Of all the people whose opinions I would take with respect about coaches and players, Todd Hailey isn’t one of them. I agree mayfield might not be “elite”, but he’s damn good and definitely a top-6 to top-10 QB if he plays another season like the last one.

Rondé insider? Yes. Rondé a master of the Hot Take? Yes. I’m saying it again, old number 20 is prone to hyperbole. Go back and listen to his assessments of Vernon Hargreaves during preseason broadcasts. HOF player no doubt but when it comes to his opinions on Bucs personnel…grain of salt.
