSE YOUR GUYS ARE YOUR GUYS AND EVERY SINGLE PLAYER CAN’T BE AN ALL STAR. THEY HAVE TO BE COACHED PROPERLY TO COMPETE. AND THE COACH HAS TO DESIGN AND CALL THE RIGHT PLAYS SO THAT WE CAN ACTUALLY WIN WITHOUT A “MIRACLE” EVERY SINGLE GAME… 5 MIRACLES REQUIRED SO FAR… It turns out that miracles aren’t always granted because we only got the ok for 4…. AND EACH WAS A MIRACLE..

  26. Beeej Says:

FIRE THE COACH! (just getting ready for the Sunday open thread)

  27. ATRAIN Says:

Why did this Coach get Teddy “sitting on the couch QB” instead of the 3rd string QB sitting on the bench in NY ???

Bridgewater was nothing when he was in the NFL then pick him off the Couch and Jamie’s sits on a bench in NY and we don’t use him as Backup

    Brilliance

  28. Bosch Says:

I don’t see how anyone can vote higher than little confidence when he is the worst def coordinator in the league. That also means that as a head coach his pride is overcoming what should be his better judgment to replace himself in that role.

  29. Mike Johnson Says:

And to think, a couple of yrs ago, we were ready to run Bowles out of town on a rail.

  30. GoneGator Says:

    85% confident 👍🏼
Sounds about right. Of course the crybaby and delusional one know better though, with their deep knowledge and expertise of defensive schemes and coaching.

Go tell your dreamboat in Jacksonville that you can’t be a HC and DC or OC. Or our last opponent.

    Great job Todd…..

  31. stpetebucsfan Says:

    ATRAIN

“Bridgewater was nothing when he was in the NFL”

Is being a winning QB NOTHING? Bridgewater 65 starts 33-32!!

You might say that record is “average” but it’s certainly more than nothing when viewed over a ten year career that included an 11-5!!! record when he was young and healthy. Again 11-5 NOTHING.
