Ask Xavien Howard How Good Antonio Brown Is

October 10th, 2021

Antonio Brown torched All-Pro Dolphins CB Xavien Howard (25) today.

Xavien Howard, cornerback for the sad Dolphins, is one of the best young corners in the NFL.

(Damn, Joe wishes there was some way the Bucs could afford his salary).

Last year Howard not only made a Pro Bowl, he was named first-team All-Pro. In other words, Howard is a total stud.

But today, he got terribly schooled by Bucs receiver Antonio Brown, who had his best game of the year with seven catches, two touchdowns and 124 yards receiving.

Yes, Howard was put on Brown. It didn’t matter. Howard got roasted by the old pro, Brown.

Yes, that’s how good Brown is. Damn good.

    Abused…

Why is it that the only players playing consistently well (Brady, Gronk and Brown) are all players that weren’t on the team two years ago? Evans, Brate and Godwin have had their ups and downs.

Good to see a human butt-humping a dolphin for once instead of the other way around

The descriptive term that comes to mind is not abused, but violated. Ouch. GO BUCS!

@snail, Evans has been up for 4 straight weeks.

Evans burned him quite a few times too!!

Team game boys, Evan’s could of been the stud had he not.dropped the bomb. With Brady as the QB it could be McElroy Thursday. FYI, EGles are no joke.

  8. Coburn Says:

I still maintain Evans is better in a horizontal Koetter type offense than what Arians runs. He is quick enough for a bit dude he can make it work, but he’s better with the intermediate stuff… Outs to sideline, comebacks, over the middle, etc.

  9. Player 1 Says:

Biggest difference for Evan’s is he now has a QB that dislikes throwing jump balls. Which is how he scored many of his red zone catches in the past

  10. David Says:

Player 1 …. ME13 had his season high TDs last year with Brady and many of them were jump balls

    Lol Ben 👍

Tyler Johnson made Howard irrelevant on that play. Great downfield disruption.
