Today’s Inactive Buccaneers

September 8th, 2019

Rookie shelved

No huge surprises on today’s list of inactive Buccaneers.

First, let Joe say the whole concept of forcing players to be inactive is ridiculous and a rule the NFL really should kill. What’s the point? If you’re on the 53-man roster and can play, then you should be able to play.

Safety Justin Evans (Achilles) and QB Blaine Gabbert (shoulder) continue to be on the shelf with injuries.

The other inactives are as follows:

G Zack Bailey
OLB Demone Harris
T Jerald Hawkins
TE Tanner Hudson
WR Scotty Miller

Hawkins, if you forgot, is the newcomer from the Steelers, acquired in a trade last week. He’s got five games of NFL experience of the last four years.

Totally agree! You’re on the roster you should be available to play

  2. EA Says:

In other news, Dirk Koetter picked up where he left off, good hire by the falcons.

  3. ATLBuc Says:

Dirk likes to run his offense regardless of the situation. No adjustments. That’s why him and the disgraced Mike Smith saw eye to eye.

    @EA
The Minnesota Vikings defense will can shutdown most NFL offenses.

Why is Justin Evans still on this team

Got to see Gerald McCoy jump offside and help LA Rams continue a drive.

Next players association agreement ….the rosters should be expanded to the 53 plus the practice squad guys and let them all dress and be eligible to play…

I’m likening our defense!!! Jamies has to start running the ball if no one is open. Now I’ve been backing Jamies but he has to start playing his game. If not put some one in else in there!!!!!
