Mic’d up.
Now this is a cool way to start your day.
By way of independent NFL writer Don Kleiman, NFL Films had Bucs coach Bucco Bruce Arians mic’d up against the Vikings.
The part Joe likes came in the second half when Arians told the defense, the second half is theirs. In postgame remarks, Arians said of the Bucs’ pass rush in the fourth quarter that it was “hunting time.”
Arians also seems to have a little Chucky in him. Remember in the Super Bowl when the Bucs got their first points, a field goal, and Chucky sort of matter-of-factly said, “Boom?” Of course, as the game went on, Chucky got more fired up and excited each time he yelled “Boom.”
It seems Arians does the same, but his “Boom” doesn’t rise in excitement like Chucky’s.

Notice the td to gronk. Almost the same play they tried to Fournette the previous week. Looks like they saw Gronk come open late on film. So not always the play calling. They are still working and still making adjustments. We will see how it goes but I like that they aren’t necessarily being complacent with the play calling . Adjust, adapt and keep working towards the playoffs.

Joe- what’s interesting is that after Brady threw that bomb to Scotty Miller Arians tells Brady “you’re getting great protection, hang in there.” Maybe I’m looking too deep into this but I wonder if Arians thinks Brady gets a little antsy in the pocket sometimes so he needs to reinforce to Brady to hang in there.

Would have preferred to hear him mic’d up against the Saints, or chiefs. That would have been gold unless he was silent and in shock like the rest of his team
