Joe, I appreciate your comments about the uniforms. Ira if you are color blind and say it doesn’t make a difference, let me assure you that the uniforms are horrid. (The only bit of ground I would give is that the all whites are kind of ok)

To watch the losingest team in pro sports year after year is one thing. To watch them year after year in these big top uniforms is so unnecessary. At least that part can be controlled. They had the home run with the SB uniforms and then delivered a big swing strike out on a pitch in the dirt.

Nike– what a joke. Have you heard of a focus group? Show this as a case study to your new designers as the biggest example of “don’t ever, ever produce crap like this and think it’s acceptable.”

Now there’s a loyal listener, commenting at 5:28 a.m. on something brought up deep into the podcast. Much appreciated.–Joe

  2. Loyaltotheend Section 312 Says:

Once I get past the commercials and the dog talk this was a great listen.

I’m with Ira, uniforms don’t matter to me. Just win. Seattle’s neon green uniforms are worse, the Broncos orange and the Steelers throwbacks are ugly as sin but those teams win more than the Bucs so you don’t hear anything from their fans

  3. Mister Negative Nancy Says:

It’s one thing to put up 28 points, but if you keep giving the other team the ball in great field position because of turnovers, the net effect is much less.

  4. '79 Defense Says:

You’re welcome Joe, however the 5:28am is incorrect. I’m from Florida but work in Nigeria, so I’m six hours ahead of you guys over here.
