Viral fear at One Buc Palace
Much has been made of the Bucs having so few cases COVID-19 this season.
Yes, they deserve the love, but Joe can’t go too crazy with that — because Joe wouldn’t be tossing blame if the Bucs had an outbreak.
There’s too much luck involved to throw rocks or to praise those who don’t get sick.
But tonight, one Buccaneer revealed there was extra motivation in the Bucs locker room to avoid The Sickness. Like everything else, it revolved around Tom Brady.
Bucs backup QB Ryan Griffin joined SiriusXM NFL Radio and explained.
“This year was filled with anxiety; I just didn’t want to be the person to give Tom COVID, you know,” Griffin said. “I think everybody else felt that, and I think that’s why our team did such a good job. We really didn’t have that may COVID cases because nobody wanted to be that guy.”
So there you have it. During the spring, Bucs officials told everyone who would listen that Brady would raise the game of every Buccaneer, including all coaches and staff. They said it so often and so earnestly, that Joe thought it was over the top.
And it all came true. Hell, Brady’s mere presence helped the Bucs sack a pandemic.
Next up, hopefully, Brady will take on getting the Rays a new stadium and saving the sea turtles on Clearwater Beach.

Totally off topic but maybe worth a mention in its own post-
There are only 9 teams in the NFL that have more Super Bowl victories than the Buccaneers now.
That’s astonishing to me.

I finally saw what brady was wearing at boat parade
At first i questioned if it was even buc shirt
It was orange so possible old school colors
Its a combo buc short with his brand. It says :

Maybe just me – so much FUN to watch BA and JL – let loose! Adult beverages were consumed in full throttle, and I loved that these guys let it go and felt liberated from spewing typical coach/gm speak to us fans!

Bird all you talk about is Brady lol 😆😂. Who cares what he was wearing !!! This was more of a defense lead team in the playoffs . You don’t give no other player credit for the reason why we won . The running game was good this year and a lot of yall on here said you don’t need a running game to win remember ?? Lol lol 😆😅🤣 . Now a running game means every thing since Brady is on the team Lol 😆🤣😂 but the last 4 years a quarterback shouldn’t need a a running game to be successful in the NFL . Now I hope yall understand that a running game is important for the next young quarterback the bucs draft and try to develop . Maybe this will be the first young quarterback that they develop in the franchise history 🤔 .. Go Bucs !!
