Ali Marpet’s High School Tape A Gift From The Gods

January 14th, 2022

High school gamewrecker.

Now this is why social media was invented.

This beauty found its way to Joe’s Twitter timeline. It’s Ali Marpet’s high school tape. It is both jaw-dropping and hilarious at the same time.

Marpet played right tackle. He just threw people around. Totally ragdolling opponents. Dudes were airborne!

In some states, Marpet could have been locked up for this. LOL 🙂

On the very first play of the video, Marpet pancakes two different dudes on separate hits! Then later on a run play, Marpet was sent pulling and he absolutely trucks a linebacker.

You could almost tell that Marpet felt bad for the kids he was beating up. If he splashed a guy, he would help him up. On another play when a runner was fighting for yards and Marpet was a few feet from the pile, he quickly turned around to look for someone to hit. The guy he stared at never even dared to take a half-step toward the ball carrier. He knew better.

Marpet went to high school in Westchester County, N.Y., which is just north of New York City. How he didn’t get an offer from Penn State or Syracuse or Rutgers or a Patriot League or CAA team is one of the great recruiting blunders in recent college football history.

Enjoy! This is one of the more entertaining videos Joe has seen in a while. This is as good if not better than Vita Vea’s high school tape when he was a running back.

He was playing against kids supremely under-talented…..so it’s no wonder why he never got a serious look from a D1 school.

    He knew that

    Recruiters knew that

…….and that’s why you always her about the “badass from a small town” that never went anywhere in life…..

…..but in this case…..Ali Marpet did.

Sadly…too many kids from small town leagues never make it or get to shine cause of their circumstances……what ashame.

Maybe… Just maybe the Bucs have decent scouts.

Make Spytek an offer he can’t refuse to stay!

Actually the Bucs organization is classy and they want their people to advance and grow. I just hate the idea of losing a key element of the depth finder.

  8. Cannon Says:

He blocked a kid completely out of the video.

  9. Buczilla Says:

Too cool. Nothing wrong with a little O line porn now and then.

I remember coming across that back in April of 2011. Who knew he’d end up being the greatest D3FB player ever and a Super Bowl champion. It’s been an awesome ride.

Helping other kids learn to fly, one at a time. Wow!

  16. FIRETHECANNONS Says:

The one play when they pulled him to the left… I can just imagine that poor kids reaction seeing him barreling at him hahaha.

Can you imagine the opposing teams film study going into a contest with Marpets team? Opposing Coach: ‘O.K. Joe you are going up against that Marpet kid again. Try not to get embarrassed like you did last year. Joe : C’mon Coach can’t I switch to right defensive end this game? I don’t like spending the game on my back. Heck last year it took my Mom an entire week to get the grass stains off the back of my Jersey.

Marpet looking like Jensen, playing to the whistle. Love that. I can say it’s the first time I watched a football highlight reel and not once looked at the QB’s technique. I was glued to manbeasting Marpet the whole time.
