Brady Will Find A Way

September 12th, 2020

Has faith in Tom Brady.

Never fear, Bucs fans! Tom Brady is here!

That’s the theme of Adam Schein’s take concerning the Bucs-Saints game tomorrow. With star wide receiver Mike Evans iffy because of his hammy, Schein believes Bucs fans should not fear.

Why? Because Tom Brady will not lose his first game in a new Bucs jersey.

Schein, a popular national sports radio and television personality, took to his CBS Sports Network forum on “Time to Schein” last night and confidently said there are just too many weapons on the Bucs’ offense, even without Evans, for which Brady will exploit the slimy Saints’ defense.

You can see Schein’s full explanation below in this CBS Sports Network video.

    52-17 Bucs over Saints.

    19-0

  2. Darin Says:

Nice one Erik. I was thinking 51-13

  3. TheBucsAnthem Says:

    lol ^^^^^^^^^^^

Erik…………………it’ll be a close game for sure

The defenses will really determine the game winner……..not brady or brees

  4. Casual Observer Says:

Eric – Probably pretty close to that!

  5. james west Says:

26 hours 33 minutes to go, and we’ll find out, man this wait is getting to me damni’tt

  6. Buc1987 Says:

    24-17 Bucs!

  7. WhoCares Says:

33-33 tie. The overlords shall prevail.

  8. bojim Says:

TB12 will force his will on them!

  9. Jmarkbuc Says:

    What the heck….

Let’s bust out the pewter uni’s for the National TV audience tomorrow 😎

  10. tbbucs3 Says:

I cant stand listening to national media talk about the Bucs.

Brady will not be the main reason the Bucs win or lose tomorrow……

It will be whether the defense can finally show up to stop Drew Brees for once.

The Bucs can not let Brees go up and down the field like he usually does against us.

2 things Im going to keep a close eye on tomorrow
    – Antonie Winfield and the safeties
    – Pass rush.

  11. TheBucsAnthem Says:

There’s 100% nothing with what the national media is saying how and why the bucs will lose tomorrow because it makes perfect.

But the game will be close no doubt about that…..the saints do have the advantage in chemistry wise and their secondary ………

BUT……………the Bucs will think show the whole sports nation that they are a legit Superbowl contender tomorrow……CAN’T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  12. Stanglassman Says:

I guess Mike Evans was upgraded to questionable (not doubtful) since he made this video on Friday.

  13. TheBradyBunch Says:

Tbbucs you are wrong. Brady has a ton of weapons to throw to and probably some short yardage passes to the RBs. It is most definitely about Brady. Even if the D has trouble stopping the Saints who can guarantee that their D will be able to stop this potent Bucs offense.

  14. Craig Says:

Brady and Brees are going to have a shoot out through three quarters. Then Fournette will eat up the clock in the fourth and the Bucs win by 10.

    34-24

  15. Tampabaybucfan Says:

Don’t be surprised if Brady dinks & dunks & checkdowns to Rojo, Fournette, Shady, OJ, Gronk….with a couple of long ones to SCOTTY!!!

  16. PSL Bob Says:

Not enough beer to get me through the game!

  17. Tackleblockwin Says:

All I know is I’m so pumped up about tomorrow lol. I can’t even imagine how fired up our players are.

  18. BacktaBucs! Says:

It has been years since I was really excited for the start of the Buc’s season. I am STOKED! How can you not be (unless your name is Ndog and your BFF is now on another team)?

    Go Bucs!!!!!!!

  19. Ed Says:

I agree with( tbbucs3 Says), statement very good view of the game, base on the history of these two team, i may add tackling will be critical for both teams. As for Brady, remember do not read the press clipping.

  20. Tbbucs3 Says:

    TheBradyBunch

If you don’t think defense will be the deciding factor for not only tomorrow’s game but for how the entire Bucs season will go, I encourage you to watch the tape from the last 6 years of horrific pass defense.

  21. Joe in Michigan Says:

Tampa Bay 33, New Orleans 30…IMHO.

  22. Jmarkbuc Says:

What a great matchup. Two great quarterbacks. They’ve got a running game. We may have a running game. Lots of great wide receivers on both sides. Should be a heckuva game, it’s fun to be excited about football.

  23. Joe Says:

Not enough beer to get me through the game!

    Big Storm won’t run out.

  24. JimmyJack Says:

Yeah enough of the BS. I’m tired taking a backseat to the Saints. And they are the Aints cause they ain’t done noting but choke with all their division titles in the last decade.

Beat the freaking Saints. Make a darn statement and show us you guys can live up to this hype.

I’m freaking done with these low expectations. I expect a win tomorrow. Anything less means the Bucs arent as good as advertised.

There is excitement in the fanbase but it isnt getting that high until we win a few big games. Tomorrow is our first big one.

  25. JimmyJack Says:

Tbbucs3……Dont hope for too much from our passrush. The Saints got one of the best lines in football. A big sack or 2 would be nice but it’s a tough matchup so I’m not expecting any passrusher to go crazy and take over. Saints are built to stop the passrush and exploit the 2rd-3rd levels.

I’m watching to see if D.White can make an impact. To me that’s the key.

Our secondary has a tall order tomorrow. I expect to see them give up some yardage. If they can stand up in the redzone that could be huge…..And if we can get just one guy to make one big pick or maybe force s fumble that might be all we need from them to win.

BTW the Saints secondary gets exposed every year. My prediction is our secondary has the better day overall then the Saints secondary.

  26. JimbobBucsFan Says:

The fact that we still have a chance to win this one even without Mike Evans speaks volumes to me.

Defense will have to show up big time for this one. Looking for something like 31-24, Buccaneers! Don’t expect a shootout

I’m glad the game is not here for our opener with all of the rain we have had the filed would not be good. Could even have had potential lightning interruptions tomorrow.

    Go Bucs!

  27. Iamabuc Says:

    31-17……Bucs Win!!!

  28. lambchop Says:

The Busc D has to be ready to go right away because I think our offense will take a quarter to get settled in. There are a lot of new pieces and especially without preseason games, it might be sloppy. But, I expect the Bucs D to keep the team in it, and hopefully the Brady bunch start getting in a groove. One thing is for sure, expect to see Tom go to Gronk a LOT early on for that familiarity and when a play breaks down.

The Bucs D has to get some stops and some turnovers, and Tom will work through the hiccups.

  29. lambchop Says:

    My projection,

    Bucs 27
    Taints 24

  30. lambchop Says:

Also, if Mike Evans is not 100%, you sit him, can’t take the risk of getting him injured and out for a long stretch of the season or worse.

Let him suit up, but keep him on the sidelines.

  31. lambchop Says:

But, I can’t see Mike stomaching the team playing with him being a spectator. He’s going to have that adrenaline to play with Tom. 🤞

  32. Steven Says:

Looking forward to seeing if our defense can build on the last six games of last year. Don’t forget they were in the top 10 for the final six games. Really excited to see Devin white this year dude could blow up and be a beast.

  33. Swampbuc Says:

    Is anyone else already hammered?

  34. Ndog Says:

Blah blah blah, can’t you people see no one cares about the Bucs this is 100% about Brady. Frankly it makes me sick.

  35. Ndog Says:

    ZERO EXCITEMENT, NONE!

  36. Ndog Says:

Decisions like this one is exactly why this franchise is a joke. Filling holes with old players and never actually building anything.

  37. Ndog Says:

Real franchises build, Miami Marlins franchises fill holes with old players for one gamble year every now and then.

    Disgusting!

  38. SOEbuc Says:

Begging for Brady and the Bucs to spread it on tomorrow and say “F#CK YOU!!!” to every one of these bandwagonders in the media that are taking the Saints and have already picked them to win the NFC South.

  39. Joe in Michigan Says:

Hahahahahaha, Ndog never saw the 49ers dominating in the 80’s, signing veteran players every year. Same with the Patriots recently. You might want to actually learn about football.

  40. Ndog Says:

My goodness some of you are so lost. EVERY TEAM has free agent signings BUT the core (Montana, Craig, Rice, etc..) (Brady, Gronk, Law, Brusci, etc..) of the long-standing great teams where home grown. It is unbelievable how some are so football ignorant.

It is also funny that some think that know any football at all compared to myself.

    Laughable really.

  41. August 1976 Buc Says:

See Bucs throw, see Bucs catch, see Bucs run, see Bucs score, See Bucs WIN. The Jambalaya Juggernaut will roll through Nawlins and then on to the “demolition on Dale Mabry” of the the Teddy Panthers. GO BUCS!!!

  42. BacktaBucs! Says:

“I am STOKED! How can you not be (unless your name is Ndog and your BFF is now on another team)? ”

Totally called it! NDog is sour, sour sour. If the Saints don’t win, he’ll be even more angry. If Brady ever throws an interception (noteven 30) it will be Christmas in NDog-ville.

I bet he still stares in the mirror repeating “Mrs. Jameis Winston” over and over.

    Get over your man crush.

    Go Bucs!

  43. Roy T. Buford Says:

Hey NDog, guess who’s not good enough to even dress for the Saints tomorrow? I’ll give you a hint. His first name is Jameis.

  44. Roy T. Buford Says:

@Lambchop…no need to get hammered…we have a real QB now!
    Go Bucs!

  45. Cobraboy Says:

    Turnovers decide this game.

  46. Jmarkbuc Says:

    Ndog

    #warmupsuit

    #clipboard

  47. Joe in Michigan Says:

Ndog: Since you are a football expert, is your FAVORITE player going to actually play on Sunday?

  48. Joe in Michigan Says:

So, for instance, Ken Norton Jr was a nobody to the 49ers team because he signed as a free agent? Was Simeon Rice a nobody to the Bucs because he signed as a free agent?

  49. Joe in Michigan Says:

    “Home-grown” Bucs starters:
Offense: Ronald Jones, Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, OJ Howard, Donovan Smith, Ali Marpet, Alex Cappa, Tristan Wirfs (8 out of 11)

Defense: Will Gholston, Vita Vea, Lavonte David, Devon White, Carlton Davis, Sean Murphy-Bunting, Jordan Whitehead, Antoine Winfield Jr. (8 out of 11)

72.7% of Bucs starters are “home-grown” players, drafted by the Bucs. Yet we got the football expert crying about the 27.3% who were free agents from other teams. Okay.

  50. D1 Says:

Joe in Michigan def K9 with the K.O. in the first post via a choke hold on the facts.

    Congrats Joe ….

  51. Joe in Michigan Says:

D1: Ready for the game tomorrow!! LFG!!

  52. Ndog Says:

Who’s the QB AND the pass rushers you know the most important parts of any modern football team?

You can’t win with me I just know more than you, give up, you can’t win.

  53. Youngbucs Says:

Ndog 😭😭😭😭😂😂😂😂nobody cares off-season over we done talking to you

  54. Joe in Michigan Says:

    Hahahahaha, okay.

  55. Joe in Michigan Says:

D1 was the ref, he saw it different. Hahahaha
It’s season time, I’m done with you, Ndog. You’re welcome for letting me schooling you on football, you’re on your own now.

  56. Ndog Says:

You do know as you say your done talking to me your talking to me.

JIM, I see you avoided my question cause I’m right yet again and you got nothing like usual.

  57. Youngbucs Says:

Joe in Michigan why you destroyed his facts like that 😂😂😂😂GO BUCS!!!!!!!

  58. Ndog Says:

Schooling me in football? How by me being proving you wrong time and time again?

  59. Youngbucs Says:

Dude stay looking like a 🤡

  60. Joe in Michigan Says:

Youngbucs: Thanks for noticing! Now let’s go beat the Saints like I beat down you-know-who!

  61. Ndog Says:

BTW 42% of our salary cap this year is made up of free agents. Yeah that’s building from within, ok 🥴 Again you are WRONG it must suck being wrong so often.

  62. JimmyJack Says:

Ndog we all excited to see our Bucs start their year tomorrow. Have fun watching and cussing under your breath.

Maybe if you choose to keep a open mind(which we all know you will choose not) you can learn a thing or two about elite QB play and true leadership. Your every opinion about QB over the past 6 year has been proven wrong…….Enjoy you bitter pill of reality for the next entire year. Facts are facts after all.

Stay irreverent my little friend. And be the hater you once claimed to despise. You have become your own worst enemy enemy.

The rest of is are fixin to enjoy every bitty second of this year. Hahahaha.

    GO BUCS!!

  63. Youngbucs Says:

Lol trying to move the goalposts!!!!! Salary cap 😂😂 this dude is a loser just like his idol

  64. lambchop Says:

    @Roy T. Buford,

That was SwampBuc getting hammered, not me.

But, I can see how you would get mixed up with all the diarrhea all over this comment thread with YouKnowWho sucking YouKnowWho’s jock. I mean, the guy is STILL pandering over a loser 3rd string QB on a division rival, while the rest of us support the team as the new season begins.

    Go Bucs!

  65. lambchop Says:

    @JimmyJack and @Yongbucs,

Some people surround themselves with losers and think they’re kings.

This season is going to rock for those of us who are team first! Let the games begin!

  66. Rod Munch Says:

As a lifelong Bucs fan, I just can’t shake tradition and assume the worse, that the Bucs made whatever the wrong decision was.

Other than the Super Bowl, where I knew the Bucs were going to kick the s$#t out of the Raiders, the Bucs just normally screw it up – or you assume they’ll screw it up.

The Saints are obviously the favorite in the NFC, so I won’t live or die on winning tomorrow, but I just want to see Brady have a good game and look comfortable and for this to not look like a huge mistake. It’s only one game so I won’t panic in any case, but I’d love to see the Bucs really come out clicking.

Then again every time Brady has looked human and people have written him off, he’s come back and got a ring, so I’d take that as well.

  67. Swampbuc Says:

Ndog was dropped on his head as an infant and an adult, same spot on the cranium. Bruising like that reveals itself in a warped sense of augmented reality where when things look the brightest, they seem the darkest.

Now before everyone goes mental after tomorrow’s game in case we lose…….

Gruden’s 2002 Bucs lost to the Saints in game 1. And Dirk Koetter’s 2018 Bucs beat the Saints in game 1.

Game 1 is less important than game 2.

    So enjoy it and chill.

BTW 42% of our salary cap this year is made up of free agents. Yeah that’s building from within, ok 🥴 Again you are WRONG it must suck being wrong so often.

    @Ndog – I hear ya.

JL/BA are 100% about Winning NOW. Their Motivation is based on their career/reputation preservation, and keeping job (JL) — BA and JL had no choice but go “balls-to-the wall” in 2020 by signing Brady vs building for future. The “All-In” strategy is a 1yr plan to win SB. BA golf-cart rider will defer to Brady, not Byron, for play-calling for this season. Watch!

And for detractors of my post – YES – every franchise should be trying to win NOW. The GREAT franchises tend to have long-term plan for sustained success. My issue is that Bucs are planning for a 1 yr “SB or bust” plan.

Just “One blind-side crushing hit” to immobile Brady (but nimble per JBF) – will result in concussion or season-ending injury – and the Bucs season is done.

And you may ask, how does that scenario differ if JW was Bucs QB? In 2019 JW covered up a lot of sins with positive scrambles. (And I am intentionally not talking about the “sins” as they go beyond the o-Line.) Brady CANNOT scramble.

Brady’s “quick release” and “quick decisions” might prove to be ghost cures, temporarily. Every opponent we face has a D-rusher who wants to get famous, by nailing Brady. I am buying into Brady’s intelligence to avoid these situations. But also see data when Brady has extreme pressure, his stats are ugly.

Jacked for the game to be played on Sunday – 4;30.

Agree w@Ndog. This season is SB or Bust….

  69. Seemore Bucs Says:

    Bucs beat the Aints, 34-24.
