Will every Tampa Bay fan and Altanta fan watch tomorrow’s Bucs-Falcons game and walk away thinking the Bucs defense is a relentless, swarming, attack-dog unit forcing the action and fearless on every snap?
Joe sure hopes so. There’s no excuse not to. Win or lose, the Bucs defense should look different and consistently aggressive.
Mega-money cornerback Zyon McCollum agrees, so he told WTSP-TV, Ch. 10.
“I think that we’ve improved in every single area and everybody’s just buying into that mindset of getting better every single day and attacking,” McCollum said. “I think one thing that you’ll see from this defense is we’re on attack mode 24/7. Everybody’s going to be playing with high energy. Everybody’s going to be flying around and we’re playing unselfish football.”
McCollum went on to say a unified Bucs defense will be seen on the field and it’ll be fun to watch.
Joe can’t wait. And yes, Joe’s going to remember these McCollum comments.

Talk is cheap. Supply exceeds demand. I haven’t seen the defense under this double half & half attack anything in three years.

Bucs defense is good at talking. Need to see some evidence of improvement. Underwhelmed by off season defensive changes. We will soon find out. The middle of the field is going to be soft. Going to be a shoot out….35-30 final and take your pick who wins it.

Lunchmeat. Couldn’t have said it better myself. Don’t tell about it be about it. I wanna see it. Not just for a few games either you know. We walk into the lions den and took it over then beat Philly. Defense stood strong then folded like a cheap suit. Hope is a bad word in football but I do hope the Bucs mean business this year on defense

Attack mode! That brings back memories of the 1985 Bears team. I lived in Chicago back then. Buddy Ryan ‘s D was one of the best ever assembled! If the Buc’s can be half as good as they were, this team will be playing in February! It starts today!! Get it done!!
