Plenty Coming This Morning From The NFL Owners Meetings

March 26th, 2024

Stick with Joe all morning. Plenty of Bucs news and nuggets to come.

Head coach Todd Bowles and Buccaneers Ring of Honor general manager Jason Licht were talking this morning, and Joe picked up plenty patrolling the swanky owners party last night with The Sage, JoeBucsFan.com columnist Ira Kaufman.

Can’t wait. Maybe a trade between the GMs for a G or Edge?

Wellz they banned tackling, so should be exciting to see what’s next. Maybe selecting what type Of material to use for the belts and flags.exciting stuff!

  4. Olboy Says:

Will it be the modern tough guy material of kevlar and super sticky Velcro or, will they treat use to the throwback rugged man wear of boiled leather and snap buttons.
Oh man the excitement is too much

Next season the owner’s will require all offensive players to wear a flag off their waist. Sad!!!

This is why I don’t believe in goats in football even if it’s Brady!! Brady is a first ballet hall of famer but he really didn’t start thriving until they changed the rules about hitting the quarterback in the knee. And I know most of yall are going to cry hater because it’s Brady but go back and look at the first three Superbowls he was carried by their defense and running game. The first Superbowl run Brady only threw 1 touchdown the whole playoff run that year. But my point is that you can’t keep handicapping the defense and give these offensive guys goat status. It just don’t work that way that’s why I believe the quarterbacks from the 80s and 90s were better than the guys today!!

Good point O’Neil you never even see Bart Star or Johnny U’s name come up anymore.
