    It’s Time!

  2. David Says:

Bucs will not defeat Lions with Baker. He hasn’t defeated a quality playoff team or taken a team to the championship game in six years. Here is another chance for him. Bucs will win if they pressure Goff and if Baker can hit his receivers against Lions 27th pass defense.

  3. BucsBeast Says:

Voted No because Lions were down 7 starters and smacked the Bucs around.
But I’ll be watching and hopefully I’m wrong.

  4. TheBucsAnthem Says:

    Baker will get BAKED today!!!!

    …..welp!

……..it was funny while it lasted!!!!!

  5. SufferingSince76 Says:

The Lions are the ones under pressure, as they were expected to be here. The Bucs are free to let it loose. Bucs win 27-17.

  6. Casual Observer Says:

A solid big playoff win for our Bucs.

  7. mg Says:

    Go Bucs

  8. Hodad Says:

Anything can happen, but I think it’s the Lions time.

  9. NE Fan Says:

The time has arrived, it’s now judgement day,
The Bucs in Detroit, it’s finally game day

He had happy feet, and at times he would fidget,
Now moving ahead is one six foot midget

The ground it was slippery, the down 4th & 1,
Instead of the field goal, Lafleur chose to run

No home playoff for Bucs, that’s truly a shame,
If the Bucs win today, San Frans their next game.

The Lions seem ready, Baker must hustle,
He is sort of doughy, he ain’t got much muscle

For those that thought Love, would pull it off,
He’s still not quite there, like Jared Goff

Let’s see what Todd Bowles, has up his sleeve,
If they play like the Saints game, you’ll all want to heave

So good luck to the Bucs, in their pants they’re a crappin
No underdog has one yet, anything can happen

So let’s hope that the players are restes and well fed,
And none have booked Momday tee times at Copperhead!!!

    Bucs!

  11. A Bucs Fan Says:

Pressuring Goff without blitzing would be ideal since Goff struggles when pressured but it great against the blitz. They need to knock his timing off and disrupt the middle of the field. IF they can do that they have a strong chance to win today!

  12. D-Rok Says:

I think the key to victory today is how our D-line plays.

    Go Bucs ! ! !

  13. Jwbuc94 Says:

Call me crazy it feels like it’s being set up for the bills and the lions to beat the number one seeds to play in the afc/nfc championship. To play eachother in the Super Bowl. Two teams who have never won a bowl game. Still pulling for my Bucs though.

  14. Weebs10 Says:

Why is anyone voting no? This should be an all heart vote which is an obvious yes. Some of our fans need to wake up and enjoy this!!!

  15. SteveK Says:

Win today, strong defense and a pissed off Baker.

  16. BucsBeast Says:

    @Weebs
I’ve been a die hard bucs fan since Dungy. I’ve lived through the lost decade.
My “all heart” has ZERO impact on the game from my recliner. This is football not politics. Us stuffing the boxes like Demonrats isn’t gonna “All Heart” a Bucs win.

  17. David Says:

I have never rooted for Green Bay like I did last night. Hoping for another playoff home game if the Bucs take care of business today.

    Let’s get it done!!

  18. Beeej Says:

There’s a schizo David on here lol

Very interesting comment regarding Bills/Lions. I thought the Bills won a SB. I knew the Lions never did. Regardless of today’s outcome, I’m proud of the entire Bucs posse. Mark my words, they will be monsters next year. Go Bucs!!

  20. Beeej Says:

    Google “wide right”

Bills were there 4 years in a row, only ONE of those were they really in it, and Scott Norwood shanked a chip shot field goal to lose

  21. optimisticbucsfan Says:

    YES! LFGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

  22. Joshua porter Says:

No 2nd pod this week on the game???

Lions are far superior to Bucs in the trenches,
are generally a better team overall, but with the changes implemented since the first game chance for a win is there

  24. Bucsfan951 Says:

I came late to the party but my vote would have been a “no”. The Bucs inconsistency is my major factor is voting this way. Just don’t know which Bucs team you are getting today. I hope I am wrong and will gladly admit it, for a Bucs win.

I just pray they don’t get blown out and embarrassed!

  25. Bojim Says:

Some of us are Bucs fans. Of course they’ll win.

  26. Bucsfan951 Says:

“ Why is anyone voting no? This should be an all heart vote which is an obvious yes. Some of our fans need to wake up and enjoy this!!!”

Sorry, bud, I am not a cheerleader. I want the Bucs to win. I really want the Bucs to win. But he asked for my opinion and I gave it. If the question was “who do you want to win?” Then obviously I am picking the Bucs.

  27. EricTheViking Says:

The narrative the NFL wants is the Lions go to San Francisco.

We’ll have to beat the refs as well in order to win.

Stop the run and make them throw the ball.

Man coverage and D Line push will be crucial.

The sooner you sow doubt in their minds the better.

We’re playing with house money now. Go all in!

    LFG!!!

  28. Buc You Says:

If the Bucs pull out a win today… then they will be ONE game away from the Super Bowl!

  29. Since76 Says:

49s look beatable. Just get up on them early. Just gotta get past the lions. Gotta wonder which Mayfield walks into the field.

  30. Paratrooper Buc Says:

I would have voted “not sure.” Bucs play well they have a chance to beat any team but it’s a coin toss chance so 50/50. My heart says they will win but my mind says we have to have a consistent good baker, no dropped passes, strong D, and the refs need to be fair. This referee crew doesn’t throw flags often and playoffs usually make it more likely they won’t until final quarter when outcome of the game can be impacted. Add the referee stuff with the lions like to grab make it more important to be physical and play well.

  31. Tom M Sumner Says:

We got this… The revenge tour 2024…Bake it…

  32. Joe in Michigan Says:

Davey Downer: You said THE SAME THING about Mayfield when the Bucs played the Eagles. How did that “prediction” work out for you?

  33. Gipper Says:

    David,

Everyone on this blog wants to know what booze/drugs you are using so we can avoid them.

  34. Weebs10 Says:

This fanbase is such a joke. FYI Lamar Jackson’s first career afc championship appearance is next week. Going this far is hard! Try to enjoy it!! Y’all are so cynical it’s sad.

  35. HC Grover Says:

Doubt it but hope so. Ninnies looked beatable minus Packer blunders.

  36. Gipper Says:

    David,

I apologize if I have the wrong “David.” Every other word “Bad David” uses is TRASH. That should be a telltale signal.

  37. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

I would have marked “Not Sure”…because I honestly don’t know. It depends on which team actually shows up.

  38. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

I will say that each win is driving up Baker’s price. We may not be able to afford him if they win.

  39. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

If we go to and win the Superbowl…no chance of having Baker next year. But worth it.

  40. Mike Johnson Says:

Tough game trying to march into the Lion’s Den and snatch one from them. Real Tough. I won’t be disappointed if we lose though. This team has already played beyond its means and talent. If we play as good or a little bit better than last week? Detroit is in trouble. GIVE’EM HELL BUCS!!!!

  41. Jack Clark Says:

I predict Dave Canales will go back to wasting first and second down running between the tackles and baker mayfield sorry as only scoring 14 points

  42. Buc1987 Says:

Yes Jack you’ve stated this already on another thread.

Bucs win 23-20 with last second FG.

  43. Beeej Says:

Half of Bucs losses were at home, so they seem to have no disadvantage on road games, like most teams

  44. Joe in Michigan Says:

Jack Clark: You’re another one who “predicted” the Bucs would have a terrible season because of “Baker Mayfield’s sorry as”. How did that work out for you?

  45. Jack Clark Says:

@Buc1987, I just wanted to double down on my statement

@Joe in Michigan, it worked out great, Baker Mayfield sorry as led us to the playoffs and beat last year’s NFC champions

  46. Joe in Michigan Says:

Jack Clark: Okay, thank you for admitting you’re a tool.

  47. Tye Says:

IF Bowels doesn’t screw it up for everyone – YES!

  48. David Says:

    Baker trash fans;
Stop dreaming about your boy. We will lose today with your trash boy unless he plays at higher level that he has been.

  49. Tony Says:

Would be nice but even if so I just doubt they’d get by SF. It’s probably gonna be SF & Baltimore & then Baltimore is gonna win & then it’s gonna be a big thing overall that both Harbaughs would’ve won it this year.

  50. Jeffs grandpa Says:

    Nice little poem woman
