SAS Has Bruce Arians’ Back

April 2nd, 2020

Defends Bucs coach.

Sometimes BSPN personality Stephen A. Smith is like a semi-tractor trailer. It may take a while to get warmed up but once it does you better get the hell out of the way.

And while SAS didn’t specifically mention Bucs coach Bucco Bruce Arians, SAS went into detail why he stands with Arians.

The crowd on “First Take,” including Max Kellerman, Damien Woody and Molly Qerim, were discussing Arians’ words last week that Arians wanted no part of whackjob wide receiver Antonio Brown infesting his locker room.

SAS, after thanking CBS Sports’ Brandon Tierney for prodding Arians into talking about Brown, started with a low, soft roll and before he was finished torching Brown, SAS was in high-octave hollering overdrive.

You can view the discussion below.

    Arians made the right call.

It’s Tuesday all you have to do is wait till Thursday and shut the hell up! 🤣

CANT stand the load mouth…no it all!!!!!!!

  4. Carl Nicks' big toe Says:

Yeah, no thanks on AB. Dude is a head case, and we can draft a WR3. The money we would pay for him could go to a free agent Safety or OL

  5. FortMyersDave Says:

JJTIX: yeah he has got a big mouth but back when they teamed him with Cowboy homer Skippy Bayless, the mouth from Philly actually grew on me simply because his takes were better than Skippy’s…. The best thing Skippy ever did on BSPN was to be one of very few national media personalities to properly eulogize fellow Oklahoman #63 Lee Roy Selmon (along with Randy Cross and another windbag; Chris Berman)……

  6. ModHairKen Says:

Why would anyone sign Antonio Brown? After bashing the Steelers, he tormented the Raiders, and even the Patriots cut him. What skill does he bring that overrides his abhorrent personality? He is the anti-Tebow.

  7. geno711 Says:

Do not tend to be a SAS fan either but boy did he have a lot of facts straight on AB on this one.

  8. dmatt Says:

One Buc Place is not Hollywood, AB can go to Hollywood n audition for NFL’s next best Divas, he fits the role. On the other hand, if available, I’ll take the other Brown, Hollywood that is. He’s drama free n a playmaker, but the juror is still out on him. AB don’t deserve to suit up n represent true professionals in the NFL.

  9. Mort Says:

No thanks to AB, and no thanks to SAS.

  10. BigHog Says:

Staying on subject today…love SAS can’t understand why we all don’t, he be speaking the truth as he sees it and that is all any of us can do!!! AB is definitely a top flight receiver but his baggage is over the top!!! He may have worked his way out of the league with his foolishness, he may have some kind of problem that needs medical attention!! Could the BUCS use his talent? TB12 see

  11. Anonymous Says:

seems to think so, that makes me think TB12 doesent trust our back up receivers….plenty to be had in the draft, bring in a couple to compete for a job and let the powers that be work things out!!!

  12. Anonymous Says:

seems to think so, maybe TB12 doesn’t believe in or trust our back ups!!! Bring in through the draft and a couple of undrafted free agents and let them all battle it out!!!

  13. PSL Bob Says:

Even if the guy didn’t have all the heavy baggage, the Bucs don’t need him. We’ve already got two of the best receivers in the league. If BA thought he needed a third, they’d have kept Perriman.

  14. TOM Says:

Big mouth SAS is at it again. What an ass.

  15. Mike Johnson Says:

    I got nothin against stephen A. He might…be a good guy. I admit it, I just don’t like him…period.

  16. ZZbuc Says:
