Michael Irvin: Tom Brady Will Light Up The Bears

October 24th, 2021

Tom Brady chatter.

It’s coming, says “The Playmaker,” Michael Irvin. It’s coming like a hurricane in the horizon. So the Bears defense better hunker down.

In short, Irvin said, a peeved Bucs quarterback Tom Brady is coming after the Bears.

Irvin said forget about rookie Bears quarterback Justin Fields. He’s not the focal point of this match. Irvin said it is very simple to him: Brady is going to roast the Bears.

Maybe one of Brady’s most embarrassing moments came last year against the Bears. To this day, folks are showing the photo of Brady holding up four fingers, thinking he still had another down to work with at the very end of that Thursday night game.

Irvin said Brady was embarrassed by the loss, so He’s been stewing on this for a year now. And you never, ever want to embarrass Brady.

You can see Irvin’s full take in the NFL Network video below.

    Light em up Tawmy!

  2. Dew Says:

Suppose to rain during the game & Brady hates wet balls. He played terrible in Pats game in the rain. Go Bucs.

  3. Lets Roll Says:

The only way TB12 can reverse the embarrassing pic of him holding up four fingers is to hold up four Rings in Tampa.

Turn this into a Pete and Re-Pete joke Tommy Boy!

  4. Izod Says:

Coming from a man who has basically been wrong on every prediction he’s ever made, this is not exactly a good thing.

  5. Dew Says:

Rain most likely during 2nd half so I expect Bruce will take the ball if we win the toss.

  6. Marine Buc Says:

Has everyone already forgotten that we lost to these guys last year? And Chicago had Turbisky at QB…

I think we will win but it will probably be a closer game than people think.

  7. Nicholas Ray II Says:

Marine Buc they lost to big dick Nick foles

  8. Swampbuc Says:

    Thank you Marine

  9. Defense Rules Says:

Leonard Fournette is running strong right now; it’s supposed to start raining sometime between 3 PM & 7 PM; the field was probably chewed up by last night’s USF game; the Bears’ run defense isn’t nearly as good as their pass defense; and BA has recently (last 3 games) fallen in love with controlling the clock by using the run a lot more than he had been to help the defense.

Yup Dew, I think we’ll be running the ball against the Bears a whole lot more this year than we did last year. Wouldn’t be at all surprised to see it come out to a 50% run-pass ratio. And still think the score will be more along the lines of 31-17 than a true ‘roast’ of the Bears like Michael Irvin predicts.

  10. Dew Says:

Stupid of me to look at the weather forecast. The chance of rain has already dropped bigly. I prefer no rain. Like Woodstock.

  11. Chris@Apple Roof Cleaning Tampa Says:

I can see Tom Brady lighting the Bears up today. Not that Brady needs any motivation, but that is Justin Fields, an Ohio State QB playing for the Bears. Brady is a Michigan guy! Michigan and Ohio State do not play well together, to say the least!

  12. DoooshLaRue Says:

    Nobody like wet balls.

    Anyone else notice that
Mahommes and the Chiefs haven’t been the same since we whipped their ass have they?

  13. Swampbuc Says:

The only team really getting blown out right now is the KC Chiefs, 27-0.

Nobody would predict that – point is, in the NFL, there’s no such thing as a three score automatic competitive advantage. It’s tiresome to read all these predictions / expectations about how Brady will do this or the Bears suck.

Get a win. Period. One point wins count the same as 40 point wins.

    Enough.

  14. JimmyJack Says:

Brady holds grudges. Not a very appealing quality off the football field but on the field its a Championship mentality…….Brady is already ticked off at the Rams and has the whole team wanting revenge. Ya gotta hope for a January rematch.

  15. JimmyJack Says:

But the ultimate grudge match is next week in New Orleans. You just know Shawn Payton has lost sleep since we ended their last real shot at a title run………..Maybe Brady at the Bucs feel like they got their revenge in the divisional round last year but Im betting they see it as Sants 2-Bucs 1…..With two beatdowns for the Saints. Im doubting Brady is cool with Shawn Payton having 1 up.

I understand the Bears have a very physical defense but if you ask me next weeks game will be much more physical.

  16. Listnfrmafar Says:

31 other teams practice for inclement weather, BA doesn’t like to get wet, his wife must of told him he smells like a wet dog.
