No. 1 running back Rachaad White (bad foot) will not play. It’s the first missed game of White’s career.
Other Bucs inactives include center Graham Barton, safety Christian Izien, and receivers Kameron Johnson and Trey Palmer. Each is injured.
Rookie tight end Devin Culp also is inactive. The fourth-stringer has yet to play this season.
