Tom Brady Moving

October 8th, 2020

New home.

Is park-violating, home-invading, NFLPA-avoiding Bucs quarterback Tom Brady getting evicted?

It sort of smells like it.

Brady is currently renting Miami Marlins’ shot-caller Derek Jeter’s waterfront pad on Davis Islands. Jeter recently put the place up for sale, which means, in theory, Brady is getting thrown out.

So per TMZ.com, Brady is expected to downsize and move his family to Clearwater. Brady is about to drop some $7 million on a waterfront palace.

We’re told Brady is in the final stages of a deal and it’s expected to close later this week. He’ll become the proud new owner of a 5-bedroom modern crib in a gated community in Clearwater, Florida that was custom built in 2015.

TMZ has a gallery of Brady’s soon-to-be crib and it is friggin’ sweet. The balcony sitting room that seems to hang out over the Gulf is beautiful. Lot of marble and leather in the photos.

The place even has an elevator for Brady to use when his old bones are hurting from running for first downs.

Good. Hope he is in Tampa for the long haul. Maybe coaching or GM someday.

  2. Paul Says:

Here is a PERFECT opportunity as the GOAT settles down in Tampa Bay and is buying a house here and you do what JOE?

USE YOUR CHILDISH BUSH LEAGUE CLASSLESS MONIKER to Intro the GOAT??

WHY?? Again I ask? Is it Funny? Satire?

    It’s Bush League.

Give the Man his Props!! Makes you look Trashy and Spiteful.

  3. ATLBucsFan Says:

@Paul – Been reading Joe since the beginning. It’s just his style. Don’t like it? Read past it! You should see his Peter King intro!!!!

  4. Shecky Says:

Man, they’ve still got a home in Brookline on the market for $33M. And spent about another $30M or thereabouts on a condo in Manhattan a couple years ago. i know he’s also got a ranch in Montana plus (I think) something on the West Coast. Sheesh…

  5. DBS Says:

It’s to piss you off and make you whine Paul everytime he does it.

  6. Day 1-76 Says:

That house is on the intracoastal on Island Estates.

  7. AwShbucs Says:

He probably decided that he loves the area and wanted to get a permanent spot.

Also he probably got tired of idiots beating by his house and peering into his back yard paparazzi style.

  8. Paul Says:

    HEY

Do you think it’s Funny? Do you think it’s Disrespectful to treat the highest profile athlete to ever choose Tampa Bay as his home during his playing days this way?

You must not know what showing Respect or Class looks like.

  9. Joe Says:

    Shecky:

Gisele has a treasure trove of cash. She’s worth far more than Brady.

  10. Guinness8 Says:

That person who owns that empty lot next door just made some cash money.

I bet this is just a temporary home while they build their own Jeter mansion.

  11. AwShbucs Says:

    Boating* not beating..

  12. DBS Says:

Hey Paul. Get off his jock. You are as bad as Ndog Is with Winston. If Brady has a major problem he would say something. Where were you when he was calling Winston Americas QB? Are you a Bucs fan or a Brady fan?

  13. Leighroy Says:

I’m all for cool modern stuff, but that house is hideous. Looks like a party house Gronk would rent for a bud light promotion.

  14. ben Says:

I bet Brady won’t talk to Joe so Joe calls him names ..Makes Tampa and buc fans look classless if read nationally

  15. Paul Says:

I am a Bucs fan-have been for over 30 years. This TB is the best thing to happen to the Bucs since I have been here. That is why it is so Bizarre. Yes I am well aware of the Moniker JOE always and still does give to JW. Not sure why that either.

Brady say-something? To who JOE? LOL

  16. Snook Says:

“That house is on the intracoastal on Island Estates.”

No its not. Its on the Gulf side of Harbor Island.

  17. DBS Says:

Paul. You didn’t come out then jumping up and down every thread so don’t start crap now. And yes Brady has a mouth. And by the way My wife and I have Brady Jerseys. I don’t care what he writes. If it is true and the player did it then so be it. His site. His rules. Don’t like it go start your own.

  18. All lives matter Says:

This does make me believe this Joe doesn’t care too much for Brady j/s

  19. Tbbucs3 Says:

I knew Brady would hate the Jeter house. Great house but the location stinks.

  20. BridleOaks Buc Says:

    Paul….Chill dude

  21. King C Says:

    As far as nicknames go,
Joe is known for calling JW “America’s Quarterback”
JW is now a third-stringer and may never be relied upon as a starter in this league.
    What does that tell you

  22. JGhotier Says:

Saw the pictures of the new crib and it’s FN sweet as you stated. I like it better than the Jeter house from pictures I’ve seen. No joke. Welcome to Tampa officially Brady!

  23. SufferingSince76 Says:

You guys pissing and moaning about the Brady moniker are getting ridiculous and tiresome. Especially you, Paul. Joe calls you by name in his articles, so what do you think that means? Do you think Brady reads this site and gets pissed about his freaking nickname? Only you Overly sensitive types think it’s so disgraceful. Sticks and stones. You must have spent an inordinate amount of time in the ER when you were in grade school with all the mean words flying around.

  24. SufferingSince76 Says:

And none of the JBF articles have shown any disrespect for TB.

  25. mark2001 Says:

Is it the Gulf Joe? The picture I saw looks more like the inter-coastal. But who wouldn’t want to be in Clearwater… Beach, Down 19 or 275 for the Rays, across 60 to Ray Jay. Why wouldn’t he want to be there?

  26. Rod Munch Says:

Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the inside is pretty amazing, very stylish. What I don’t get is that it looks like it’s on the Clearwater side, not the Clearwater Beach side – for $7.5m you’d think you’d get a true ocean view and not a channel view.

  27. bojim Says:

Whats your problem paul? Thats all you talk about. It ain’t changin so STFU. Are you a little kid?

  28. mark2001 Says:

Yeah Rod… I’ve seen what I think is that area many a time, though I don’t live there. It looks more like the Clearwater side, on the Intercoastal, rather than the Clearwater Beach Gulf view side. Actually, I’d rather be on the Intercoastal. Still Beautiful view, with Alstott’s Island Way Grill close. Better traffic wise, fewer tourists, easy access to the Gulf, and a little more protected from Hurricanes.

  29. mark2001 Says:

And you usually wouldn’t have a dock on the Gulf.

  30. mark2001 Says:

BTW…that isn’t a bad price for what he is getting. Anything worth a darn in the Clearwater area is at least 300 grand. Island Way, Most Intercoastal and Such… starting at a Million. I think he will be happy there. Very nice.

  31. mark2001 Says:

Can you imagine trying to drive or be driven from Clwtr. Beach to Ray Jay five days a week…and back home at the end of the day? Ouch. Clearwater definitely better.

  32. Cobraboy Says:

@Snook: The street is Harbor Island, but the house is in Clearwater Beach.

The property taxes alone are $58,000 a year.

The lot next door is listed at $1.75 million.

    What a great life!

  33. mark2001 Says:

Cobra…that is in Island Estates, isn’t it?

  34. mark2001 Says:

And yes…that would be the intercoastal if it is on Harbor Is. and I believe it is actually designated as Clearwater, not Clearwater Beach. I have some friends that live in Island Estates. Very nice. Though I thought most of those houses are worth less than 4 million on Harbor Is.

  35. mark2001 Says:

It is the most expensive house on the block. In Diamond Isle…Maybe Alstott will invite him to Island Way Grill…. Tom…the Coffee is great, as is everything else they serve. And the Colombia would be only a deep pass away for you, over your left shoulder if you face the mainland… LOL.

  36. mark2001 Says:

Actually facing the Dunedin Causeway, but whatever.

  37. Buc1987 Says:

    Paul Says:

“I am a Bucs fan-have been for over 30 years. This TB is the best thing to happen to the Bucs since I have been here.”

So winning the SB during that time was meaningless to you?

  38. Cobraboy Says:

    @Mark2001: Yep…

  39. Jmarkbuc Says:

    Paul is weird….

And considering Ndog and Anthem, that’s saying something.

  40. PTWalk Says:

That house is intercoastal, I did a lot of the work on it.

  41. Señor Harry in Costa Rica Says:

TB also has a place in Costa Rica, near me, but NOT the same neighborhood, lol

  42. Cobraboy Says:

@Paul: to correct your statement, I would say “Brady is the best thing to happen to the Bucs since the Super Bowl season.”

  43. mark2001 Says:

Senor Harry…why not? Real Estate in prime locations is always a good thing to do with alot of money. I’ve handled nine digit money on paper, but have never seen anything but a very tiny percentage of that with my name of ownership on it.

  44. mark2001 Says:

And Harry…I mean U.S. Dollars, not Colones. LOL.

  45. Coburn Says:

Marble yes.. leather not a fan. Although I suppose when you’ve got money can keep that temperature just right. In many places often too hot, too cold.. if you have kids spills. Just never liked the stuff

  46. Coburn Says:

Some people just have more money than they know what to do with or can ever actually spend. Good for them though lol

  47. mark2001 Says:

Yeah Coburn …. as long as they earn it with honesty and integrity, and create a product that gives people healthful pleasure or makes their lives better, more power to them.

  48. DaBux Says:

He needs to have a lot of dock space for Jet Skis so the GOAT, Gronk, and Bolts can all party together.

  49. mark2001 Says:

    Jet Ski’s? Jet boat….
