Confident – need to see players being used more to their strengths (like we saw beginning of the year) and start scheming to those strengths to create mis-matches.

What has changed since Grandpa Bucco Bruce took the team to London? Nothing- that’s what. So nobody should be confident in BA, he is a joke. He coaches nothing and is terrible at in game management.

Despite being one of the happiest people on earth when they hired Bruce, I voted little confidence because he is clearly making the same mistake with Leftwich that Dirk made with Smitty. This is the worst playacting Ive seen since the Freeman days when Greg Olsen was calling two runs up the middle on first and second downs with an obvious 3rd and long often.
If Arians were calling plays I’d say very confident…but that clearly doesn’t seem to be likely.

I do not actually blame Leftwich. He is running Arians offense, and I have seen countless occasions when Arians insisted on changing plays, only to have them end badly.

Don’t get me wrong though…Leftwich has not made adjustments at all during games.
I really do not understand why it is so hard to use Winston correctly. He needs to be trained to operate more quickly, so that means plays that get the ball off quickly.
Much like the Saint’s offense. That will draw in defenses, force them to cover short passes, and open up the deeper ones.

If you mean about trading OJ, no way should they have taken what was offered. A third this year and 2nd next year? Heck no. The guy was a first round pick and has played well for the most part.
The only reason he doesn’t have stats this year is because Arians has to use him as a blocker because of the offensive line.

When I checked the defensive stats for the Patriots, I saw a coaching staff that has assembled a defense that has given up three touchdowns in 91 opponent possessions. When I witness the Bucs coaching staff in action, I see a coaching staff that has assembled a defense that often gives up three touchdowns in three consecutive possessions.
Granted, this staff inherited a mess. But the “messmaker” is still employed as GM and is currently stirring his pot of stew from a vast array of soiled contents with hope of acquiring more …
Some can cook. Others cannot. What we have here is a bad chef. Time to send him to the fast-food industry where he belongs.

Presently, the fourth best coach on franchise history. I bet he now knows deep down that Jameis cannot be fixed and already has a plan to move on. Year 3 will be huge. And Jameis will be holding a clip board in Philadelphia. Or Buffalo.
