Vita Vea Will Not Play

Second missed game.
Joe has a nice perch at the Falcons’ stadium and just choked on some press box potatoes. It was announced that Buccaneers’ manbeast Vita Vea will not play today.
He’s got a foot injury. Vea missed practice time this week and was questionable entering today.
He’s not the guy you want out against a team like the Falcons that runs like it’s 1992, with a trio of studly runners.
This is the second game Vea has missed this season (Week 8 at Buffalo) He missed three last year.

Vita is resting this week as they convert him to our lead running back for next weeks game.

I agree with Buc1987 — his performance has been very inconsistent and Patrick O Connor plays hard as hell.

Guess LVD and Winfield Jr will be leading the defense in tackles as the defense gives up 450 yards offense and 21 points a week after they gave up a 100 yard rusher to the stankin Panthers!

Vea was injured in the 49er’s game.
He didn’t play against the Colts and Taylor and Moss had a field day against us.
He played with the injury against Carolina, and was ineffective as well as his backup as Hubbard demolished our run defense.
Vea leads the team in sacks, and is second in TFL and QB hits.
His absence or playing through injuries and giving his backup more reps has proven to be bad for the Bucs.

Bucs need a breakout star showing from Calijah Kancey today. Kancey has been a bright spot in his rookie season this year. Lets Go Bucs!!

We need an end that can play the run! We have no threat in Hall and Kancey not a big run guy.
