Your Ultimate Bucs Season Preview

September 13th, 2020

Season preview.

A couple of guys sort of fly under the radar in NFL media circles that Joe thinks the world of.

One is columnist/humorist Mike Tanier. Joe linked to his Bucs preview earlier this morning.

Another guy is Emory Hunt. Known as “The Czar of the Playbook,” Hunt is a former running back at the University of Louisiana and after coaching high school football for a while, he decided to build his own media empire.

How did he do it?

He busted his tail and built his own business mostly with YouTube videos, preseason almanacs and being a draft guru of sorts. Joe sees him all over, even though Hung is based out of the greater New York/New Jersey area (he is often posting social media updates from Giants and Jets games).

Not only is Hunt knowledgeable, he is smooth. Joe only wishes he worked for the NFL Network. Super nice guy, super smart, full of knowledge and a crazy work ethic.

Currently, Hunt works on his own site, does videos, makes appearances on CBSSports.com and has a column in The Athletic.

You can see his comprehensive look at the Bucs below.

Once again – Mr. Hunt’s hard work and smarts stand out. Well done sir!

A little old video, cause Gay is still shown as the kicker. Great, insightful video. Good job Hunt!

    Viva la difference.

Once again, I am not a fan of Mr. Hunts work.

I just do not see it with Hunt. Disagree with others. Prefer lots of others on the Athletics. Plus you go back to many of Hunt’s past predictions about certain players they are way more off than someone like Dane Brugler from the Athletic on player assessment.

Brugler liked Bunting and Dean more than others.

    Compare
Hunt liked as his number one running back last year, Darrell Henderson. Said Rams would win to to the Super bowl because Henderson would be that good.

You must like him if you call him Mr Hung
