Bruce Arians On “Jimmy Kimmel Live”

The perks of winning the Super Bowl include late-night comedy talk shows like Jimmy Kimmel Live wanting you.
(Big week for Kimmel. First Arians and on Thursday, Wolf Van Halen performs.)
So the greatest coach in Bucs history, Bucco Bruce Arians, took the plunge, literally and figuratively. Arians confessed he was still in celebration mode and lifted a half-full cocktail tumbler to prove it.
Arians talked about all sorts of stuff including the team’s post-Super Bowl party at the Florida Aquarium (Kimmel asked if foot-rubbing, car-littering Bucs tight end Rob Gronkowski scared any manatees) and how he helped get park-violating, home-invading, NFLPA-ignoring, down-forgetting, handshake-stiffing, jet-ski-losing, biscuit-baking Bucs’ Super Bowl-winning quarterback Tom Brady to Tampa Bay.
Arians said Brady sold himself on Arians as much as Arians sold Brady on Tampa Bay.
The head coach’s once controversial idea to have Brady learn the offense rather than Arians teach 21 other players New England’s offense was met with Brady’s stamp of approval first.
It’s a fun interview. Not often do you see guests on late-night talk shows enjoying a cocktail while being interviewed.

I actually have the Jimmy Kimmel cut out from the game. “He” was in section 149 behind our seats. Brought him all the way back to Virginia. He’s buckled into the passenger seat of my Jeep right now. Two different people in the Norfolk airport asked to take pictures of my “flat Jimmy Kimmel.” Even the cut-out is famous!

Loved the interview and freaking love Bruce Arians. Make no mistake – he is a big big reason that the players like coming to work. Vets love him. Between the culture HE created, the winning – it’s a reason why Mike Evans is more than eager to give up a little of his own money to keep these great group of guys together

Agreed, great interview. I think BA brings a great perspective to the HC position. Take care of the big picture, let your coaches coach and develop chemistry with your players.

I’ll be like, super.’ I told him that if he ever needed a day off, he should just let me know. Because he never had days off before.”

Best interview Kimmel ever did. Years ago, Jimmy Kimmel gave out football winners about 20 years ago on the Fox NFL pregame show and hit close to 65% ATS. His wingman Cousin Sal also is on the Fox Sports Bet show daily on FS1. You gotta love ❤️ Bruce Arians. Love that S.O.B. 😀❗️At 67 yrs. Oldest Coach ever to win a Super Bowl, Doing Kimmel, and at the end of the interview, lifts up a glass with Johnny Walker Red on the Rocks. That’s what I’m talking about😀❗️Let the good times ROLL 🎉❗️

Thanks. I’m glad another commenter noted that Kimmel the hypocrite called Tampa a toilet last Friday night. He is a funny guy but gutless for his remark and then bringing on the Coach.
