Lyfting With Gronk

May 12th, 2020

Undercover.

You know that series on Netflix, “Comedians in Cars?” It’s where Jerry Seinfeld drives around with comedians.

Well, a certain Bucs tight end took a page out of that. And it happens to be Rob Gronkowski.

In a promotional vehicle (ahem) for the rideshare service Lyft, Gronk pretends to be a driver. He wears a disguise for each pickup and baits the rider to saying something about the Patriots or himself.

One rider claimed he met Gronk in a bar, not knowing he was actually talking to the real Gronk just a few feet away.

And you should see Gronk’s reaction when different riders tell him they are either from Dallas or a Lions fan.

Enjoy!

The Bucs need a little personality on the team. Now they have it.

  2. Tampabuscsbro Says:

Man it’s really great we have him. This may be the coolest bucs team of all time. all good dudes.

  3. 2020 Year of the GOAT Says:

    funny….

  4. El Buco Realisto Says:

The “real” question, is how many games will it take the sheep to “realize” that the Bucs did not get a pro bowl TE but just a “reality” star??????? How many games to figure out he can not run anymore and does not have the heart to be an effective blocker anymore?????????

Some of the sheep will say next offseason, that ” he just needs to be in year two of ole stale biscuit’s offense”!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s time to herd the sheep, and put them back in the pen!!!!!!!!!!

    go bucs!!!!!!!!!!

  5. TheBucsAnthem Says:

something tells me he’ll get hurt and will only probably play in limited fashion for half the times this season

remember people…..the man has a history of injuries to his back…..

We’re not getting the GRONK from 5 years ago……. 🙁

  6. Chipbuc Says:

Gee thebucsanthem you take negativity to a new level.

  7. Blogtalkfootball.com Says:

Is realist just anthem in a pile of exclamation points?

  8. Cobraboy Says:

Buc fans should savor every moment of this NFL season, win or lose.

  9. Fu*kTom Says:

  10. Buc4evr Says:

Omg.Too funny. I can’t wait to see Da Gronk play for the Bucs. We need some excitement and not Jameis’s interceptions this season.

  11. Alaska Abdominal Snowman Says:

This video was great, pretty sure everyone knew that their 6’6 260 lb Uber driver was Gronk but entertaining nonetheless.

Realist can you just go back to making your flat earth videos?

Oh and listen to BucAnthem guys, he is America’s QB Coach. Still waiting on that QB guru book my guy.

  12. DanBucsFan Says:

  15. SteveK Says:

Two of my favorite players could be more different;”: Gronk and Sapp. Gronk’s love of the game and fun approach reminds me of Favre. Like a kid out there.

  16. Blind Melon Says:

I am entertained. This season is full of entertainment. The most I have seen in my lifelong Buc fan hobby.

  17. Joe in Michigan Says:

El Buco Realisto: It’s ironic that you call everyone “sheep”, then you follow all the other sheep (TheBucsAnthem, Kobe Faker, etc.) in the narrative that Gronk is done…He’s a Hall of Fame caliber football player, not just a “reality” star. Only a fool would worry about injuries that haven’t happened, there’s a chance or probability that any NFL player will suffer an injury. If you or any of the other trolls would’ve predicted Derwin James getting hurt last year, I might think you know something.
Go ahead, troll on El Buco Fake-A-Leasto! I like trolling the trolls!

  18. james west Says:

  21. Rudy Pro Says:

Talk about the power of suggestion. The I swear I smelt it at the very end toot he does at the end… Oh, it was my dog.

  22. BringBucsBack Says:

Thanks pick6, I was on my way to typing one but after your comment, I feel like I was caught by my father, sneaking out of my bedroom window and can’t bring myself to insult now! Joy kill;)

Even with that goofy outfit on, Gronk can still garner interest from (a) girls!?

  23. Craig Says:

It looks a lot more palatable than eating Ws.

  24. DI Says:

I think Jesus Christ could join this team and some posters on here would complain that he’s washed up and done for. Does anything make these people happy? This has been one of the most exciting off seasons in over 20 years.

  25. Bucsgotachance..todonothing Says:

Realist leave those sheeps alone..you n your farm animal love

  26. David Says:

Man I can’t stand him. He is the epitome of the type that gives the football player the “big dumb jock” nomenclature. He’s also the type that would rub a lot of people the wrong way if he was on a losing team.
But whatever…. just my opinion and perception of him.
I just hope he is healthy and produces.
    I will ignore everything else.

    Go Bucs!

  27. NOLES Says:

He’s a perfect teammate, he bust his a$$ & keeps it light. Locker rooms need guys like that. Excited to see this team

  28. Show me the TDs Says:

I want to be entertained, positively. I skip half the comments because they’re either the Realist or other posters telling him what a miserable a$$hole he is. Please ban that douche.
