The Perfection Of Tom Brady

October 29th, 2021

Video breakdown.

It’s one thing to continue to play at a high level at 44-years of age, but one must have impeccable fundamentals to do so.

In the video below, BSPN analyst and former NFL QB Dan Orlovsky gushes at how fundamentally sound Tom Brady still is to pull off a big play with Mike Evans against the Bears last week.

Orlovsky goes into great detail how Brady’s fundamentals bought Evans not just an extra step but froze a Bears’ safety, which kept Evans in single coverage allowing Evans to convert a 43-yard pass-and-catch.

This, Orlovsky shows, is why Brady and the Bucs are playing at such a high level.

“That’s such a big stinking deal,” Orlovsky said about Brady’s discipline. “This is so special.”

You can watch and listen to Orlovsky breaking down the special play in the Twitter video below.

Good stuff from Orlovsky. Better stuff from Brady and Evans.

  6. Listnfrmafar Says:

Robert, seriously? Brady dropped it right in his hands, Evan’s almost dropped it that is the only reason he didn’t score. How will Bucs secondary key on Jamais? His eyes are crossed.

  7. An Erection for Sacks Says:

@Medicated Pete: If Jesus Christ is having any influence on your life, you are going to need stronger medication to fix your delusion. Actually, you just need to think for yourself… yeah, start with that.

  8. Señor Harry in Costa Rica Says:

so awesome. So Special. Great pass, great catch. Love the dumb comments of dropped it right in his hands. Yea, like anyone can do that with a CB all over you.

  9. Cannon Says:

@Listnfrmafar – I think he was being sarcastic. That ball almost caught itself.

  10. Kobe Faker Says:

“The key to TB12 in his career is the short quick game to setup the deep passing routes

Without AB, Fournette MUST come thru with the 5 yard run or screen play

Whomever the team that is in constant 3rd and long will lose the game

Whomever team is creative and successful on 1st and 2nd down will win the game

    more insightful commentary to come”

  12. 1sparkybuc Says:

This game will be won by the team that scores the most points. I’m almost positive about that. VV up the middle at the goal line please.

Robert and Medicated Pete (aka Realisto): You do know that Mike Evans had 3 TD catches in this game, right?

  14. ModHairKen Says:

Enjoy this moment. The Bucs have never had a player this special, and will never again have one.

Also, enjoy Medicated Pete. The Bucs have never had a fan this “special.” Mike Evans must have run over his mailbox or something.

  15. alvinscissorsharper Says:

How often do we see Jay Miss hold a safety with his eyes? Maybe the crotch of an Uber driver, but never the safety.

  16. Ne+ bucs fan Says:

  17. Mike Says:

Don’t anyone forget the way the offensive line is playing!! We’re also going to need that against the Saints!!
