BA’s Red Pen, I agree but be nice to Ira’s friend. In 2023(my first year as a Bucs fan) we had a run game that wasn’t worth a squat. We lost games we weren’t even in. We barely scored more points than we gave up. But we kept improving. In 2024 we probably scored 100 points more than we gave up. Besides the Denver game (maybe Baltimore too but we jumped all over them before the disaster) we were in every game til the last possession. Our running game was the most improved in the league. Of course we were better last year! Not even close. Washington beating us didn’t surprise alot of us. Post Brady our leadership poured our resources into offense like they should have. Our defense wasn’t very good in pass defense either of those years and it hurt us more last year because of the injuries. Rome wasn’t built in a day! The organization knows that defense is next up on our agenda. So does everyone else and that’s exactly what we’re doing. And to bandy about thoughts of what will Bowles fate be if we have a losing record this year? Me and my old hound must be watching a different team than you are watching Steve. We’re watching an ascending team.

Great stuff! Yes, the draft is like Thanksgiving!
The Bucs have a positive and no drama culture going on and need to keep it going. Licht will make sure to vet possible choices accordingly.
Thankfully, we do have our franchise QB Baker, and don’t have to worry about getting a number one QB in the draft this season. Looking forward to hearing more draft conversations!

Just listened to this, and Ira, YOU ARE PICKING THE WRONG SAFETY FOR BOWLES IN THE FIRST ROUND.
Right position, WRONG PICK!!!!
It’s all about NICK EMMANWORI, the safety from South Carolina.
You need to listen to Sean Sullivan’s safety diagnosis because he’s 100% correct..
Emmanwori is a STUD!!! Had the highest RAS score EVERRRRR in the NFL for a safety!!! Bowles could use this kid all over the field!!!
6’3” 220lbs, 4.38 forty, 43” vertical, and his short area quickness is off the charts!!!!
He could play a “star” position after starting at strong safety….
This dude is Cam Chancellor 2.0 with MORE SPEED!!!!!
Emmanwori > Starks!!! No brainer!!!

Best move for Licht it to fire Bowles tonight.
That will instantly improve the defense and the mentality of the team.
We need a winner at the helm.
Not some poser that was forces upon us due to white guilt.
